On top of all that, they care about their customers, and really give you the best deal they can, while maintaining quality. And they don't try to up sell you on unneeded repairs. I went in for an iPad Pro 12.9 screen replacement, which is no easy task. They did it perfectly and in a reasonable amount of time. 5 months later, the screen had an issue that turned out to be a manufacturer defect, and despite it being out of warranty, they would not let me pay for labor on the second repair. Stand up guys, great technical skill. I would definitely take any device I had to them again.
