Ari is fantastic…read more My phone lay on the counter. When I opened a cupboard, a jar fell exactly on the face recognition part of the screen. Suddenly the phone couldn't do anything anymore! Ari responded right away and worked around my schedule to get me right in. He gave options and replaced the screen and put a free screen protector on. I was out the door in 15 minutes. His price, very fair. For comparison, the last time I had the screen repaired through AT&T insurance, I had to book days in advance and it was a 3 hour repair. When the screen started behaving in strange ways, he had me come back in, again, working around my commitments. He installed a new screen "under warranty" and said he would not put on a screen protector this time explaining that sometimes the screen protector installation itself tweaks the screen on an iPhone 15. Good to know! Highly recommend!!

Did I mention resolving the charging port issue was complimentary? Well It was. What more can you ask for. Speed, efficiency and a good guy who takes care of his customers.
