He could have told us we already had it! Really??! That's unprofessional and egregious!!! Thank goodness for customer service as they undid what he's done! They said they have no clue what he did. Be careful with this location if you must use it and if changing anything on your plan ask what they did to the charges and what if any changes were made to you monthly bill. Best bet is to use customer service during normal business availability.

Service. Last October I upgraded my device. Both my roommate and I purchased screen protectors…read more Both had free replacement. Guy that helped us started that since my roommate is an AT&T employee it would be on her account and all we had to do would be come in and they would replace it for us. On our visit today, the employee stated that we needed the box and had to scan the QR code on the back of the box and needed to go to another location to have it replaced. None of this was told to us at the time of purchase. As a matter of fact, the employee at the time put our screen protector's on and threw the boxes away. Should he not have started this at time of purchase and given us the boxes? The employee today did not seem at all interested in helping us. He did not even attempt to Abe's her account to see if we had any other options. I guess since this was not a commissionable items he had other things to do. Will not be purchasing anything here in the future.

I do not leave negative reviews lightly, but my experience with this AT&T store was disappointing…read moreenough that I feel it needs to be shared. As a long-time corporate customer, we sent an employee into the store expecting assistance with an issue, but the manager was unwilling to make any real effort to help. Rather than offering an alternative solution, he appeared dismissive and uninterested. It was clear that he either did not have the knowledge needed to address the issue or simply did not want to take the time to assist us. What was most frustrating was not that he did not immediately know the answer--it was his lack of effort and professionalism. A manager should be willing to problem-solve, support customers, and set an example for the rest of the staff. Instead, he made her feel like a complete inconvenience. We have been an AT&T customer and expected much better service, especially from someone in a management position. This experience reflects very poorly on the store and should be addressed by upper management.

Extremely disappointing experience. I paid $325 to have the screen replaced on my iPhone 16 Pro…read moreMax, and the replacement screen did not even last three weeks. I first visited the store on August 21 for the screen replacement. I noticed an issue with the new screen that same day and had to return to the store immediately so they could fix it. Then, on September 4, strange colors suddenly started appearing inside the display. Just two days later, a visible line appeared across the screen. I went back to the store expecting them to stand behind the repair, especially considering how recently the screen had been replaced. Instead, I was simply told there was "no warranty" and that they would not repair or replace it. The lady I spoke with was also dismissive and repeatedly said, "No, we don't fix it because there's no guarantee." My question is simple: if a $325 replacement screen cannot even function properly for one month, how is that acceptable service? A customer should not have to pay hundreds of dollars for a replacement part that develops serious display problems within weeks and then be told there is nothing the business can do. I have photos documenting the screen damage and display issues, although unfortunately this review platform does not give me an option to attach them here. I have now filed a dispute regarding the defective/damaged replacement screen and the service I received. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that customers ask very clearly about the quality of the replacement parts, warranty coverage, and what happens if the repair fails shortly after installation before paying for any service here.

AT&T suggested that I go to a reputable cell phone repair place because they couldn't repair it in their store. I found The Fix as I was leaving the mall. Anton Taylor explained why the phone quit working and said it is typical of iPhones. He quoted me the price for the repair and explained after market versus Apple parts. I opted for after market parts knowing some features in my phone might not work. I didn't use those features anyway. My parts were ordered and within a week, my phone was working again. The customer service was great. The price I paid for repairs was MUCH better than buying a new phone. I did get a notification on my phone from Apple that non-Apple parts had been installed and the phone might not work properly. The phone lasted almost a good while before it started having issues and I decided to purchase a new one. After all, it did last me 5 years.
