So the Verizon Corporate decision to forward all call to a central system is beyond stupid. I called the store to talk to someone at the store about help at the store. I was driving to the store and arrived 20 minutes later still listen to hold music. Definitely so far from good customer service I actually will consider going to AT&T. Amazing how Corporate can make decisions that are so Customer unfriendly Then when I get to the store, Gisela?, a manager, puts me on the wait list and then proceeds to pick and choose who to service. This store rates very low for a reason, both managers could not organize or manage their own thoughts much less a store. I've dealt with both so I will go to Apple or AT&T. My husband and I went into the store to return the internet box we got. We had already called customer service and they advised since we didn't have the box, we had to return it in the store. While we waited for a rep to help us, Giselle the Assistant Store Manager, was "helping" an older gentleman with his phone bill. He had questions about how much his bill was and how much he owed on a device. She said "If you download the My Verizon App you can see your billing information there." He kept asking her questions on his bill and she just kept pushing the app and wouldn't help him. Finally he asked "Can you look at my account?" Finally she looked at his account and gave him amounts. She was very short with him and rude. Then she came over to us. She advised we had to call customer service because she couldn't do anything in the store. When we told her we already called customer service she said "Well you can use this phone right here and call them because I can't do anything with the wireless internet box." We then waited on hold, only to be told we had to use the message support. While we were speaking with a rep through the message system, another person came in. Giselle went over to them and advised them there was nothing she could do about their iphone and that they just needed to go to an Apple Store. She said "We can't really do anything with Apple products so you will have to go there." You could tell she was just trying to push people along and out of the store. She didn't want to help anyone. Then as we continued to speak with Customer Service about returning our equipment she started closing down the store. I asked her for the store number and she said, "You can just use this phone right here." I had to ask her for the store number 5 times before she gave it to me. We then decided to leave because we weren't getting any help in the store. As we left I asked her "Are you not able to call customer service in the store if a customer needs help?" She stated "Well I can't because I can't verify your account." My husband explained he has come into the store before and other reps have called and explained the issue to customer service on his behalf. She said "yeah we can't do that." I honestly can't believe the lack of customer service and empathy from the Assistant Manager! If you want help at this store, just make sure you ask for anyone but Giselle. She will be short with you, talk to you like you are dumb, and push the buck to anyone but Verizon because she ultimately doesn't want to help you. read more

We were tired of T-Mobile. After they "upgraded" their network several of our devices magically stopped working. We came here and both ADAM & BILLY were so helpful. They answered all of our questions and took care of us! My husband got a new motoZ2 Force and I just transferred my iPhone over. I wish I never left Verizon. My wife recently bough a new samsung S20 from this location. She also bought a screen protector and it was defective, and did not install cleanly. We alerted the staff about the defect and they happily offered a new one for free. We were thankful and grateful for this gesture, and would have paid for a new screen protector if they were not able to replace it for free. My problem was with the manager Tomy, who somehow assumed that it was my fault that the unit was defective. His words verbatim - "Don't mess this one up this time, Husband," Out of nowhere! When I addresed to him that I didn't like how he assumed I damaged the product, he offered a lame apology and said he was only joking around. My mom who is 80 years old,and walks with a cane, she's had a stroke. She has had Verizon for many years with her husband and he is in the hospital now, her phone stopped charging and is eligible for a new one or to get it repaired through insurance. Her name is on the account with her number, yet the rude and condensending young lady who was " helping us" wouldn't let her know her options or help other then to say it could be a battery issue because she isn't on the account a primary, her husband is. Which is ridiculous since in all legal transactions she has equal say being a duel property state. She can not get calls from the hospital. As these inconsiderate kids mocked my mom and laughed at her for being upset that they wouldn't assist her. My mom needed to find out what was wrong with her phone as to get it fixed, they told her to get her husband to add her as the manager, which can't be done since he's in hospital and not able to now. I have not seen such entitlement and rude behavior by a company employee. The manager was even worse with her disrespectful behavior. They had zero communication skills, no empathy, and would not let her use a restroom!! Verizon needs to be canceled as well as any company which allows an employee to have no manners and ridicule a customer. I am so embarrassed with our youth and their lack of manners and the brainwashing to be rude. It's a sad state we are in. Zero stars for verizon. He offered a satisfactory solution for the problem and they were not even inclined to check it out. I think they thought if they ignored us we would go away. In the end, however, they did agree to the offered solution. The representative who helped us at the store was a recent hire that was very helpful. We Received great customer service from Edith at this Verizon store. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. I was there with my brother who is a senior and 75 years young. We were there to get his (refurbished) new iPhone 7 activated. Almost 2 hours, and 3 SIM cards later it was determined that the cell phone was faulty, and needs to be replaced for another new (refurbished) iPhone 7. My brother has been without a phone for a month and lives on his own. Edith was kind enough to get his old broken phone working until we receive the replacement. I am here to return a Mifi Jetpak 8800 that I just hooked up 3 days ago. In that 3 days I used over 8gb of data and all I did was watch 3 hours of tv. So I went in to return the device. Apparently even though the device is not giving me the service that I was led to believe it would, they are still charging me a 50% restocking fee. Verizon has the best wireless coverage in the USA but they sure know it and make their customers pay through the nose for their service. If you are thinking of an internet solution DO NOT think a jetpak will be the answer. The 2nd star is because they are polite when they ask for your 50% fee. read more

