Unfortunately you can not give zero stars.....one star is way more than they deserve. We've had Verizon Fios for 3.5 years with no trouble or problems at all. Then April 1 and Frontier took over.....oh my god what a fricking mess. Starting with jacking my bill up snd keeping me on hold for hours.....lost my on demand capabilities, lost my hbo on demand. For a month this went on and several more hours on hold... Run away from this Frontier co, they have their head so far up their ass it will never be good. Went with TWC and am quite happy! read more

I went to this Verizon store and Myra was the one who helped me. Myra has great customer service. She was very attentive to my needs. My Neice passed away a couple of days ago and when I told that to her she made sure my service was working before I left the store. We went for an upgrade and had the pleasure of being helped by Junior and I would recommend if you have any wireless needs with Verizon to go this location and ask for junior! We previously went to the murrieta location and had a miserable experience and so we weren't expecting much at this location but Junior made our experience excellent! I must say this type of service starts from the top by a good leader so kudos to the manager at this location! All the employees in this location greeted us and were super friendly. My mom went in because of a promotion my girl and I got on for switching Verizon and this asan Guy John forced my mom to runnher credit after explaining that she had my pin and number and wanted to add a line after being added as an account manager to my account to have access to do so on her own. He FORCED her to run her credit and because her credit is not very well instead of being on my account has her purchase a phone for almost A $400 fucken deposit when the promotion is being in your old iPhone and get $500 deposit and $200 for a new phone number which ends tomorrow. Like this fucken guy didn't have a clue because she said the music is so loud and he would just continue repeating himself instead of LISTENING TO THE CUSTOMER. I'm leaving a complaint here and with corporate. I'm a loan office and in sales and unfortunate predators Jsut take advantage of people like my mom because she needs guidance which is an ethical thing the salesman should provide instead of forcing her to do whatever the fuck he wanted. This store has the worst customer service. I always try avoid going to this store, they always seem to turn me away if something seems "too difficult" to handle. Twice I've gotten we could do it but it may take a while. Not accommodating or customer friendly at all. Who says that to a customer, at least attempt to help before turning me away. I just don't understand how one the biggest wireless providers could have such poor in store customer service. read more

We canceled a hotspot on February 5th and Verizon is telling us that our account is closed but they're still sending us bills. We can't get any information over the phone which means we have to go to the Verizon store and I went to the Verizon in Menifee twice talk to the people on the phone they told me that bill was canceled but Verizon is still trying to charge us money. read more

We went in store on 03/09/19 to get information on switching phone companies from att&t to verizon and we were greeted by Junior. He answered all of our questions and concerns and went what felt was above regular costumer service to get us the best deal. Although Verizon prices are pretty ridiculous, I still have to give this location a good review. Each time I go in I am greeted and helped out right away with smiling faces. They seem to be pretty quick and don't try to force anything on you. Shout out to one of the managers (female, black). She is AWESOME. She's always smiling, helping out and even cracking jokes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!! Do yourself a favor and save a future aggravation. Went there to purchase a phone, the sales rep stated if I get a new line the phone would be free, $10 a mo for new line, it made sense so I did add the unnecessary line with the promise of free phone, well, not so true; in the following billed i was charged for both, the new line and the retail price of the phone. When i called to get the transaction corrected, the manager wants me to confront the sales rep and work around the times the rep is at the store, I've never done business in that manner and this experience will definitely affect the way i do business with Verizon. The sales rep did the sale knowing she had provided wrong info and that she'll get away with it. Just another sales driven business, don't care for providing a service. Shameful. read more

Run around... To have a company that is so big they are bullies! They don't have any customer service skills what-so-ever. One person tells you one thing, then drops the ball then another picks it up and tells you something opposite of the other. Just a bunch of games from money sucking leaches. No formal leadership. Dog-Eat-Dog mindset. Over it in the worst way. Just for once when you are paying a monthly bill to a company that they can treat you with a level of respect and regard. They make this process more grueling then it has to be. It's worse then buying a car. The irony of it all is they work in "communications" and nobody knows how to communicate. I have had a recurring billing issue since I upgraded last year in December. The authorized retailer I worked with apparently didn't process the promotion correctly. Calling customer service was worthless, the promotion credit they put in was invalid and didn't go through. So I came in to this corporate store thinking "they have to know what they're doing right?" Well, I thought so. Everyone was very friendly and said they would get things taken care of and get the correct promotion applied. Well, I opened my Verizon app today to find that my estimated next bill is over $500! If anything it should be $0 because of the 4 months of incorrect billing. So I go in and basically am told by Kendall the GM that "we can't do anything until your bill posts, but we did everything right." Well, if everything is processing properly, my estimated bill should be going down, not up. In the time that I'm in the store, the app (and their own account printout) shows that my estimated bill is now almost $640! But they can't explain why and refuse to contact customer service to figure out why. So they just keep repeating the line that "You have to wait until your next bill posts." This is not what I expect from the GM of a corporate store and definitely not have you should treat a customer since 2000. I have already contacted Verizon regarding this incident and am awaiting a response. Definitely can't recommend this store if the GM won't attempt to track down the source of an estimated bill 3 times higher than it should. Never mind the continued eye rolls I got when trying to explain my point of view. Completely unacceptable customer service. read more

