    This is one of the nicest T-Mobile stores I've visited. Having just finished a major renovation, the store now exudes a calm and premium energy, with ambient lighting and music. Parking is now free (no more tickets and validation), and I was in and out in just a few minutes thanks to the helpfulness of the staff. Zero complaints!

    The store

    I arrived with the necessary documents to access my account, which is in good standing, but was not allowed to. The lady helping claimed that the last store I went to was in the wrong to let me access my account (I only came to this store because of inventory). So, despite being the primary name on the account and having necessary documents, I was turned away because it was almost closing time. They were actively discouraging customers over the phone to come in because they're almost closing (in 1hr).

    ONLY 5 star!!! If there was possible 100 than 10000! Christopher and Michael they have amazing vibe and the best costumer service! Friendly nice people! They helped me with my friends stolen phone and internet!!! Thank you so much! Guys u r amazing!!! Good luck!!!

The man who "helped" me upgrade my phone is an absolute SNAKE. Here's what happened: I see on AT&T that I'm eligible for a free upgrade. I go into the store to make sure getting a new iPhone won't mess up my bill or my plan, and if the phone is truly free. He says it wont, and I say great I'm going to the Apple store. He says, please I get commission if you go through me. I decide to throw him a bone. Biggest mistake ever. This SNAKE then proceeds to tell me that he can actually save me money with a new plan. I was paying $160, he says he can get me down to $120. Then he says I'm in luck because its Black Friday and I can get a free line and a free phone, and that actually makes my bill less. I told him I don't really need another phone or line but he convinces me this is the best deal. He instructs me to go home to transfer my phone and then to come back so they can mail my old phone back to make the new phone free. I go back. The printer is broken, they can't mail it themselves. Fine, I'll do it myself. Cut to AT&T gets my old phone. They don't give me a credit because the new plan he forced me into doesn't accept trade ins. Now my bill is $178! I go back in. They claim to do a manager override. That does nothing. Then I go back in, and an assistant manager (he was actually nice) gets on the phone with corporate to get me my credit and to place me on an eligible plan. The new bill will be $155. Why is my next bill $214. I call corporate AT&T. The lady on the phone was like the original person you talked to straight up lied to you. Your original plan was the better deal. That second free phone isn't free at all, its $600. They still didn't credit the phone I mailed back so thats another $1000. They escalate me to fix it. The clown on the phone says "there is nothing we can do." I tried to cancel AT&T but then I owe for the devices. I am going back tomorrow. It is now my main mission in life to get this SNAKE fired. I tried to warn the other unsuspecting customers that they were about to get screwed over, but they won't believe me until it happens to them. NEVER EVER AGAIN. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Karma will get this snake. Hope his commission keeps his sad punk a$$ warm at night.

    I had truly an awful experience here. I go in to buy a new phone, and first the person there puts…read moresomething wrong into the computer and doesn't know how to undo it, so he has to call and get help. Then the people there are unable to successfully move my data over, and I had to go to another Verizon store to get them to help me. I go back later to turn in my old phone, but then they tell me I have to remove Find My, but there's an hour security delay and the place is closing. So I go back a third time and they say the phone is already registered in the system as returned, so they ask me to come back a fourth time. I say no, and we agree that they will call me later that week. Of course they don't call. It also turns out the phone is locked so I can't use it for a dual SIM with my international SIM. They never disclosed this when I purchased the phone. When I called them, they explained to me that this was my fault for not asking them if it was locked or explaining how I planned to use my phone. I told them that they should disclose this to people who are purchasing the phone, and they say they don't need to and they won't in the future. I talked to a manager, and he filibustered without letting me speak and then hung up, again reiterating that it was my fault for not asking them whether the phone was locked. I have another job, and it is not my job to understand all of Verizon policy. It's their job to explain Verizon policy to me. They failed, and refused to take responsibility for doing so. Their service on to of this is slow, incompetent, and riddled with mistakes. And they are exceedingly rude, especially the manager.

Trading in Mrs G's but keeping mine as I need it (with its UK SIM card) for a few months. Additionally a new iPad for Mrs G with me keeping her old one and connecting it to my new phone. The staff were all very good, welcoming, knowledgeable and eager to help. Kudos to Arianna who did a WONDERFUL job for us and over delivered. She transferred everything ti our new phones and the iPad, took her time and explained and helped all along the way. As a bonus my old phone I have kept both for the UK and as a new US business number. 10 out of 10!!!

    I was a Verizon customer for over 15 years, and over the last several years I watched their service…read moredecline while prices steadily increased. Eventually, I reached a breaking point and decided to cut ties and switch both my phone and internet providers. That's when things went from bad to unacceptable. After I left Verizon, they kept my autopay information on file and withdrew a very large lump sum directly from my checking account without my permission. Instead of sending a final bill or explaining what the charges were, they simply took the money. No notice. No authorization. No explanation. When I tried to call to resolve this, it was nearly impossible to reach anyone. Since my service had been disconnected, Verizon no longer recognized my phone number. I couldn't log into my account online either--because you need your account number to do so. Everything is "online," yet inaccessible once you leave. By pure chance, I found an old piece of paper with my full account number on it so I could finally reach customer service. Even then, it took three separate calls. The first two times, I was placed on long holds and then disconnected. By the third call, I was beyond frustrated and disgusted with how I was being treated. In the end, Verizon told me they could not refund the money they took and could not offer a payment plan. Their solution was essentially: too bad. I've since contacted my bank to dispute the unauthorized charge and am currently waiting on the outcome. I strongly discourage anyone from using Verizon Wireless for phone or internet service. They show no loyalty or care for long-term customers, and their practices seem entirely driven by financial gain--especially given the price increases paired with declining service quality. After this experience, I have zero trust in this company.