I came in to upgrade to the iPhone 7plus and the experience went well. I checked in with the person at the front and was told that I was 3rd in line. After a few minutes, a gentleman came by to help me out. I had a few questions regarding various promos/deals for trade ins and I got straight forward answers. I felt that the rep knew what he was talking about and I got everything taken care of quickly. In addition, it seemed like he was making sure to take care of my best interests. Verizon can never seem to get anything done. If you want to set up a new account they are more than happy to take your money. If however you want to add or take people away from the account, be prepared for a long talk on the phone with customer service while being transferred back and forth across the nation for over an hour. My and my husband's contracts are up and we're torn between two phones right now. I went here to check them out and ask my short list of questions. They took my name and it went in queue on their tv screen showing the next 5 people up for service. This is a pretty good system - I like knowing where I am on the list and, in the meantime, I was able to play around with the phones. While I was on deck, the employee at the door taking names asked me if I had decided on one yet. Since he wasn't doing anything I asked him a couple of questions about the two phones I was interested in and also solicited his opinion. He was glad to help. We eventually asked our salesperson some of the same questions; he gave us totally different answers! And the questions we got differing answers for were like "what's the difference between the two in battery time?" etc. Uhhh, someone is telling us something wrong here and shouldn't every employee either know the product or find out the answer if they're not sure, instead of just giving us some bogus answer? First off dont go to this store for anything. Gisselle and the other employees all have a nasty attitude, just a few were helpful. Gisselle claims she is the "general manager" and if so needs to be fired. She talks over you thinking she knows everything and doesnt listen at all. I got treated like I was less then a dog. However the rep, Julian was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and honest (he's pretty funny too). He simplified everything to me on a piece of paper and made it a very easy and pleasant experience. The worst customer service ever! Waiting is normal but after getting help and even after talking on the phone to Verizon wireless who ensure everything will be taken care of the store rep had me do the same "technical trouble shooting" that the phone rep had me do. I'm no novice to a smart phone and I was within my 14 day period to exchange (which the Verizon phone rep recommend I do) however the manager Jose and his crony Kevin refused to help and said to give it a 1-3 days. Anyways, I can tell when I being brushed off... Anyways, after 3 days nothing resolved (like I had thought) ... the phone still had glitches and basically had to be sent back. If you are in Henderson and need to go to a verizon store avoid this particular store, there is a store off Eastern and St. Rose which has a much friendlier and knowledgeable staff. read more

I recently decided that I was going to change from an iPhone to an Android and made an appointment to go into Verizon to do that. When I arrived I was greeted at the door and let in immediately. I was introduced to Edith who helped me that day. She helped me through the process of switching everything over. Two hours later my transfer was complete. Edith was patient and talked to me during this process. She was very professional and friendly. 7 days later I returned because I did not like the Android and wanted to go back to an iPhone. This time Adam helped me and he also was very friendly and professional. He Did not make me feel dumb for returning the phone and helped me choose the right iPhone for me. We did the return and turned on my new iPhone in less than 30 minutes. From start to finish of this process, both Edith and Adam were awesome!! If you are looking to switch to Verizon or need to visit a Verizon store I would definitely recommend you visit this location and ask for Edith or Adam they will take care of you!! Great service! I dropped my tablet and brought it back thinking I had purchased extra protection. To my dismay, I had not. Regardless, thanks to Diana and Josh, they hooked me up with an upgraded, brand new tablet for only $29.00. They even threw in some cool extras at a 25% discount! In a world where so many companies don't care about their customers, it is so refreshing to be treated like they actually care. Way to go, Verizon, you have a customer for life! Should have read these before going to Verizon from sprint. The store manager here is an absolute clown. She was truly like a dumpster full of dog waste standing inside the store. She did in fact make it very easy to decide to not go with Verizon and switch back to Sprint. I returned my phones and accessories to Verizon and canceled my plan with them. After signing up for 2 new iPhone 12s and a steep monthly payment it was amazing to be treated so poorly. Due to her actions alone she has cost Verizon thousands of dollars just from me let alone anyone else who has to look at her and deal with her. She is a truly poor choice to represent Verizon in any manner as I'm sure she's cost them a lot of business. Maybe she would be better suited at a different job, possibly a dog waste cleaning service so she will feel right at home. read more

This is the first time I've been in this location! And I regret it! The service is HORRIBLE! Specially with the manager named TOMY. When we walked in, he did say that we have to wait for 15 minutes. So we sat and waited. I noticed though that every people who checked in after me was seen before I did. So I asked the manager how it works in the store. If it is by appointment, and as I was trying to explain what I noticed, he cut me off and said "listen to me". He then again said it was a busy day. I do and understand that part. I was just taken aback for a "manager" to say that to a customer. Very unprofessional. It would have helped too if he told me when I checked in that there is a wait and that they go by appointment and that there's a chance I could wait longer than others who have an appointment. I've been a verizon client for 4 years now, and I have never had a problem with any location. The rep who helped us though was very helpful and professional. Thanks Jason. read more