This location is definitely all about "making a sale." Our family plan had been wrongly suckered into using 2 upgrades within a 4 month period. Verizon was supposed to replace our iphone because it was only 4 months old, instead the sales person my dad was helped by, had him use MY upgrade to get a new iphone. SO when my phone broke a few months later, i was stuck. My new upgrade was almost 2 years away and my phone is already 3 years old. I went in to this store and talked to Mayra, Maira?Not sure how it was spelled. First off, she was texting on her phone when she was helping me. Second, she referred to me the whole time as "Mija".....SO unproffesional, I am not even mexican. 3rd, she told me that my phone has water damage right away without even carefully inspecting it, and went straight to see if we were due for an upgrade. She hardly tried to help my current phone. Also, that same day i went to another verizon store AND the apple store, both which told me my phone was NOT WATER DAMAGED. I then went to the verizon store off of Antelope in the albertsons parking lot, where ZACHARY was extremely helpful! I ended up having to call verizon customer service and speak to a manager to finally get my upgrade back, but zach did everything he could think of in the store to help me out, he spent over an hour making phone calls and seeing what he could do...far from what Mayra ever did for me. I drove by right away from temecula and looked for him and he helped me out immediately! It was the fastest service I've ever gotten and the most exceptional one by far. Chris Noza helped me out and went out of his way to get me a good deal as well. I work at a hospital and I didn't even know my work gets discount from Verizon, thanks to Chris now I do! Zero stars is the actual review - While most phone services are a nightmare - this store has a special level of rudeness and despicable treatment of paying customers. Especially rude is the current manager, who - when you have a problem - (Upgraded to 4G and get poor to no 4G reception - even in urban areas) You ask the manager straight up - "can Verizon help me with this problem?" Replies - "we can set you up with an appointment and go through the options and costs" Me - "That's not what I asked - can verizon help?" (it's a yes or no answer).... and she just looks at you. This is the second time in a row that I have entered the store with straightforward questions - to just get jerked around and have no answers. I swear if you asked them "is this a verizon store?" they would tell you that they will have to have your pin number from 1998 and the receipt, before they can answer if it is - but they can set up an appointment..... (PS - their hours listed here are a lie - they close at 5 and they refuse to help anybody that comes in past 4:30. So, don't bother getting permission to leave work early to go there) read more

Would rate a negative star if I could. I bought a phone. Very next day the phone is overheating and the battery is not keeping charge, calls were also not coming through, but after an hour of being on the phone with customer service the calls part was fixed. Spent all day on the phone with customer service to be told unfortunately I just have a defective phone. Customer service told me to go to store and have them expedite a new phone. Once there I was told by staff and the manager that the phones are on back order. Understandable. What did they do for me? NOTHING! They would not order me a new phone because I would have to leave the current overheating one. They did not have a loaner phone. The said to go through Samsung and use the one year manufacturer warranty program, which they told me could take weeks to get. I just got this phone a day ago. No other stores have the phone. No exceptions can be made. Store said they might have a delivery next week but cannot guarantee it. I asked if they could hold one for me to exchange, they said no. I asked if they could order one to the store so I can pick up, I was told no. After about 30 min I left with the overheating phone and no real resolution. Just a wait and keep checking back in.....terrible....and sad. read more

I got verizon fios a few months ago. I told them, give me the fastest Internet you have. It took them about 2 weeks top install it amd get it up and running. Then frontier takes over and i can't even see anything about my bill cause they have no record. Now i tri to cancel and they can't until Later... wth i paid my lady bill and want to get it over with and i have to wait on them. The Internet sucks btw is like i was paying for random Internet connections. I switched over to time Warner and i love it!! read more

