It took several hours (complex!!) but we walked in and started a dialogue about our extensive wants and needs! We wanted two new iPhones 17 pro's. Trading in Mrs G's but keeping mine as I need it (with its UK SIM card) for a few months. Additionally a new iPad for Mrs G with me keeping her old one and connecting it to my new phone. The staff were all very good, welcoming, knowledgeable and eager to help. Kudos to Arianna who did a WONDERFUL job for us and over delivered. She transferred everything ti our new phones and the iPad, took her time and explained and helped all along the way. As a bonus my old phone I have kept both for the UK and as a new US business number. 10 out of 10!!! read more

I was a Verizon customer for over 15 years, and over the last several years I watched their service decline while prices steadily increased. Eventually, I reached a breaking point and decided to cut ties and switch both my phone and internet providers. That's when things went from bad to unacceptable. After I left Verizon, they kept my autopay information on file and withdrew a very large lump sum directly from my checking account without my permission. Instead of sending a final bill or explaining what the charges were, they simply took the money. No notice. No authorization. No explanation. When I tried to call to resolve this, it was nearly impossible to reach anyone. Since my service had been disconnected, Verizon no longer recognized my phone number. I couldn't log into my account online either--because you need your account number to do so. Everything is "online," yet inaccessible once you leave. By pure chance, I found an old piece of paper with my full account number on it so I could finally reach customer service. Even then, it took three separate calls. The first two times, I was placed on long holds and then disconnected. By the third call, I was beyond frustrated and disgusted with how I was being treated. In the end, Verizon told me they could not refund the money they took and could not offer a payment plan. Their solution was essentially: too bad. I've since contacted my bank to dispute the unauthorized charge and am currently waiting on the outcome. I strongly discourage anyone from using Verizon Wireless for phone or internet service. They show no loyalty or care for long-term customers, and their practices seem entirely driven by financial gain--especially given the price increases paired with declining service quality. This review is for JustFlowers.com. This by far is THE worst company I have ever dealt with and by far the worst flower shop to ever exist. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day on May 8 for it to be delivered on May 10th. I had my tracking number and was waiting all day to see if it was going to be delivered and then around dinner time they sent me a text message saying that it wouldn't be delivered until May 11 after Mother's Day I called and called and no one would pick up. Finally, I called and I was on hold with customer service but not a person for 30 minutes only for them to disconnect me. So I emailed them and I asked them why do I see on message card that I wrote to my that is supposed to go with the that someone wrote; " it's okay if the flowers are not delivered on Mother's Day I approved that they can be delivered on Monday" and then they forged my name pretending that I had . So because I couldn't get a hold of customer I emailed them and ask them why they added to my message on my card it's not to be Mother's Day but it is to be delivered on Monday with my signature forged. I told them that was fraud and they never wrote that and that I paid $25 delivery fee for it to be delivered on Mother's Day. I asked them if they could refund the delivery charge or at least refund half of the delivery charge since it was delivered on Mother's Day and it wasn't I asked them if they would give me a call or email me because I couldn't get through to customer service but understood that they were busy because of Mother's Day being a day where they had to deliver lots of and I understood that, but to please email me or call me so I can understand why somebody wrote a message and signed my name that wasn't me. Right after that I get a text message that they are cancelling my entire order and that my Flowers to my mother will not be delivered and that they will refund my ASAP. So I emailed them asking them why did they cancel my order? When all I asked was if I could get either my money back from the delivery charge or half of it back since they deliver it on the day that it was supposed to be. I told them that what they did in my mother's message. That it was to be delivered on Monday and name was not and that I wanted to talk to somebody about that. I said nothing about cancelling my order but needed to talk to somebody since nobody would customer service or they would just hang up on you. Finally I went ahead and told them that I want my entire refund back of $104.73. I told them that they were the most unprofessional. Flower company that I have ever come across and that if I didn't refund that I would call the better business bureau and I would also call the police for fraud five hours later they still haven't refunded I told they didn't the morning then I was going make a police report and I was going call the better business bureau because by this time I felt like I was getting scammed. Who knows I might have gotten scammed because I am not getting any emails back and I have not back and my mom never received her Flowers. I am warning you as a very angry and unhappy customer to never order from this company because they don't care and they don't answer their calls for customer service and they don't email you back and I am still owed over $104. One thing is though they messed with the wrong person because my entire family are law enforcement and I guarantee you I will let the better business bureau know what they are up to. This has cam written all over it and I refuse to give up until I get my money back. I never come on yelp to do reviews, but I had to warn anyone who tries to order from this company. When I called Verizon they said that there had been a mix-up with my address and I was no longer an Internet customer. I came to this location due to my SIM card failing after a nationwide outage and my phone has been useless unless connected to WIFI. I scheduled an appointment for 3pm and have been waiting 50 minutes now with no progress. The check in was not even available so we couldn't even tell where we were in the process and how many people were in front of us. They have told us nothing about what is going on. I get that places can be understaffed but this is crazy and extremely frustrating. The employees move WITH NO URGENCY, so they keep going to the back room and take so long. read more

