Anyways I finally got the replacement and walked into Verizon my carrier to assist me sadly I went to 3 Verizon stores and no one could help me get my information transferred over from my old phone to the new phone. I wasn't able to unlock the broken phone and its been a freaking nightmare all week. Anyhow I was referred to this store by Verizon and what a game changer cuz Romeo to the rescue. I explained the issue and he assured me that he would get it handled. I had my reservations because why would other stores turn me away and how are you able to do it he was able to explain to me what he was going to do and sure enough he did that and he handled my situation. It took a while due to all the data I had on my precious phone. I'm super thankful for them for taking care of this and I would highly recommend. I'm so happy to have my life back in my hands Thanks to them. They are located in the mall 2nd floor near Dicks sporting goods. They also sell nice phone cases and have a nice check in offer on Yelp. Would recommend!

    This was my second time visiting this business. The first time I visited this business, they…read morecompleted a 30 minute dash cam install modification in 20 minutes. I really appreciated how transparent their pricing was. When I realized these folks were also capable of custom stereo installs, I asked them for their feedback on the stereo I had then, and discussed with them about what might be possible in the exact same car. Over a year later, I got another car just like the one I had before, and was interested in making my vision happen. I was always interested in installing the best budget components possible, and getting the best sound possible spending as little money as possible, and this business helped with their expertise, their experience, and their professionalism. Owner Mike, and son Mike Junior and expert installer José are a dream team. All three deliver highly professional and highly experienced service, customer care and attention. They do it happily with a smile on their face. And they answer all questions with a level of confidence that is reassuring. You know you're dealing with pros when you're talking with these people. What I really want to highlight yet again is the integrity, honesty, and transparency in their pricing. This was the first car audio shop that gave me an HOURLY price for their labor, where everyone else offers opaque pricing, leaving themselves wiggle room to find ways to squeeze money out of their customers in other ways. I shopped around and looked for car audio installers that would install the components I had already purchased, and this business was the only one that gave me an hourly rate for their labor. I really appreciated that, and it spoke volumes to me about the integrity at this business, and the likelihood of ripoffs at other businesses. SC audio is not only staffed with experienced professionals, but honest and hard-working people. And like I said, it's a family business--dad and son, in partnership with an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced professional named Jose. For this visit, SC audio installed in my latest car a three channel dash cam with both a front and back camera, as well as two speakers in my two front doors, and the amplifier to power them. I've also decided that I'll be returning next week to have them install a compact subwoofer under my driver seat, because as much as I enjoy the components they have already installed, I've admitted to myself that I need a subwoofer, and there was no way around that. Unfortunately, I was not able to take any photos of any of their work, because it's all hidden and cannot be seen. If you are looking for excellent components installed in your car at more than reasonable and HONEST prices, come to SC audio. Tell them Johan sent you. Five stars.

Kylie helped me with a complicated situation involving consolidating accounts and figuring out which items to pay off so I could save money. I have several devices on both accounts, and she took the time to research each one carefully so she could recommend the best plan for me. She even explained which devices I should not pay off yet because I would end up losing money. Oh my gosh, she spent hours helping me. She went back and forth between my two accounts and the representatives assisting her on the other end. She answered all my questions and helped me find a solution to my issues. I give Kylie an A++++! I love coming to this location because they never disappoint, no matter who helps me. Thank you also for the merch, the baseball cap, which Kylie offered to me with a smile. Honestly, she smiled the entire time, even though my situation was complicated. Luisa also smiled as she passed me on her way out. The whole process takes a long time to transfer information phone to phone, so bring a book or something to keep you from staring at the walls and listening to other people's conversations. Britney was very attentive, Knowledgeable and helpful. This location seems to get very busy but they had 6 customer service reps working the whole time I was there, which was about an hour. I would come back when in need!
