I've went to a couple of places looking to purchase a scooter and finally found Belmart. The proprietor, Gil was very knowledgeable, helpful and personable! He has a nice selection that fit my needs. The only thing is that I have a back injury and unable to ride right now, but at least I know where to go when I'm ready to purchase. Btw, when I was at the business a young man came in wanting a battery for his scooter; the proprietor took care of him as well. Jeff was very honest and up front with me about my phone before I brought it in, and he told me that if he had to use parts and labor to fix my phone it would take up to $90 to do that. When I got in, he found that my actual problem was very minor, and he fixed it within 5 minutes, and only charged me $5. The place is fast with their services but the price is a direct reflection of what you're going to get. I came to fix the screen on iPhone 7S+, it was shattered down to the LED and I paid $50 for a whole new set up. After getting my phone back I noticed a yellow tint to my screen but I thought it was just the night mode until it was 2 days later and I was next to another iPhone. Don't waste your time or your money -- sold me an electric scooter as NEW but it only lasted for 3 weeks when the battery mysteriously stopped holding a charge. Found out the parts are refurbished, and no warranty. The scooter only had 28 miles on it. I contacted the store to see what my options were; I was told numerous times that I would receive a call back but nothing -- I finally visit the store with the scooter and the owner said he would look at it; kept it for 2 weeks just to get it back and the same issue. Took the scooter for a ride in the parking lot and the battery died. This POS not only wasted my time but only offered me $50 off my next purchase; what NEXT PURCHASE??? In response to Jeff J's email... I understand what you're saying & accept responsibility for not bringing in my package sealed with the affixed label. However, maybe you should also work on maintaining your place of business open during posted hours (you know, the hours that you're supposed to be open, especially as a UPS access point). Due to the inconsistency of your hours, I wasn't able to pick up my package before you "closed". I arrived at 6 & the place was closed with the stupid "be back in 30 minutes" sign posted, despite your hours saying you closed at 7. I called the number listed & your business number repeatedly, to no avail. Because of that, my food delivery box couldn't be picked up before 7 & well, basically went to waste. That's $70 wasted, thanks to you. Very unprofessional. It was a huge mistake to pick your business as a UPS access point. Be forewarned fellow Yelpers. read more

I recently came here to fix my battery, not only did they replace it in a speedy time the price was very affordable , unfortunately my phone had some software issues due to the new iPhone update, so I'm still having problems but, a couple of time a needed to restart my phone the owners and technician we're both happy to help me with that. My brother and I both took our iPhone 6 in because of a cracked screen. Left the phone and it took about 5 hours to get replaced. We picked the phones up and went home and noticed the screens were lifting up!!!! We went in to get it fixed and the owner starts putting glue on my phone to hold it down!!!!! I will never go back to belmart wireless ever again! Very sloppy work and I have glue all around my phone and my phone is lifting up again. Warning take your business elsewhere!!!!! read more
