I had two phones I traded in for new phones and the phones were were never sent in to AT&T. I called and visited over 12 times to this store and spoke with employees and managers, but could never get in touch with anyone who could make any decisions. I got the run around for about six months. Store manager named Jayden kept telling me he has to send emails to the "upper ups" to get approval for the issue and that it takes about three days for them to get back to me. Six months later, I was still waiting for the upper ups. Go to an actual AT&T owned store if you don't want issues with your account and the proper credits getting issued. I finally got the help needed from AT&T corporate, but want to caution customers of AT&T corporate not being able to fully help due to this being a franchise store. Employees stated their were countless people dealing with the same issue and that's why it's taking so long for the "upper ups" to get back. Just stay away.

I spoke with T-Mobile 3 days ago, on July 1st, and an offshore representative offered a solution by giving me a credit to my account stating that if I could also pay $27.05 that would take care of an upcoming payment arrangement installment of $54.10. He assured me the solution would cause the upcoming installment, for July 4th, to "drop off." I confirmed multiple times it would be all I would need to do and that no more money would be owed until the following week, when I will have income to be able to pay it. I thought it was resolved. I trusted him. I believed him. Fast forward to today, July 4th, and T-Mobile is trying to process another payment of $54.10. I have 53 cents in my checking account until next week. I called T-Mobile and spoke to yet another offshore representative who just continued to say she understood, and she heard me, and all we needed to do to take care of things was provide a payment of $54.10 today. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she came back on the line and said if that had been an option she would have offered it to me initially but it is not an option. I just need to pay the $54.10. This is so ridiculous, so cringe, and so street thug! WHAT COMPANY conducts business by baiting a long-term customer with the promise of a resolution by getting them to make a small payment only to extort them 3 days later for even more money? Why lie? Does T-Mobile need that $27.05 so badly that they are willing to teach their offshore reps to lie just to get that tiny amount? Seriously? I don't know any other company that does this crap. I am done with T-Mobile. I just borrowed $54.10 from a friend of mine and I paid the overdue installment because I am unemployed and cannot afford to be without my phone for an entire week. I still owe T-Mobile $83 or so. They will never see that money. Next Friday when I have some money I will be switching carriers. T-Mobile can choke on their thug tactics, their extortion, their lies, and the balance that I owe them. WORST COMPANY EVER.

The associates at this store stated that they could get the sim cards up and running that day. After several hours, Nick and Devin were unable to get the sim cards activated, so closing time came and thy asked me to return to the store the following day to continue trying. After returning to the store, not of the associates, Devin, or even the store manager were capable of getting the sim cards activated and running. At that point, I requested to discontinue service and cancel the sim cards seeing as though they were of no use to me. I notified the store associates and the manager about my situation. Weeks later, I received a bill and discovered that I was still being charged service fees for the sim cards that I had requested to be canceled. As a result, I called AT&T customer service to inform them about the situation. It was at this point that AT&T customer service informed me that Nick had sold me a $500 watch that was not compatible with my phone as he stated it would be. Additionally, the fees for the watch were not free via promotion as he stated. Thirdly, Nick had also put a tablet on my account. I do not own a tablet, nor have I ever ordered one. Long story short, I ended up with a $600 bill including charges for an unusable watch that was not a free promotion as the associate (Nick) has stated. This astronomical bill also included charges for the tablet and ongoing service charges for sim cards that I had requested be canceled as they were not able to get the cards connected at the store. Neither the Stonebrook store manager, Jaqueline, nor the upper management, Valerie Phillips or Darius Ramirez kept their word that they would make this situation right, so I ended up with a bill for several hundred dollars that has gone to collections as a result of fraudulent sales practices and an unwillingness to take accountability or responsibility for errors.
