Took my phone for repair after submitting a claim online with Asurion care tech. I paid the $29 fee, but the location didn't have the screen. After calling 2 other locations I was told they could not order a screen because the warehouse didn't have it. Okay, it's an older model IPhone, so I reached out to customer service. I was asked to pay a replacement fee$107 and they would send me $322 and return my phone. So the monthly fee(4 devices )at $40 a month(first time using) $29 and $107. In my opinion it's not worth it and some one else said it's giving scam vibes.Waiting for my $29 service fee since nothing was provided. read more

My phone broke today, and I was not able to get to the location to get it fixed. My best friend took my phone up there for me and was assisted by Mike. My screen looks great and my friend told me he was very helpful. When I got my device back the case was not put back on it. i admit I was very frustrated, but Mike was very kind and patient. He even offered to bring my case to me since I had to work at an hospital at the time they were closing. Thank you so much Mike for being patient and kind. This place did a great job! I made my appointment online, but arrived late to the store. The gentleman behind the desk got me right in to fix my screen and it was ready when I returned to pick it up. I've had to replace a broken screen before, but this replacement screen was so good that I couldn't tell it had ever been broken. Price was fair and reasonable too!! read more

I would not recommend this company after the absolutely awful experience I have had. I have used them successfully for years and have had such great experiences for such a long time- until now. I do understand that this is a franchise location and I am not sure if they have new ownership but I do know the new staff has made this location go COMPLETELY DOWNHILL. I've never experienced absolute horrible customer service. From the moment I contacted them about my issue it seemed like I was not welcome. I finally made the time to come in to the location and walked in the doors at 9:58 AM (they were unlocked) and was asked to leave because they weren't open? Rather than just kindly asked to sit down and please wait? Or I don't know keep the doors locked? I knew this wasn't going to go well, this just set the tone for the experience. When I returned at 10:01 AM the person that was checking on my computer seemed like I was giving them the biggest hassle possible. Due to the fact that my computer couldn't turn on he was trying to push me out the door from the moment I arrived. Even though I explained that the computer had not been charged for about two weeks and to please give it a little time to try to turn on technician was completely annoyed. As I tried to continue on as I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt as sometimes we have our bad days he continued to say likely they can't do much but "I guess we can try". About a week later I received a phone call that they've tried everything they could and that likely the hard drives corrupted and they can't help. I then ask if it's possible they can just see if we need to replace the hard drive? Or maybe just clear the drive? The technician acted shocked and seemed annoyed for having to continue to "try". Several days later I was contacted that nothing We done unfortunately and that it would probably be best and I take it to Apple. I completely understood and was not upset and ask them what the charges were for their time as I was happy to pay. Thankfully nothing was owed and I said I would come as soon as I could. I live about an hour or so away, I own a business and work 6 days a week and have 5 children so arriving to pick up quickly isn't possible for me. Unfortunately I was not able to come in when I had hoped due to my schedule and when they called about an update I explain to them that I would definitely try to be there as soon as I could. They seemed very understanding, and said to keep them updated and no problem. Less than a week later today I was told that if I do not pick the computer up they would abandon it. Although I explained I couldn't come in due to some major personal issues with my children they didn't care. I was shocked asking questions and then hung up on. When I called back the manager didn't seem to care in the least, he then himself said he didn't care and hung up on me. I was truly shocked at this point, I've never seen something like this before. Per the rules of the company you have 30 days after service is completed before the item can abandoned. I then contact corporate- and when I call to confirm the terms with corporate and ask to let the owners know about my experience. I call to let this location know and they said they can do whatever they want, they don't have to follow those rules and they hung up again. I never write reviews nor would I ever write an in-depth review. I feel customer service is everything, and as a small business owner myself I would hope the owners reach out. But I can't imagine they will but if they do I will update here. I would consider finding a place that values your business, while I had issues picking up due to personal emergency it's only been a total of 2 weeks since I first came and my computer has only been ready to pick up for just under a week. Sadly I don't know I would trust they even did the work, but don't trust that they won't abandon your items if you don't come immediately since they don't feel they need to follow the companies rules. read more

I made appt. online. Later called location to speak about my computer issue. Was informed to take my iMac to this location because the tech there can fix my issue. I attempted to communicate with this location, finally was told to just bring it in and he can fix it. Refused to talk to me directly. Waited two weeks for the appointment. Brought the computer in and the ' tech' refused to look at the computer because it was an apple. I would have avoided this refusal if the ' tech' would simply say that he was unable to repair the computer. I drove a considerable distance to take it to the location where I was told there was a 'tech' who had the ability to fix it. He may have had the ability but just didn't want to mess with it. These folks just raised the bar on my commitment to just that. I walked in seeking a solution to my 4-year-old laptop. It needed cleaning and an inspection of the battery. They received me and all the other customers coming in and out well, they were upfront when it came to what they can do and for how long, and they certainly were clear about the time it'll take. Not only did they deliver on all the above, but they did it with complete honesty and integrity. I shipped my Pixel 5a in for repair just before thanksgiving of 2021. I was under the impression that the phone would be ready to ship back to me after a few days. After a while with no contact from the store or the company, I sent an email and received no response for several weeks. When I finally got a response, they said they were waiting on the parts and that the phone would be fixed December 15th, and also attached a link to the repair tracker. The repair was finally shown as completed after a couple more weeks, but I didn't receive any follow up email about payment or return shipping. I used the online customer service chat to ask about that. They told me to call the store. I called the store during open hours and they didn't answer. They didn't even put me on hold. I am now out of options for getting my phone back besides going to the store myself, which is extremely time-consuming for me which is why I chose a mail in repair in the first place. Don't get your phone repaired here if you want it back in less than three months (and counting). read more

I got my iPhone X screen fixed. It was open on Sunday. Marco was very efficient. It took less than two hours. The screen looks perfect.

I had to come in three times for a relatively simple fix for a cracked phone screen. What a waste of time, this location is super unprofessional. First time, the didn't even bother to check that they'd done the screen replacement properly. They gave it back to me with the screen blacked out. So I have to wait to get it "fixed" but within a few hours, I start noticing purple streaks on the display. By the next morning, it was completely ruined. When I came back yet again to have them fix their mistakes, the store wasn't open despite it being half an hour past the opening time posted on the website and on their door. And no one was answering the phones or anything an hour later. What a complete waste of my time and money. read more
