Please run in the other direction of this business. Unethical and very shady as others have shared. An estimate was provided to me after the technician check my device - I was told by the owner Shawn, that all of my data would be recovered. I go to pick up my devices and make payment, at this time Shawn tells me all the data was recovered so I make payment. When I check the recovered data I see that in fact maybe less than 2% of my data was recovered and instead my iCloud was uploaded to the drive. I call him and let him know I'm missing many files and he adamantly states that they put all of my files onto the hardrive and to search for it another way. Once attempting to search in another way, I realize what he said is not true and they in fact did not recover my data as they stated. I call him back to inform him of this, at this time, after telling me 4 times they retrieved all of my data, he then discloses that my laptop had a bug and not all information could be retrieved to be put on the hardrive ????? After all of that, why tell me this now??? After so vehemently claiming you retrieved all of the data from my laptop, multiple times??? I requested a refund, the owner refused. Waste of money, time, and tremendous energy as this man is shady, condescending, and incredibly unethical.
