Most impressive was what that rather than simply proceeding with a more expensive multi-part replacement, the technician did additional research, came back with a better solution, and was able to repair the existing board. That eliminated the need for one of the expensive replacement parts, got the freezer working in hours instead of days, and cut the repair cost. The freezer is now working exactly as it should. I feel like it is harder than ever to find service providers who are true professionals that would do right by the customer over taking an easy way to charge more. It takes much more effort (not to mention integrity) to keep working on the problem and find a less expensive solution for the customer. ED has been truly professional in this way multiple times now. We will absolutely use them again.

At 2 pm, email stating delivery would be june 9. then told 10:30-1:30 window. morning of the 9th, time change. Without that cable the TV does not turn on. It is a black mirror. All of the upselling, then a TV that cannot work. He sold it knowing I would not be able to set it up when I got home. I live hours away. I cannot use what I paid for. This was not an open-box deal. This was an incomplete TV pushed out the door. He knew what he was doing. He should be fired. He wasted my time knowingly.
