    I'm happy with Tag Mobile for the most part. However The customer service / tech support has gone down hill.

    This might be the worst company ever. There sales person…read moreCraig did a great job selling us the product. Since then it has been an avalanche of disappointment. There install was done by people that do not have any proffessionalism. Lines being supported by 2x4's on our roofline facing the street from our newly constructed building. When questioned about it on a third visit out, they were confident that the work we were discussing could not have been them, only to apologize later that it was. The system has never worked correctly. Multiple trips out, (tickets) having to call Craig multiple times because their service teams are rude and take no onus to their work. Billing is a nightmare. Getting billed for product they left on site. Trying to mail it back to them, (why am I having to do this and it was a lot of equipment. Having to have Craig come back and deliver it but never getting credit.) Multiple bills a month with no invoice numbers to know what you have paid for and what you haven't. Finally getting a proposal to fix what has never worked weeks after the last call that there was a problem and getting a qoute for $120 per hour to fix it.