My husband and I signed up under a promotion that was supposed to give us 1k off per phone if we turned in ANY iPhone 3 or newer. We had to go in four different times because of some issue each time. The last time I was in, I had my infant with me and brought in an iPhone 11 and iPhone 10 for the trade in. The very very rude and mentally unstable employee named Armond or Armand (bald and skinny African American) didn't want to help me and told me to call customer service. When I told him that this was the fourth time I was there for the same issue and asked him politely to help, he blew up at me and started screaming, "you woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning!!! You need coffee!!! You're so nasty!!!" This was in front of the entire store full of customers and my infant child. He then proceeded to stomp to the backroom and slam the door like a little kid having a tantrum. It was bizarre and pathetic to see a grown man act this way. His behavior is disturbing on so many levels and caused me to almost have a panic attack right in the store. I never received an apology from anyone in the store and was only told that he "would be talked to." I made sure to file a complaint with Verizon corporate. I have been with Verizon for 20 years and I went to Verizon today had an appointment to add a line to my existing phone. I arrived early and the rep who assisted me was Armand. I just read he already had a bad review from a customer a month ago. The Manager Diego helped me clean up his miss. First he transferred the line I wanted to add to my phone to the wrong number. Because he was too busy talking about how he could score points with his wife if he sent her in our salon for a haircut. He was too busy talking to focus on my issue. I left and had to return 30 minutes later because I could not send text messages as he did not cancel the forwarding number I had on my phone, which by the way he said he knew how but had to look on google for directions. In the end the transfer was not set up correctly, I left and had to return a 3rd time because now my phone was not picking up and I could not call out. In the middle of trying to help Armand insisted he could fix the issue then I said please just reverse the process and I will go no worries. Then he walked away and decided not to help. Instead he claimed he had over 10 years of experience, and he just walked away. 10 years of experience in what? Sales? Because as a tech person he sucks. My appointment was at 1pm I left at 4pm. The level of arrogance at this store is unbearable. When you walk in there, most of the employees have this aire about them as if you're walking into a Nobel Prize winning convention of the most elite humans. They barely want to help you and would rather stand around posing. Jesse was the only one that actually tried to help but the rest of them messed up the entire purchase, transfer of my phone to the new phone, accessory purchase, etc. I had to go back and forth to this store 5 times. This last time, there was yet more arrogance, no apology and no understanding of how frustrating it is for someone to have to go back and forth that many times, and had to be on the phone with Verizon a good 3.5 hours total during this whole process. In fact, the guy started laughing at me when I told him how awful everyone in that store has been after he asked me, "is everything good" when I went there this last time. Dear Verizon Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the poor customer service that I received at your location on May 10th. I arrived at noon to transfer my line and did not leave until 2 pm. During that time, the staff was rude and unhelpful, which made the process much more difficult than it needed to be. Despite having my pin, I was unable to transfer my line, and the representative that helped me was not only unhelpful but also refused to provide her name. To make matters worse, when I requested to speak to the manager Jessie, I was never given the opportunity. The customer service representative Maryland who assisted me on May 10th with the sloppy bun was entirely unprofessional. It is unacceptable to receive such poor service from a company that charges such exorbitant fees. I spent entirely too much time trying to activate a line, which should have been a simple and straightforward process. The manager was rude upon entry and would not let me explain the reason for a return. The team as a whole were equally condescending and dismissive. They overcomplicated what should have been an easy return. Ultimately, I had to work directly with Verizon phone support to resolve the situation that should have been dealt with in the store. Based on the low ratings I'm not surprised I had a bad experience at this store. I had previously had a good experience with someone who helped me here but I guess he no longer works here. I was assisted by two women who were extremely rude today. Neither of them once smiled or showed an ounce of kindness. The first didn't seem to know what she was talking about and the second was downright nasty. I was almost in tears when I left the store because of how horrible this woman was. I was confused about my bill as we have had three "increases" in the last year and a half and I was trying to figure out why my bill had gone up. She just told me that they had increased the cost of multiple items on my plan and