DO NOT do business with the employees in this store! I went in for a simple clear cover for my phone and ended up getting an upgrade to my current phone and a mini ipad which I didn't even need. I know I'm not this gullible, but when someone LIES to you and you find out after you get your next bill that everything they told you was a LIE, it's very upsetting. I was told there was a "Mother's Day special" and that I would not only be able to upgrade for $100, but also get a mini ipad FREE! I asked over and over what my final bill would be every month and when I got my next bill it was $100 OVER what I use to pay even though I paid off my "new upgrade" fee that day. DO NOT trust these employees, they will LIE to you and tell you what you want to hear just to get their commission. After having Sprint, AT&T and T-Mobile, I was excited to finally have Verizon as my cell phone carrier since I have heard nothing but good things about them. Regardless of the things I have heard, I have never experienced anything more frustrating and unprofessional. My brand new HTC Incredible 2 which I haven't even had for a month yet, was defective--the lock (aka. ON/OFF) button was jammed and stopped working. I went into my local Verizon Wireless store to get it looked at. The sales associate looked at it and agreed it was defective. He said that they didn't have the Incredible 2 in stock otherwise, he would be able to replace it. 2 minutes later he corrected himself and said that they actually DID have it in stock. He went into the back, retrieved it, and started to activate my new Incredible 2. As he was activating the phone he mentioned how it was odd that I didn't receive my $50 rebate for my phone and assured me that I would receive it before I left. His boss walked by to see what he was doing and corrected him. She said that I could not get a replacement there, and that I would have to get my replacement mailed to me. She didn't take a second to apologize about the misunderstanding and inconvenience, let alone make eye contact with me. The sales associate then said "I'm sorry, but we cannot replace your phone-- we will have to mail you a 'certified like-new' replacement phone instead." I was pissed off at this time and stormed out of the store and had my husband deal with the rest. My husband comes out and tells me that I didn't get the rebate either because I didn't qualify for it. I wouldn't have been AS pissed if the sales associate told me up front, the moment I got there that I could only get a refurbished phone as a replacement. But since he teased me with a $50 rebate, and started activating a new phone for me and continued to give me false information, it just shows how much training this person needs. Who hires these people? Not only was he very unprofessional with me by not apologizing to me, but his boss didn't even acknowledge the situation, let alone that we were even there. I don't see how people can land a job with such a big corporate company and not have any simple and 'common sense' customer service skills. I don't know if it's because I look like the type that can be walked all over, but it still doesn't give them the right to give me false information and such poor service with no consequences, so I am hoping that me posting this complaint on every site online that I can find fit will do me some justice. My phone stopped working on the 24th, and it is now the 27th and I am still having to deal with Verizon. I finally got my replacement at my doorstep and attempted to activate it. I had everything backed up with backup assistant but it was asking me for a PIN number that I didn't even set up. After talking to 3 different Verizon reps over the phone and after all the random password attempts they had me try, I had finally reached my maximum password attempts for backup assistant. Only then did the lady on the phone direct me to where I should have been directed to first-- I found the mystery PIN that some Verizon rep set up for me without me knowing, which is 1234. But now it is too late and I cannot access backup assistant (too many failed attempts) and no one-- not even tech support - can reset it for me because they don't know how to. So now I have to put every single one of my contacts into my brand new refurbished phone I have so patiently waited for, by hand since Verizon Wireless service SUCKS. The "certified like-new"refurbished phone is defective as well. The vibrator doesn't work. I am off to a long road trip tomorrow and I am going to stop by the Verizon store and raise hell until they give me a new phone because I can't wait around for another defective POS phone. I paid full price for a brand new phone so why shouldn't I get one that is equivalent to that? BS. I'm telling you, of I hadn't spent $200 canceling my service with Sprint already and if I didn't love my HTC Incredible 2 so much, I would have already canceled with Verizon -- they are the most wealthy wireless company out there but don't seem to give a rip about their customers and the service they put out there because they think no one will know about it and that it won't effect them at all. As soon as my 2 years are up, me and my husband are going to switch over and give Verizon the middle finger. read more

Extremely disappointed in the shady scheme of not being honest & upfront with customers. Purchased a hotspot 4 months ago with the promise of unlimited data. My following months bill was over $500 dollars, Verizon said there was nothing they could do except give me a $50 credit. Told them I wanted to cancel the hotspot & they said yes. Today I came to Verizon to replace my daughters phone & they were extremely useless. The hotspot was never canceled & I was told it would be a $174 to cancel the contract. Obviously this Verizon store does not value their customer service, customer loyalty, or customers in general. I will start looking at other cell phone service providers ASAP. read more

Wow all I have to say is horrible customer service from the only young long blonde hair CUSTOMER SERVICE rep with the black nail polish. I have been in customer service for over 5 yrs and was absolutely disappointed in the lack of professionalism that was provided. She was rude and made smart alic remarks and didn't use a pleasent tone of voice along with that. I went in with my mom to see if we could figure out what was wrong with her phone so we could have it replaced of necessary. She was absolutely no help and didn't go out her way to answer our questions which we didn't have. All I know is I didn't appreciate the rudeness in her tone and the look of annoyed on her face. I purchased the Samsung galaxy tab 10.1 and one month later the screen had a problem. I contact this store and they refused to help and told me I had to go through Samsung. I have spent over $1,000 in this store and this is the type of customer service I get. Samsung required me to send the Tab into their Texas repair center to be repaired. So I have had this tablet for 1 month and I will be without it for a month. I will never buy another product from either Samsung or this Verizon store (maybe even Verizon as a whole). read more
