    Crooks are posing as employees here: Crook #1 is Geo A. impolite, full of gas, he will push you to the brink of buying defective Iphones and useless gadgets you certainly don't need. Don't get fooled by Marquis, selling expensive, overpriced cases-and-shit things, this is an ex-verizon store with nothing to offer, just victra, no verizon whatsoever. Zero service, no selection, no value space. Empty shells of merchants.

    I came in before this store closed and the representative didn't take me anymore as a customer. I know how stores work. This is messed up customer service. Store closes at 7 and I came in before 7 but they said they are dealing with their last customer. This is messed up. Customer service nowadays sucks

Price was from their website - iPhone 6Plus OEM for $100, and included the screen protector, which they put on. I don't like putting them on myself, anyway. The screen actually fixed an existing problem of my wife's phone, so it's better than it was before. The whole process took about 45 minutes, only due to 3 customers being in front of us. $100. No tax. Really easy and convenient for a screen replacement. The main guy (sorry, I don't recall his name) was really smooth, and it seemed he was hitting on a female customer in front of me and my wife. Maybe they have history and know each other, but it was a bit strange. The only con is that the neighborhood isn't the greatest, and they basically are a cash business, with only a corner store ATM available nearby. If you need your phone repaired, and done well, I DO recommend this place.

The word didn't come to mean "ill-mannered" until the late 14th century. =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~ I've got to wonder how a business still exists, in the competitive landscape that is the greater Los Angeles area, when the employees are shockingly, unnecessarily rude to its customers (or in my case, potential customers). I was looking for an iPad screen repair shop, having just dropped and shattered my iPad 3 that I use professionally, on-stage, to read lyrics (I'm a singer). I stumbled upon this shop's website, which I found to be a bit confusing. One price ($50) was for "glass and digitizer screen repair" (for an iPad 2, 3 or 4), but another price was for "LCD screen repair" ($90). So I called the shop, expecting the owner to simply explain to me the difference between the two services, and to help me figure out which service I needed. Instead, the guy - who answered the phone in a bored, irritable tone of voice (despite the store having only just opened five minutes before) - impatiently tried to tell me that the service I wanted was actually $70. Note: You can see from the screen shot, below, that there is not a single $70 service listed under "iPad 2 3 4 Repair Pricing." When I questioned whether the website was up to date, which obviously it's not, he kept trying to get me to come in to the store so that it could be sorted out.... versus just looking at his own website, and clarifying the issue for me over the phone. When I responded - quite reasonably, in my mind - that I didn't feel comfortable deferring the issue until I walked into the store, suddenly the conversation took a bizarre and offensive turn: The guy said, "Well, clearly you can't read, sorry about that." At which point, shocked and offended, I hung up on him. But oh, this guy wasn't done yet. Moments later, I received a text message from him, again insulting me ("I'm so sorry u can't read"). I've included a screen shot from my phone, below. If this review isn't enough to send you FLEEING in the other direction from this store, I'm not sure what is.

    Amir is a star. He was able to correctly identify and fix an issue that Verizon's customer service…read moreand other store could not navigate. I am absolutely appalled that the representative looked me in…read morethe eyes & chose to blatantly lie to my face about the price just to make a quick sale, have me find out about the price the next day, return the device & lose a customer (if not more) for life. Through the Verizon App online, my mom bought an iPhone 16 Pro & specifically declined the technician set up fee of $40. She then sent me to pick up the phone in store. SCAM 1: When I get to the store to pick up the Phone, the Verizon rep said there was no order to be found on the account & that I had to pay in person that day. Turns out, (via e-time stamp) the Verizon rep intentionally cancelled my mom's pre-paid order so that I would have to fill out the forms & purchase a phone through him just so that he'd get commission. Such a waste of my time. I also had to call Verizon's phone triage just to verify my mom's prepaid order will be refunded to her account in the next Verizon billing cycle. SCAM 2: The Verizon rep said they were doing an Apple Watch deal where I could keep my existing Verizon line and buy the Apple Watch at the discounted rate in-store. I said ok & paid for the watch with my credit card in-store. I then go home only to find that the Verizon rep opened up a NEW PHONE LINE under a NEW PHONE NUMBER just for my Apple Watch that would cost me $15.99 for 36 months which is $575. Ridiculous. What's more is that instead of charging it to my account because it was my Apple Watch, he sneakily charged this $575 fee to my mom's account hoping my mom and I wouldn't talk & find out? This all felt so sneaky because Verizon's billing cycle is monthly & any new purchase can only be returned in 30 days... so if my mom and I didn't talk (literally the next day) or bother to have checked our online account we would've been locked in for 36 more months (3 years) for a new phone line for an Apple Watch... good thing we caught it. However the next day when I went into the store to return the watch & cancel the phone line, Verizon insisted on charging me a $50 restocking fee (again another swipe on the credit card). Even though I was in-store I again had to call the Verizon customer phone triage line to cancel the phone line AND refund the $50 restocking fee which they could only apply as a credit not cash. Also this credit is not going to apply until the next billing cycle so now I have to keep track of that as well. The Verizon Rep over the phone said if I don't see this $ refund in the next billing cycle I should call the main Verizon customer service line again (not even a specific line that'll get the new rep up to speed) - what a nightmare. SCAM 3: I specifically told the Verizon rep I didn't want to elect in the Verizon set up fee because I'm only here to pick up the phone. I'll be setting it up at home since Apple products are intentionally made to be user friendly. Despite saying this, the Verizon rep had the audacity to charge me not ONCE but TWO service set up fees for both the watch & the iPhone. When I asked him what those line items were on the invoice he blatantly LIED to my face that those were just Verizon Purchasing fees that he has no authority to take off the invoice & that they were NOT the initially declined technician set up fee. He was the only person in the store so I couldn't verify with anyone at that time & I ended up paying the $70 set up fee. I later found out the truth & had to again call the Verizon phone triage line to rectify this. I have never seen a representative blatantly lie about something so black & white, and something that could be easily checked the next day & rectified. Guess he was counting on the fact that I wouldn't go through the hassle of rectifying all the excess charges he put on my account. ------ Tldr, he upcharged me an excess of $904.58 when in reality if he had done right by me and gave me what I asked for & had the paperwork for, I wouldn't have had to pay anything and I wouldn't have had to waste so much time going back to the store & troubleshooting with Verizon's phone customer service line. What's more, is that all this money is only going to be refunded to me in Verizon CREDIT and not refunded to the original payment. Insane. Biggest scam ever. These people are heartless.
