    Their service is not reliable to transmit live streaming, it's constantly disconnecting, even while watching YouTube videos, even though we were advised to add two WiFi signals boosters and we did but still have the same issue.

    The agent I spoke to in the chat confirms that TV plan is optional and can be removed

    I wish I was joking, but they straight up lie about their services. On their website, I found a plan that cost $30/mo. The woman who sold me the services told me my total would be higher for the first month because of the "activation fees." I said sure and went on my way. When it came time to actually pay the bill, I was confused about how my $30 plan would suddenly be close to $100. Come to find out, they added cable to my internet plan. I don't even have a TV, so I know I never asked for that. I reached out right away to have this removed because I don't use it. The guy I talked to in the chat AND the person I spoke to on the phone both confirmed that I could have the TV plan removed (see screenshots), but I would have to be transferred to sales to have that done. The only upside here is that the person in billing removed the cable fee. Once connected with the sales team, the woman basically said "What do you mean you don't watch TV" and tried to sell me on this thing that they added without my knowledge or consent. Kept telling her no, and that I only wanted the $30/mo internet plan. She then refused to lower my bill whatsoever. She said "A $30 plan doesn't exist. If you just want internet, you'll be paying more than if you had both internet and cable." When I brought up what it says on their website (see screenshot), she said that's only for new customers. LADY. I AM A NEW CUSTOMER. In the end, she refused to give me a $30/mo plan, even though that's what I thought I'd signed up for and I hadn't even been a customer for a full month. Canceled my plan on the spot. They are the WORST.

    Poor customer counter service. Slow service with an attitude. Avoid trying to return anything since they will ignore you and lie about it.

The "Service Bridge" Failure For those who don't know, a **"bridge"** is a short-term extension--a few extra days to pay your bill before they cut your digital lifeline. I requested a simple 48-hour window due to a temporary hardship. What I encountered instead was a complete **mechanical failure** of human logic and basic decency. The "Collections" Nightmare When I was transferred to the collections agent, the interaction went from frustrating to abusive. Even though I remained calm and was never irate, this agent: * **Constantly talked over me**, refusing to listen to the facts of the situation. * **Refused a supervisor escalation**, acting as if she were the final authority in the universe. * **Told me off** for "daring" to ask for someone above her. * **Hung up on me** mid-sentence once she realized she couldn't "smash" me into submission. Why this deserves 1 star: * **Over-Engineered Incompetence:** It's the "Bulldozer Paradox." They have massive infrastructure, but they can't dig a simple hole. The software is now the authority, and the agents have had their override keys stripped away. * **The Hammer/Glue Paradox:** AT&T only knows how to use a hammer. When you need a constructive solution (a bridge), they only offer a destructive one (suspension). * **The Corporate Alibi:** "The system won't let me" is the ultimate shield. It removes all moral agency from the staff, turning a global company into a machine that has no "exception handling" for human life. **The Reality:** AT&T is a joke. He even discovered a damaged wire in one of my walls and went above and beyond to get everything working through another cable port. He was incredibly patient while I shifted things around so he could reach the panel in my closet, and he also helped me update my SSID and password, which I really appreciated! Did a wifi speed test right after and it matched the target right off the bat! As noted in other reviews, the way in which the customer service works is by transferring you to a representative that at best can only ask you to unplug your router and plug it back in again. If you have a more serious problem, then the best they can do is refer you to their mysterious "tier 2" team. They will tell you that your issue has been escalated and to expect a call back the same day or the following day. Currently, I have been waiting back to hear from this team for a month. I have called over and over again and I am unable to reach a single individual who can help me with my problem. This is a nightmare for someone who works at home and requires stable internet to do their job well. Reading other reviews and looking online demonstrates that this is a common enough problem that signing up for this service is a bad idea. If you are searching for an apartment and you find one that offers BAI connect, I encourage you to keep searching and to tell the apartment management that you will not be submitting an application because of the ISP they chose. Trust me, you do not want to be stuck in this hellish scenario of wasting hours of your time weeks on end to get no where. What you are paying for is just not worth it. I have been a customer of ATT and Spectrum, while both have their failings, I can at the very least say that I was able to get a hold of someone who could help me eventually. If your service works as intended, then great, but do not get fooled by reviews written in the best of circumstances. If one thing goes wrong you are going to suffer for it because they are either too lazy, incompetent, or just plain spiteful to help you get your issue resolved. Finally, if this review speaks to your own experience, please leave your own review on yelp and file a complaint with the FTC. They are defrauding their customers on the most basic level by denying them access to adequate customer support. Further, make your voice heard and force apartment buildings to seek better service providers. Avoid BAI connect at all costs.

    Let me tell you that Nojan is da man!…read more We redid our family room and moved the location of our tv to our new built-in cabinets. I needed the satellite cable rerouted and brought through the wall and also wanted all the cables from the satellite box and Xbox fished through the wall from the cabinet so they wouldn't show. I asked him if he was able to run an Ethernet cable from my router in the front of the house into my crawl space and into back room for the tv. "No problem!" He asks me if I wanted an Ethernet switch so that I can also have it hooked up to the Xbox. Hell yes! He had the switch in his truck already, along with the coax and Ethernet cable and connections. 1 cable for 2 different devices, who would've thunk it. After several days with this setup l have to say EVERYONE SHOULD GET THIS DONE FOR INFINITELY BETTER NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME VIDEO AND GAMING. No more wonky WiFi delays and buffering. Highest definition streaming videos. According to my son, online gaming lag disappears. Nojan has been doing this for 30+ years. He's nice. He's polite. He's tidy. He did everything I asked for and offered upgrades to things I didn't know existed. And his prices are beyond reasonable. $$$ :)
