I extremely regret getting my iPhone here. They lost a year and half of my photos from the backup, customer service and sales experience felt like a they were trained to take advantage of you, and they charge an extra service fee compared to other Verizon stores. This location is part of the Verizon Victra company which operates separately from the Verizon stores. They have different customer service and sales standards as Verizon. I went to purchase a new iPhone here. After having a pleasant and informative experience at another Verizon verified store location, I decided to come here only because they had the iPhone with 512GB storage size in stock. I quickly realized customer service operated very differently here than the previous location I received help at. Later found out this location is a separately owned company named Verizon Victra. The sales people push you hard on extra add ons and are so blunt about it. They were not interested in doing any extra steps to insure you had a good experience there. In the previous store, the sales rep explained that backing up the device directly - from old iPhone to new iPhone- was the safest way to transfer all data and to check that everything is transferred over. At this Victra location they insisted that the iCloud was safer after I requested them 3 times to do a device to device direct transfer. So after their insistence i did the air loud transfer. They did not help or assist at all. They just told me I have to follow the prompts myself. They walked away and never came back until I went looking for them after the transfer seemed to be done. They didn't check to see if it was done, just went ahead and charged me the final fee, did not explain the services charged, didn't provide a receipt until I asked for it. I reviewed the receipt and saw there was an additional charge of $70 which I did not incur when I was at the previous Verizon location. I asked them what that was for and they answered that all the Victra company locations add their own service fees in addition to the Verizon service fees. After the transfer via iCloud I scrolled through my photos and it seemed to have everything there. I checked the most recent few months obviously and I checked how far back the photos went. I focused on checking off the start and end periods of the data and did not go through everything carefully enough. After a few weeks I realized a huge chunk of my photos and videos did not get transferred over and was not stored in iCloud. I lost a year and half of my photos- of my young kids photos. It broke my heart. I know I should have backed it up elsewhere, that's on me. But overall I felt so terribly with my experience in that store that I remember walking out feeling like I was taken advantage of. Please check the locations and make sure it's not a Verizon Victra store before walking in. It's not worth it! read more

If you need a new phone or upgrade, go to this Verizon on Vine and ask for Eddie! He somehow got me a new phone, added a line, and made my bill cheaper than before. My new phone did end up having a random manufacturing glitch that caused it to overheat--totally out of the store's hands and nothing to do with their flawless service--so I went back. Larry immediately said they would take care of it, and then Eddie put in the work, called corporate support, and said whatever magic words were needed to fast-track everything.Picking up the new-new phone today! The people here are disgustingly rude, inconsiderate, and mean. It's the only local Verizon store near me so I risked going anyways despite the reviews. They're thieves and criminals. The employees were condescending, unhelpful, and impolite. They spoke down to me and made me wait one or two hours every time I walked in. I watched them interact with other customers and they were disgustingly unprofessional and unkind to everyone. I came in for help with a data transfer and not only was the price insanely expensive, but they said if I left the store and it didn't work, that when I came back they'd charge me twice over even though the technology not working is their fault. What would probably have taken me a few hours to complete the transfer, Mark was able to get in done in about 30 minutes. I would not trust the sales representative at this location! They are not honest about the actions they are executing on the behalf of customers. They will end up calling another person for access to your account, from my experience, that person knows even less. When I went in I knew exactly what I wanted them to execute and they still did some unasked for - do not trust them to do what is best for you, they will do what is best for them; whether it be try to up-sale something, add additional lines, or mislead/lie about offers. read more

HORRIBLE. Took 3 days to replace my phone becuase they were so busy trying to sell me other products. Promised "free" internet unit but it costs $69 a month and took 3 months to get off my account, promised a "free" iPad but had a monthly fee. Added a line to my account without authorization and have been charging me for months and Verizon wont remove it becuase the store has to, but they dont answer the phone. They are very poor at customer service. I had two orders sitting there for 24 hours and they hadn't even checked them. I had to just go to the store to find out what was happening. They kept me over 30 minutes while they were "activating" the phones. They ended up activating two esims to the same phone so I had to contact support and get it straightened out. They were not busy when I was there. All the reps were just looking at iPads and watching people walk by the store. It was a horrible experience. read more

Came here on July 4th there was a younger Hispanic male working I just wanted to upgrade my phone and he said I couldn't because there was a balance on a different phone on my family's shared line. Didn't make sense to me but I didn't argue. I was able to go to another Verizon and upgrade my phone. TL;DR: This is Victra, not Verizon. Don't let yourself get talked into anything you don't want or need. They will say it's free for whatever time period, but you will be charged to remove the service if you don't want it. Ask about activation fees and hidden fees and restocking fees that they won't mention. Ask what you will be charged to get rid of the "free service" (because it was a "promotion" or something). Ask about return policies for equipment. Definitely read all of the receipt and/or contract before you sign anything. Longer take: I hadn't replaced my phone since I got it, an iPhone SE first gen. So when I went in to what I thought was the Verizon store on Vine Street (the sign above the door says Verizon), after being ignored for 15 or 20 minutes, I was pretty much steamrolled by Danny into getting free this and that and 30-day-free trial internet and a 30-day-free trial "phone box" that I was told I could plug your current landline into so I could get rid of Spectrum. I decided against the landline box and the internet and had to return them separately: the phone box (which turned out to be an extra phone line!) to the Victra store (they tried to charge me a $50 restocking fee); and the Internet device through the mail (more time wasted on boxing it up and taking it to UPS). I decided against the extra phone line, which I said I didn't need, but was convinced to keep because it might be useful. I said I didn't want any disney bundle or max bundle, yet when I looked up my plan, there they were, and I was going to be charged 20 bucks a month for them. There was NO mention at the Victra store of cloud service or device insurance, yet there they were, too. More than $75 bucks a month for two more services I don't need. I found out that what the sales rep told me--that I had to buy the screen protector and the camera lens protectors, because I would then be able to get a new phone if the old one broke--was a lie. You might be able to get a new screen through the manufacturer of the screen protector, but you cannot walk back into the Victra store and get a replacement phone. It took three calls and 2+ hours on the phone with Verizon customer service trying to get all the stuff removed that I did not want in the first place. In the end (with taxes, activation fees, and free services that I did not want that ended up absolutely not being free), I was out $50. Plus the hundred bucks for the screen protectors that I would not have purchased. read more

