    Apparently returning Spectrum equipment is a scavenger hunt now…read more I walked in carrying a pile of heavy equipment and did what generations of humans have been trained to do: I got in line. Crazy, I know. So there I am, standing behind several other people who had also made the radical decision to form a line, when I start noticing employees calling random names from around the store. People are wandering up from chairs, corners, and various mysterious locations like they've just won a raffle. After about 15 minutes, another customer finally informs us that you have to sign in when you arrive. Now here's the part that really impressed me: every employee in the store watched a group of us standing there holding heavy equipment for fifteen minutes and not a single person thought to mention this tiny little detail. Not one. It honestly felt like a social experiment. "Let's see how long these people stand here before they figure it out." The sign-in system itself isn't the problem. Plenty of places use one. The problem is watching customers clearly waiting for service and saying absolutely nothing. The good news is I eventually returned my equipment. The bad news is I now know more about human indifference than I did when I walked in.

    Not happy. Had the schedule service exactly one week to have a technician come out to change out…read morethe box. I was told on autopay there will be a $5.00 credit. I went to sign up for auto pay, and was not able to do so online. I called the office and was told since I was billed and there is an unpaid balance, I have to pay the full balance and then sign up for auto pay. From that point forward, a $5.00 discount will be applied. It's not the $5.00, it's very poor communication that is the issue. I hope this is just a rocky start and then smooth sailing afterward.

They wanted a credit card to give you the best promotion I refused and she had a manager tell me the price and I wanted the best package with phone and internet she said 49.95 plus the 85.00 packages and we placed an order after I gave my credit card that she wasn't going charge she said she said she was transferring to the internet dept and they said for me to call Spectrum for they do not have a contract with Spectrum. I called Spectrum and they wanted 89.95 and I am a customer with Spectrum. My wife in the meantime checked our bank they charged 117.00 and 49.95 after they said they would not charge I called back and told them they scammed me and the lady on the phone said they did. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE LOCKED IN A 2 YEAR CONTRACT WHERE SPECTRUM DOES NOT.

Charter did send it as promised but it had expired. The first 3 rep's (Haters) told me that I could not get another replacement card. I sent a letter and left a msg. With the contact information and 2wks later A guy named "I forgot" called directly says he's from middle management and said oh no it's you the relentless customer...No problem we'll get you another one.

    I was a customer for about 6 years then decided to completely remove cable all together and only…read moreuse them for WiFi. This past year has been extremely frustrating! We kept getting kicked off 1-3 times daily. I called and reported it over and over again. The last representative suggested I upgrade to a hire speed, so believing this would fix the problem we went ahead and agreed with her suggestion. As of today 4 technicians have been out to my home and and assure me that the problem has been fixed. Last Friday another Spectrum technician came out and confirmed that I wasn't even getting the minimum speed they offer due to the modem and router not getting signal. He then replaced both items, everything seemed to be working until 3 hours later when we had no signal what so ever. I called tech support and that representative confirmed that it was a problem on their end and said they had to send out another technician today Monday. The tech arrived at 12:30pm and was here for 3 hours. He said there was an issue with the connection on the outside and replaced my modem and assured me the problem was fixed. To my surprise as of about 15 minutes ago once again we have no service. In other words this company has been charging me for a service that I never was receiving! Look out people, this company is a joke and are only out to take your money. Luckily I just found out that AT&T is finally in my área and I will be saying goodbye to Spectrum for good! As well as all my family members and friends.