when I asked for clarification she got really mean. I was also there to order a new iPhone and both women kept saying the most confusing things and it took me ages to get them to give me the price. When I was confused as to why my trade in value changed depending on which plan I had she got even mean: she was incredibly aggressive. I understand that most businesses these days don't care if they get repeat business or if their customers are satisfied but these women made my experience so unbearable. I literally left because I was having a panic attack and ok the verge of tears because this woman was SO mean and bullied me. On top of that they also had locked the doors and shut the store down 30 minutes before the stores listen closing tile so I felt uncomfortable even being there. It's very clear Verizon does not care about their customers because they encourage their employees to be down right bullies. My experience was so bad my whole family is considering switching to another cell phone provider. I was on the phone with my mom for a few mins while in the store because we have a family plan and she was completely shocked and horrified at how rude these employees were. read more

Outright fraud. I purchased 2 magsafe phone cases. Verizon sent 2 non-magsafe phone cases. I jumped through all their hoops, including taking the cases back to multiple stores. They refused to issue a refund at every step. The woman who "helped" me at this location was utterly unwilling to help fix the issue, because I'm not a Verizon subscriber. AND HERE IS WHERE THE AMAZING AFTER-CARE OF THIS OUTLET KICKS IN! 48 hours later I get a call from the TWO MANAGERS THERE - JESSIE AND JEZEBEL - because they NEEDED TO GET ME A REFUND (because of my mind-change/tablet exchange) and they worked for 30 minutes sending me links and STAYING WITH ME until they MADE THE VERIZON SOFTWARE give us the choice for me to pay in the manner I wanted to and get the refund in a way that worked for how I do my $$$! I'm not saying I don't believe the previous reviewers here. I DO! I had been in this store 4 years ago and had vowed never to return. But it was such a different experience that I can only think that Verizon took all those experiences and negative feedbacks into account and created some real change. After a somewhat rushed transaction occurred last week at this location I came back to exchange my phone for something I really wanted. *Full Disclosure* Did not do my due diligence the first time around which landed me in this predicament [Today] The process which entailed so many steps was thoroughly handled by a new rep, Hafiz and Manager, Armaund. They were extremely thorough, informative, calm, patient and pleasant to work with. An experience that could've easily been met with frustration was actually turned around and made for an overall great interaction from these Ambassadors of Verizon's corporate store. It was great to see someone so new eager, willing and vigilant on getting everything right and also great to see someone with tenure passing the torch of exceptional customer service. Great teamwork! I hope this call out to the two, HAFIZ and ARMAUND bring them recognition in the form of compensation whether a spiff, perk or even lunch bought from their corporate personnel. This was my second time in this Verizon store this year. The first visit, which was about 6 or 7 months ago was not really that memorable....I think the service was good, but the store was super crowded and it took longer than I was expecting. Today, however, I was in and out in about 10 minutes with my new SIM card and number and was very happy with the service. What was memorable about this visit was walking into the store and being greeted with smiles and hellos from 2-3 staff members. I was then helped immediately by Miguel, who was friendly, efficient, and made a point of making sure everything worked and I was happy before I left the store. Miguel even helped direct me to a different store I was headed to after Verizon. This saved me a lot of time as I hadn't been aware of the newly opened store he directed me to. Finally, on my way out of the store, there were more smiles, a couple of goodbyes, and a "thanks for coming in!" Honestly? I don't think this could have been a better experience.....thanks(!), Miguel (and the rest of the Verizon staff there). The representative doing my upgrade was not only short he tried to charge me $30 just to transfer data that was already backed up on my iCloud. My neighbor needed a smartphone and asked for my advice. I needed to keep things simple and wanted good customer service, so Verizon was the logical choice. I've been a Verizon customer for many years and am very happy with their customer service. Anyway, this store is located across the street from the Beverly Center on the second floor near Spectrum Cable and Target. It's a very nice store. Open layout, very clean an modern looking. The staff were all helping others but it's pretty confusing when you walk in because you have no idea how to "get in line" to be helped next. None of the floor staff greeted us or told us they'd be right with us. I finally had to ask what the process was and one of them said he'd help us when he was through with his present customer. The wait wasn't too terribly bad, probably 15 minutes max. I'm glad I went because I knew what she wanted so it helped us get to a phone and a plan fairly quickly. Our rep was pretty good but he was constantly checking his phone and texting while he was helping us. It didn't exactly come of as being professional or providing good customer service. Overall, he was a nice enough guy and he tried really hard to move my friend's contacts from her flip phone to her new iPhone. It didn't work, but he really gave it a good try. Kudos to him for that. He was also very patient helping her get her old cell phone number transferred over to her new phone. They don't validate parking, but parking rates are very reasonable. There's one hour free parking. If you go during off peak hours you can probably get in and out of there in less than an hour. read more