I observed his demeanor with other customers as well, while I was waiting my phone to update, and he was pleasant and patient with everyone, no matter what problems they needed help with. Avoid this store at all costs. TLDR at the bottom. First of all it's not an official Verizon store. So Verizon customer service (online and phone) cannot help you with your order. You have to deal with the store directly. I have been with Verizon for over 20 years and I usually have no issues with customer service, so this experience felt bizarre from the beginning. It was all very sales-y and dishonest. I came in to buy a new phone and the person was very vague about my options and kept trying to sell me a business line. After saying no multiple times, they finally gave me my total and it was over double than what I was expecting. I asked why it was so much and they said it's a bundle which includes a phone charger, cover and screen protectors. I said I just wanted the phone and they said it was not possible (???). They were trying to charge me over $100 for accessories. Finally after going back and forth they said they could order just the phone and that I could come pick it up. If I didn't do my research beforehand, I would not have known what I was buying because they did not disclose the extras. When I got home I compared the price online, and it was cheaper. I found out that they charged me a $40 "in store fee." I called Verizon to cancel the order and they were not able to help me because this was not an official corporate store. I had to cancel with the store directly but since they don't answer their phones, it's virtually impossible. Verizon customer service told me that if I don't pick up the phone in 3 days, the order will be cancelled. 2 weeks later, it was still not cancelled. I called Verizon again and they said that the order seems strange because it was not showing up as an in store pickup order (which is what I was told). They said that the address they shipped it to was not my address or the store address. They ended up cancelling it for me because it seemed fraudulent on their end. TLDR: this is not an official Verizon store and they charge you a $40 "in store fee." They are dishonest and will upsell you without disclosing what you are paying for. Verizon customer service cannot help you with orders placed here. The phone I purchased was never shipped to the store, and instead to an address not associated with me at all. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! I wish I could leave zero stars. I came into this store because my phone was stolen all i wanted was to get a new one. Jay the sales associate not only was very unprofessional but was extremely shady and pushy with his sale. I asked for a black iPhone 14. He stated he had no black phones available and gave me a baby blue phone (gender reveal color), I was so desperate for a phone so i accepted. He stated i had to buy 5 different accesorios costing over $150 as part of a "package". I talked him down to remove about tow things: phone case and charging cable. He still made me buy camera lens protectors screen protector and a charger I ended up up hating the phone and was forced to return to the store three days later to exchange or return the phone. THIS IS NOT A CORPORATE STORE BUT A THIRD PARTY. They are not the same!!!!!!!. I was not aware. I immediately asked if he had my phone in black now that time has passed, he immediately said no and looked back down at his phone as he was texting. Oh but after I said i want to return it, he finally said "let me check the vault". And by some miracle he came back with the phone i wanted. I told him i dont want to deal with it and just want to return the phone. I gave him all the accesorios and phone box to begin the return. He stated that i would be charged a restocking fee ($50 i looked online before and so glad i did). Once initiating the return he told me the accesories i was forced to buy are non refundable nor is the set up charge and another charge called "redux single". I looked at their policy online and the receipt. I told him i get the restocking charge and set up fee as they are in writing. But everything else i need to get back. He was still insistent so i asked to be shown in any written policy where it stated i cant get that money back. He finally said "i will discount it for you and the items look unopened so he can return them." This store was a nightmare to say the least. I will never been returning. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE AND IF YOU ARE WITH VERIZON ALWAYS SEARCH ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR A CORPORATE STORE. I ended up paying $90 to have a baby blue phone for 3 days. I also got the home internet with him but because of how unprofessional the experience was i am in the process if returning that as well. PROMO FRAUD! They tell you have to get a BUNDLE, which are accessories in order to get the new iPhone 16. That's not true at all. GO ONLINE AND LOOK AT THE REAL PROMOS & CHECK FOR YOURSELF. Brando C. lied, multiple times to us and over charged almost $200 for unnecessary accessories. He said you had to do this in order to receive the iPhone promo. If you're reading this and it happened to you just call VICTRA customer service and talk to them. Calling Verizon directly, they won't be able to do anything because this is an Authorized Retailer. When you call, they will give you an email, and possibly to return your money. Verizon is a good company these people here just aren't! Or do what I did and get walk in and make them give it back to you. His coworker, Pablo M assisted as well on the return, but not after trying to back up what his coworker had done.
