    I went to T-Mobile to upgrade my phones for my wife and my self a couple of months ago our phones…read morewere 8 years old and started to miss calls went in because that is where I bought them they have been working get until then so I talked to one of the guys there i told him that I'm old school don't know about all the fancy stuff on the phones so he suggested witch phones would be best for the wife and myself so I agreed and bought two of them they had to be ordered and would be delivered to my home in a few days after I received the phones we set down to get them up and going not as easy as i was told we tried for a few days finally gave up went back to the store and young man came over to me i told him what my problem was he acted like I was a real dumb person he took the old one and the new one and he worked on it for over a half an hour finally gave them back to me and said all done but it will take a little longer before everything would transfer to the new phone so I left about an hour later I turned her new phone on and it was blank not only did nothing transfer to the new phone but it also deleted everything from the old phone all the pictures phone numbers everything so the next day I went back to the store again not in a good mood and basically I was told owell sorry I was really ticked off I asked him how much to just pay the phones off then I was going to leave T-Mobile i paid them off left went to the spectrum store talked to lady explained what happened she took the phones number one she explained that the new phone doesn't use a Sim card number two he never turned on some of the settings that it needed to work luckily she took out the Sim card from the new phone put it back in the old phone and everything came back on the old phone then in about five minutes time she had everything transfered over to the new one the wife is very happy and spectrum has two more happy customers

    I ported my number from Cricket Wireless to AT&T Prepaid on Monday. I can make calls but still…read moredidn't have data and texting after 2 days. I came to the store this morning after spending many hours on the phone with AT&T CSR and tech support, who couldn't resolve the issues after going through all the troubleshooting drills. Ultimately I spent all morning at the store but I am very grateful and impressed by the work ethics, professionalism and dedication of the staff I met. In particular, I want to give kudos to Shauntay and Melissa, who talked with tech support, supervisors and eventually connected me with Apple (network issues). Melissa worked tirelessly and relentlessly since there were various barriers and limitations that she had to address. She also had to multi-task to help with other customers since the store was becoming busier as the morning progressed. I was relieved that my data and texting functions were restored at the end. We are lucky to have such exemplary staff at the AT&T Ithaca store, who do their best to serve, assist and advocate for their customers when needed. They are to be commended for the fine work they do and have reversed my first (unfavorable) impression of AT&T. THANK YOU!!!

They take the time to really understand how all the latest devices work, and they do an amazing job of fixing them. On top of all that, they care about their customers, and really give you the best deal they can, while maintaining quality. And they don't try to up sell you on unneeded repairs. I went in for an iPad Pro 12.9 screen replacement, which is no easy task. They did it perfectly and in a reasonable amount of time. 5 months later, the screen had an issue that turned out to be a manufacturer defect, and despite it being out of warranty, they would not let me pay for labor on the second repair. Stand up guys, great technical skill. I would definitely take any device I had to them again.

They easily could have taken my $300 or so for a new keyboard, instead the employee made me aware of an extended warranty I was eligible for, and recommended I send my MacBook into Apple. I ended up getting the repair done by Apple free of charge, and am very grateful that they didn't take advantage of me. Will be going here for any future repairs and recommend it to all for honest service.
