I was in line 30 minutes to pick up 2 prescriptions. 1 rx was filled incorrectly. It was supposed to an outlet and was a tablet. The night manager is terrible. I purchased a gift card from Target and when I opened the sealed card it was drained of funds. The night manager stated that this happened all the time and that Target is aware of the problem. Yet, Target locks up items like video games, but not the gift cards. She said there is nothing she can do as the receipt states the cards are non refundable. I am on vacation and do not live here. I purchased an item from Target in good faith. If they know this is a problem and do nothing to protect the consumer then this is their cost of doing business- refunding the consumer. This person was rude and did not care. I will never go to this Target and I advise all of you to pick another Target to go to. If you must go here and need to purchase a gift card, basically have them open it and make sure it is not damaged and then purchase it. Once you purchase it you are out the money- for me I am out $206.00. read more

I like this Target. It's a pretty big one and it's situated in a large shopping center, with a large and easy to navigate parking lot. We don't come to this one often because we have another one closer to the house, but I will be honest and let you know that I "forget" to go to Target until we are in this area and then I magically remember and we end up coming to this one. My closer Target has probably the worst parking lot in the valley. It's nice to not have to deal with a parking nightmare. This location is clean and organized fairly well. I've noticed that they usually have a lot of items stocked. I actually like that it hasn't been "upgraded" yet in the cosmetics area because I like aisles and don't like the department store, everything is everywhere, sensory overload vibe of other Targets. There is also usually a good amount of people working to help you if you need it. read more

Normally wouldn't bother commenting it's target, right? Today the security guy absolutely changed it! Toddler parents we all enjoy a good meltdown when we need like 5 essentials right? This security guard saw my little about to lose her ever loving mind and swooped in with stickers, and introduced her to the dog in the box. She absolutely changed from flame throwing tantrum the content with stickers and searching for the dog around the store. Wish i caught his name, but management should take note he's awesome! read more

From all the other targets around me- I do find this one the most pleasant. Less crazy crowd (Stephanie and sunset is the example), and more in stock items. Happy that they have big shopping carts where I can put two of my children. And everything is clean. read more

I love Target but unfortunately not all Targets are created equal. This one lacks a liquor store inside, their alcohol section is very small. I'm happy it has a Starbucks inside though, that's a plus. Customer service is alright, nothing to rave about. I've never really had a bad interaction with any of the employees. Only once a did an employee refuse to do her job and price match an apple charger, told me some random new rules I didn't understand. Aside from that it's always been fine and it's my closest Target so I come here about 2 to 3 times a week. The drive up is amazing and my favorite thing since sometimes I don't have time to go inside the store so I can just pick up my purchases quickly while staying in the car. read more

I love Target but I don't always love their prices....lol I went in here this AM hoping to score some great Christmas clearance items....but no such luck! Believe it or not I actually had better luck @ Big Lots a few stores down from here. There were some random set ups here & there with clearance Xmas items on them through out the store but they were pretty much bare. I went to the Xmas products & found some stuff on clearance. One area had a sign saying 70% off. I thought WOW that's awesome!! There were pillows, candles, little decorative trees & some other random stuff. Well come to find out they were NOT 70% off. A customer had picked out a few things & went & scanned them to check the prices & found out that they were not coming up 70% off so she said something to an associate & she told her that the items were actually 30% off & changed the signs. That customer put all her stuff back & once I checked the prices of my stuff all mine went back on the shelves too! That was pretty crappy. Get it together Target associates! I then went & found another aisle that said 70% off. The items I picked out were actually 70% off so I grabbed a few things. Fuzzy socks, dogs PJ's & this cute Christmas count down. I basically went here just for the Christmas clearance stuff. Store was neat & organized. Food area was well stocked. My cashier was very nice. I've been coming to this Target for a few years now. Ever since they added the self checkout stations the lines have disappeared! The employees are always friendly and 90% of the time they have whatever it is I am looking for in stock. My one complaint is that I always walk out with way more than I was looking to get but I think that's just a Target thing not necessarily location specific haha. read more

