So you know what everyone dealing with them that is more than F***ing frustrated! with Cox do get name badges get confirmation numbers and do know they "keep notes" on what they wish to say regarding the situation so you do the same :) ask for a "recap" on agreement go as far as even asking to see the profile if you go to actual location and if you choose to go by their word expect you may get disappointed after. For example the notes when I called the number of the main actual co. you will find on your bill they noted: I declined tech insurance well NO! the employee never mentioned anything about an tech fee so I was charged $100 for a tech coming out. I followed all the directions on the phone I watched the tech I did everything as I was directed to do by phone so yup games! they could have tuned it on that day but why should they when playing dumb is best and charging me $100 for 5 min of a tech coming out is best? Also do know when you call the number from your previous bill they quote different price points then when you actually go to the store nothing is consistent! so you know what since they wasted my time I think people should know get details don't EVER! take any employees word for it at the end of they day they or course are suppose to smile and be nice they just want to get through the day and sugar coat you. They are two stars for a reason :)

He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. He really took the time to explain everything and made sure we got exactly what we needed without feeling rushed or pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and represents T-Mobile's values really well. Customer service like this is hard to find these days--definitely recommend asking for Michael if you stop by. You'll get an expert who knows exactly what he's doing!

    Purchased my iPhone 16 Pro from this T-Mobile store on Marks St, Henderson. Received the worse…read moreservice ever. Explained I needed a screen saver. The employee took my information and said it would be 5-10 minutes. Then after 2 customers (walk ins after me were helped immediatel, I asked how long and she said, I told you 30 minutes. When I asked why the 2 men were helped before me, she said she didn't see the older man that was helped immediately by a young man immediately inside the door, and then she helped a man who I guess had been in earlier and returned...that's MOT THE POINT...I just needed a screen saver and was blown off! so I left without giving that store my business and I will never return to that store! I got out to my car and decided I needed to let the store manager know about the service I DID NOT receive! I called in, the young lady said she was going to put me on hold. it would take 5-10 minutes...Are you kidding me. I was on hold for 6+ minutes and still no Mabager. I hung up!     We've been with At&t for a while now and theses past months I've been having signal problems…read moreusually things like sos show up where my bars should be and I'll be by my boyfriend that also has at&t and he has signal so i figured something is going on i came to this location in hopes the problem can get fixed but i was very disappointed with the customer service here. So the gentleman that helped us said "ohh is like a radio station some times theres connection and sometimes there isn't " like what the ???? And to top it off the gentleman said call our line and if your not happy we won't fault you for having to change ,so not only was this trip useless but they obviously don't care about retaining there customers because signal or not ive been paying my bill and never late but that doesn't matter to them , so id say probably look elsewhere.

    Stopped in during the evening to ask a few questions about our accounts. I have my own account and…read moremy husband has one as well, but for some reason they're partially connected and partially not, which honestly didn't make much sense. We were hoping to get some clarity in store without having to call the bank, but ultimately were told the bank is where we'll need to sort it out and officially merge the accounts. That aside, the store itself was clean, bright, and well organized. Most of the store appeared well stocked with a wide variety of products. One thing that stood out was the Meta glasses display...they had an entire wall with different styles to choose from. The LEGO section was decent, not huge, but still around 10-15 different sets available. The computer section was solid; all units were powered on and there was a good range of options, from budget friendly laptops to higher end models with all the bells and whistles. One small disappointment was the car audio section. The selection was very limited, only one radio faceplate and just a handful of speakers to choose from. Customer service, however, was great. In every department we walked through, an employee checked in to see if we needed help, which we really appreciated.

Drove 30mins across town to get a stove. And this was the only location that had it in stock. Which is fine. But when I went to pay. They asked if I wanted to buythe Best Buy Total protection. I respectfully declined and said no thank you. Don't want anything additional. Paid for product. They told me my total. Went outside. Loaded up and headed home. When i got home. Took the receipt and put it into my filing cabinet. Then noticed they added a $1 fee (donation) to the Best Buy Foundation teen tech. Now I don't mind donating that $1. I do donations every year during the holidays from clothes to food to gift cards and also forth. But what pisses me off is that they DID NOT ASK to add it and snuck it in. From what I was told by legal console friends is that adding unauthorized items to a bill is illegal and can be considered fraud or misrepresentation. I even double checked with my wife as we both was with the cashier in the appliance section if the 2 people there asked. And she said no. Take it as you will. Just wanted to make sure during the holidays this doesn't happen to others. It was $1 for me but who knows it could be more than that for others without the customers consent
