Two employees to help one customer. The second guy basically doing nothing. Getting a new phone is worse than buying a car at this store.

2 sales people sitting at the counter and no one would come to help us. Walked right out and went to a different t-mobile.

The store is nice and clean, the staff is sanitizing after helping each guest and making sure the displays are limited to touch. Demetrius was so helpful when returning a phone and some accessories to the store. We kept running into some sort of error when processing one of the returns but Demetrius kept trying and kept making calls to the customer service line to get to the bottom of the issue. I don't visit the T-movile often but the times I went i had really good experience. The lady that helped us today, Alex i think, was very friendly and pleasant to speak to. We waited a bit in the store but not too long. Things were a little bit complicated because it's the pandemic. They seem to offer services in both English and Spanish. We were there to add an extra line and it was pretty smooth. Some people came in to cancel a line but they actually needed to cancel through the phone. read more

Been with T-Mobile since 1999 and they actually appreciate my business. Can't say the same about my cable, electric, gas or insurance providers. Any time their new plans are not as good as my previous deal, they grandfather my previous benefits over. Honoring a committment, what a novel way to do business. Just ordered the Note 4 and my monthly bill will only go up by $1. They even offered to up my family data by 200% for $10. I'm impressed with both the prices and service. I recently referred a friend and he bought me dinner out of appreciation for pulling the @TT wool of his eyes. read more

Dishonest and predatory sales staff. We came in to check out details on possibly trading our 2 Iphone XR's out for newer Iphone 13's right at the beginning of this year. The sales person assured us we could swap out both working (no screen cracks etc) XR's for two new Iphone 13's (basically an $800 credit per line for trade in of old device towards new ones) and all we'd be paying for was sales tax and any add-on's for the new phones (cases, screen protectors etc). First bill came and we discovered we had been locked into an installment plan for both phones, i have complained to Tmobile directly as well as having gone back into this location to try to rectify the situation. I would have gone to AT&T and swapped our old phones for Iphone13's since it would have been 'free' for switching carriers. Avoid this location, they are dishonest and take advantage of customers. Tmobile in general has awful customer support above the local level, just useless all around. read more

I went to inquire about changing my service over to T Mobile and asked if they pull a hard credit check if I do sign up. The guy told me that it was a soft credit pull and I asked him to confirm which he said yes. Of course T Mobile did a hard credit check which shows up on my credit report. I have a friend whose 1st language is not English. I am assisting him. In short, he purchased a new Iphone 11 Pro for his son in August. It quit working after 14 days. Due to a communications problem, the manager did not understand him. At the time he purchased the phone, he thought he had purchased insurance on the brand new phone. The store manager told him no, the insurance was on the old phone he has had for 3 years. Now when he goes back to the store the manager tells him they can't help him. Additionally, the manager tells all the employees not to help him. I went with him to another T-Mobile store and was told to contact Apple. I personally have talked to T-mobile care for over 2 hours at this point-screenshots to prove it. I have talked to Apple. Due to the covid-19 restrictions all apple stores are closed in Texas. Apple said if he wants a replacement phone it costs $1000 credit card hold before they will send it or wait for them to send a FedEx box send the box to FedEx then Apple can fix the phone and send it back to him. A $1,000 phone then to add insult to injury they sent him a bill for $475.00 due in October for 5 lines. His prior bill was $190 a month for 4 lines. Go to AT&T wireless and buy an Android. Never had this much problem with my phone or AT&T wireless or I hope you don't have a problem with your Iphone. Only for the exceptionally rich and stupid! read more

Got in, Demetrius hooked me up with a 2nd phone for my plan (my other "phone" is a tablet and I needed a smaller one that also calls). He suggested the perfect phone and case combination and even put the sim card in and handled the financing (o% interest) and boom I was done. I have never experienced such amazing cell phone service than I do at the T-Mobile location in Carrollton Texas. They are helpful friendly and fast EVERY single time! I just left where Jamarcus helped me out and he is really really good! I'm going to go back soon and add phones to my other lines with my niece and my girlfriend. I highly recommend T-Mobile and I highly recommend that store and that rep! I'm sure they are all that great. Ill never switch again! read more

I'm not sure if it's company policy that allows the associates to ask you to write down your iCloud passwords if you upgrade iphones. But after a few days of giving them my son's and wife's passwords, there are numerous attempts at hacking their personal accounts and malicious text messages. I just happen to be an Android user so it didn't happen to me. But when I went there to complain, I have started receiving phishing and porn site texts. I'm writing this review to warn customers because I think this is store-based and not company wide incidents. read more

I went to this store a few months ago, looking for a charger for my Galaxy S6. When I didn't find what I was looking for, one of the employees, Martha, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist my needs. She was very, very pleasant to be around and when the store didn't have what I needed she went out of her way to make sure I was happy. It was a very good experience, so good that I remembered her name MONTHS LATER even after not writing it down. Martha, thank you SO MUCH for assisting me the way you did.
