To make matters worse, I was traveling out of LA the next day and needed to get my phone repaired ASAP, and after a quick yelp search I decided to call here to see if I could get some semblance of a working phone so I could use it for basic communication. It was so water damaged on top of a super broken screen that I didn't think a same day repair was possible. However, when I called, even though he was full for the day, Brandin made time to come repair my phone (I didn't even have to go anywhere!!) and repaired that mess within like, 20 minutes!! After the repair he was really thorough and transparent with his repair process and even though my phone had severe water damage he only charged me for a screen repair which was like, less than half the rate of a lot of the other places I was considering. I was so pleasantly surprised because I was so used to repair shops taking ages and charging a bomb and it made me so grateful that Brandin went out of his way to provide incredible service, especially when I was in a tight spot. Anyways, I broke my charging port and i suffered for a long time cause didn't even know why my phone was not charging. Anyways, he fixed my phone screen before and he was so quick, good and honest so i asked him to fix my charging port. I think it takes a really long time and it's not as easy job like changing the phone screen but he charged way less than other places. I called 10 places and they were all charging so much. Last time he came and he was checking to see what the problem was with my phone and he didn't even charge me. He got the part quickly (thank god!) and he fixed it like it's brand new again.
