My first time in, I went for the cheaper screen, which overheated and used a ton of energy. I went back and paid for the more expensive screen (double the price, but 30% less than at the '@pple' store), and my phone has been perfect since, exactly like new. The repair guy is so reasonable, if there is something you don't like, he will 100% make it right. I found him on yelp, I'm not a personal friend, I'm your average customer.

He even took the time to explain worst-case scenarios--even if there's only a small chance--which really shows his honesty and professionalism. I'm trying to remember oh what happened but basically when I got there all of a sudden out of nowhere, the screen magically started working or as before, if you would touch it, nothing would happen. So the guy told me how to transfer all of my data onto my new phone and also without a cord, after about an hour and a half it all transferred and it saved my videos photos, everything. They didn't even charge me anything, but I did give him a $10 tip for helping me out. I would totally recommend this place. The service was stellar.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the customer service staff, particularly Mel, who…read morewas rude, argumentative, and difficult to communicate with throughout my visit. Mel and another employee did not properly diagnose my phone, yet they attempted to claim there were damages that I did not believe were present. When I questioned this, Mel argued with me and repeatedly insisted that she had explained what happened, when that was not my experience of the interaction. I was also uncomfortable with Mel repeatedly asking me to provide private information publicly. I made it clear multiple times that I wanted to protect my personal data and did not consent to discussing or providing sensitive information where others could hear it. I should not have had to repeatedly explain that I wanted my privacy respected. The entire interaction was embarrassing and unprofessional. If you work in the phone repair business, customers should be able to expect a proper diagnosis, clear communication, respect for their privacy, and basic courtesy. I am asking management to review the security camera footage from around 1:15 p.m. so they can see how this interaction was handled and evaluate the conduct of their employees for themselves. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses both the customer-service and privacy concerns raised by this experience.

This is a very honest, first class business. I had a crack on my screen and put off getting it…read morefixed, then dropped it again and it smashed - so I came on Yelp and found these guys very close to my house. I was quoted $100 to replace the iPhone 7 screen, or $70 for an aftermarket. The guy helping me offered to show me the aftermarket once put it on, because the color would be slightly yellower- giving me a chance to change my mind if it bothered me. He came back a few minutes later and said the screen wasn't broken, it was the protective screen they put on there that was cracked, and it would only be a $10 charge if I wanted that replaced. What?? He completely could have charged the $70 and I wouldn't have known the difference. This combination of service and honesty will bring me back for sure- and I am happy to add a 5 star review. They deserve it. (Btw cash only- but there is an ATM on site. I didn't ask, it feels like a family business. Don't go to the mall kiosk for this kind of repair (as I did last time I had a broken screen) - support local businesses. And thank you for the honest salesman. Made my day.
