I was about to junk a 6-year old Dell desktop computer, but I thought I would have Angel take a look at it first because I didn't want to lose all my old programs and have to reinstall a lot of software. He examined it and suggested that he could install a new, larger, solid state hard drive and could probably save most of my programs. I told him to try it. He installed the new solid state hard drive, saved and transferred ALL of my many programs and files--I lost absolutely nothing--all for an incredibly low price! My old Dell desktop now works like a new computer and I didn't get stuck with the dreadful Windows 11 that comes pre-loaded on almost all new computers. Angel is amazing! A true professional. My new (just purchased OLDER PC) lost connection to the Internet around 6-days ago. Those days were spent online trying to find a fix. I consider myself computer savvy but after hours online with hardware and software manufactureres, I finally gave up and due to good YELP reviews called Angel at Tech SOS. 24-hours later, my computer is fixed (it was a weird confluence of two interfaces dying at the same time... may have been power surge related), Angel did a complete systems check and also found a few minor tracking viruses that my antivirus had missed. My phone would not charge properly and took forever. I went to Angel who charged me $120--to have the same problem right after. Nothing seemed new or replaced though I was told that the port was replaced. I was told that everything is ok from his side and that it must be my charger. I got new charger wires and chargers--still problems. Finally my phone wouldn't work all together. This was a few months later. Brought it back to him for him to say it's the charger port that needs replacing (AGAIN?!). For $45. I feel that the problem wasn't fixed to begin with and I shouldn't have had to pay that extra $45, but I just paid it. It was FINALLY working the way it should have for the FIRST TIME and I could tell that the port was changed/replaced this time. Unfortunately, only a couple weeks later, suddenly it's not working. I brought it back and again--"all is fine on my side" and "it must be your charger/wire that's defective." It was frustrating because I wasn't able to use and properly charge my phone for days, so I asked if he could at least charge up my phone so I can use it since he is able to charge it on his side. I also asked if he could charge my car charger while I was there and my battery died on the way to his phone repair store, and he said ok. When I came back, my phone was getting charged to 40+% (no complaints there, as it's better than not charged at all), but my car booster charger wire was clearly BROKEN (the tab was bent) and it was not charged at all and I was unable to charge it at all now as he BROKE my charger wire! He overcharged and never truly fixed my phone, yet he obviously seemed to have a problem with my asking for him to help charge my car charger because he returned it to me broken! He denied it of course, but when I insisted that he at least offer a replacement and that my phone should have all these recurring problems to begin with, he refused and said he'll call the police! And I said good because this is theft, a scam, and vandalism! read more

Angel was efficient and equally important, HONEST in his diagnosis of what was wrong with my PC. This means a lot to me. He probably could've told me almost anything was wrong with my PC and most likely would've believed him. Instead, he was ethical, charged me a fair price for fixing it and even went a step further by doing extra work when I was having some different kinds of issues with it. I had been recommended here with Angel... and I had brought my computer before; however, this time... my second time here I am very disturbed. He charged my card and he said my card didn't go through so he charged it again. Then he said it was declined. I immediately logged onto my bank and confirmed my charge... called my bank with him listening and confirmed the charge. Weird! Then he asked I use another card, but why would I if my card already processed the payment? So I said no! My Wells Fargo rep was still on the phone and she agreed not to process another payment. He then said, wouldn't give me my computer unless I paid him again. After walking out, I felt something wasn't right and I should leave with my computers... I offered to pay him again using another card, but he refused and only wanted cash. Weird right? I asked if he used Venmo and he agreed to take payment that way... so he got my money twice. read more

I can't recommend this place enough. One of the keys on my computer was sticking so I searched for a nearby computer repair place. This one was the nearest so I figured I'd give it a try. It's upstairs in a very busy mini mall but I managed to find parking. The tech assistant was very friendly and professional and explained to me that he would do his best to fix the keyboard problem but that it might involve actually replacing the keyboard if the first attempt didn't work. I left the computer with him, came back after running a few errands, and the computer was ready. It's working perfectly now and what's more, he didn't charge me anything at all for the repair. Man I am so lucky to be the first one to leave a review after they moved to this location. I called them about a MacBook Pro they were selling before I head out to the shop. Over the phone customer service is great. I went in and bought the pro. I was short on cash so had to go to the closest bank to get some cash.
