It also displayed glitches, including ghost touches, color distortion and poor display clarity. The screen itself was noticeably bulkier than the original and clearly low quality. At no point was I informed that non-OEM or substandard parts were being used, nor was I offered any refund or warranty when the screen failed almost immediately. I had to get it replaced again elsewhere, again, only 3 days later, and the new technician even commented at the poor condition and size of the screen that had been installed. I would strongly caution others to avoid this store for any repairs. The lack of transparency, and product quality is unacceptable.

I didn't know it was missing, so I happily left. Camera worked great for a few months the 6 months or so I started having issues with spots and focus, so I took it back under the fake lifetime warranty. Alejandro refused to repair the camera, blaming me for not putting the glass on.