Terrible customer service. I wanted to return my "Cat and Jack" shoes, but the lady refused to scan my Target Red Card and stated "You need to have the physical receipt or pull it up on your phone..." I have never been to any Target with poor behavior that doesn't reflect Target's Corporate values. She didn't offer to scan the Red card, so she just redefined uselessness. It is so difficult to find good help these days with people like that out there. Shame for her to represent Target. read more

I came here last week to buy some equipment for my Lake Mead vacation day - feel free to read that review- and I was able to find almost everything I needed for the lake. This Target store has a noticeably larger selection of pool toys and floaties than any of the other stores I've seen. I got a beach ball for $5 that came in handy later in the day. My only bad thing to say about this Target is the lack of self checkouts. I usually only buy a few things at a time, I don't need to be stuck in line behind some mom buying $300 worth of food and junk with her crying babies. I live a very rock 'n roll lifestyle, I want to be able to use the self checkout and be out faster than a demon's whisper. On the plus side, this Target is very clean and seemed organized. I love this store ;) it's super clean and never busy. It's kind of like one of my best kept secrets. It's off the beaten path and set back off the road so not many see it, or it seems. It's never been overly crowded when I visit and it's always super clean. There is also a Starbucks inside so you can get yourself a Triple Vanilla Latte and shop till your heart is content. Target is everyone's happy place for some reason. I guess I never was into it because I grew up going to Walmart and Albertsons. But, for what it's worth target has a certain aura when you walk through those automated doors. Everyone seems to enjoy being there. I find it a bit more on the pricey side. I still go just to see what type of deals I can get. The other day I had the weirdest encounter with the employee. He scanned everything but the last couple of things he didn't bag. He turned around for a second, turned back at me (after I already paid) and had asked, "is this yours too?" And then scanned them again saying it was $6 and some change but I had already paid for that. I was like, "I already paid for that you scanned it already." He didn't believe me and had to look at my receipt and then said "oh, you're right"...... awkward. read more

I decided to purchase the same items just in a different size because they don't do exchanges at the return counter but the person who checked me out was rude so it definitely rubbed me the wrong way. So I did curbside this past Sunday afternoon here and wound up waiting nearly 20 minutes to get my order delivered. There were many cars waiting when I arrived and there was only one person that I saw doing curbside, she took three trips before delivering my order. She was super nice but obviously totally harried and overworked. By the time I left, it looked like there were 13 cars total waiting for curbside (all 8 spaces in the "normal" red-painted lanes, plus 5 more further down in the "overflow" area), it was a total mess. I hope this was just a one-off and they were unexpectedly super short-staffed or something, but maybe avoid Sundays just to be safe. As an update to my last review, they have stopped insisting on scanning the app barcode which is really good for socially-distanced curbside, so that's a plus recently. But they have to do better than having just one person doing curbside. read more

I can come here on my lunch hour and get all the usual non-food suspects that I usually buy. You know you're a regular when you can get in and out in 15 minutes or less. Such few lanes open for checkout and no self checkout at this location. I was standing behind someone for a few minutes and this bigger dark haired lady turns off her lane light and says she's been closed. I'm sorry?? She was even rude to one of the younger associates that needed help with an alcohol transaction at the lane i switched to. If I go to target, this is the location i shop at most. The store is usually pretty clean. They have a good selection of fresh fruits and veggies. When we need chocolate, they carry a good variety. Toys are a little more expensive than amazon. Kids clothes are good quality. read more

okay, this target is just fine, but the bathrooms were DISGUISING. there was poop all over one of the toilets, no toilet paper in any of the stalls, and the floors looked like they've never been cleaned before. i am not meaning to be that person, but the whole place was just so dirty. read more

I've always been a Target shopper. With the many locations around the area, it's easy to see them all. This location sits off of Lake Mead Pkwy with a huge parking area. Like most of their stores, the setup is familiar. It's clean, open and organized. I've shopped here a few times and also used Target.com online pick up service. Using that service is really simple and easy. You'll receive an email once it's ready. Once in the store you'll go to the customer service desk, show your ID and take your items. Wow. I'm really blown away by what I witnessed today. I had went to Target earlier, to pick up a sheet. Of course, I didn't read fully, and got two flat sheets, instead of a flat, and a fitted sheet. So, I went to return the flat sheet this afternoon. Of course, the place is busy. I didn't expect it not to be for the day after Christmas morning. However, I didn't expect to be treated so.......weirdly (?) I head over to the returns, which is now registers 1-3 not where the phones are located. I stand patiently and wait while a team member is helping a set of guests. I see another employee sitting on a stack of boxes, (or something to that affect) an employee walking by lets her know that "there is a customer waiting to be helped" (meaning me). The employee huffs and puffs, and complains about not getting a break. That she is tired, and that her feet hurt. The other employee says that after she helps me, that she can take her break. The employee angrily snaps back, "it doesn't matter anyways, I'm leaving in thirty minutes." She proceeds to tell me how swollen her feet are, and how she hasn't got a break all day....Kind of put me in a weird position... I just want to return this sheet. I get my refund, and go walk around the store to pick up some other items that I also had previously forgot. Other employees were complaining about the schedule, and who was on it, and who wasn't. I was looking for eye glass cleaner that I couldn't find in the pharmacy/contact lenses isle. When asking an employee to help me... she said that it should be over in pharmacy, on an "a" isle. Frustrated, getting no real help, I went to check out. SO disappointed in staff today. Plan on making a phone call tomorrow morning for sure! read more

i Went to this target and purchased an item on Monday, April 24, they double charged my card a charge on the day of purchase and the same charge the next day When I called the store to try and get it straightened out they told me that it was not them but my bank's fault. Didn't have any intention to buy a phone but when a sales clerk greeted me at the front entrance and pulled out a shopping cart for me, it turned out to be an employee for the mobile phone department. (Pretty clever stationing himself there) He pointed to the mobile phone section and explained that Target Mobile is full-service mobile retail outlet operated by RadioShack. It's separate from their electronics department, that's why they are located in a different section of the store. Right by the entrance next to customer service. He also informed me that the phone I was holding in my hand ( Samsung Skyrocket) was eligible for a trade in. The trade in value for it at the moment was going for $114! Well that caught my attention! It was worth more than what I initially paid for it 6 months ago too! He explained the trade in program to me..you are given a gift card which you can apply to your phone purchase. The trade in value depends on how recent model is and condition. You can bring as many phones you want to trade in. The prices vary from Target Mobile, RadioShack stores and individual carriers. Sales rep explained to me they are all separate. I like that they have this trade in program deal here. I dont remember my wireless carrier offering this program. The wireless carriers and phones I saw were Sprint, Verizon and AT&T. AT&T seemed to be the one with the most selection and various prices. I concentrated on upgrade prices since I already have a carrier and didnt want to change data plans. I knew I had an upgrade available on one of our lines and knew what phone I wanted, zeroed in on it, decided the upgrade price was right, minus the trade in value for my current phone, the S3 that I wanted came out to a pretty good deal! Sales rep was really friendly and very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had about the specs for the S3 and the upgrade process. Transaction went pretty quick. While the sales rep worked on the upgrade process, I got my phone ready to trade in, transferred my contacts, info and pix to my sd card and restored my phone to factory settings. They'll usually do it or guide you through it but I already knew how. So 25 minutes later I had a new phone!! That's how long it took to pick, pay and switch phones, log on my new phone. add back my Yelp app and check in! That easy! Off to do my shopping. Now I just had to remember what was I here for in the first place. read more
