We had an appointment today with Jan Hill between 2pm to 3 pm . We were 22 minutes late due to bad traffic in Dallas. The front sign that was displayed in Ferguson store had our name and time of appointment displayed . our appointment was with Jan Hill . She was busy on phone all that time. I asked Tanya about our appointment and she said I can't stop Jan from taking call so we will have to reschedule. I told her that I just have 1 question and it will only take us 10 minutes. Tanya was rude and left her desk till we were there. Ferguson at frisco tx location does not even deserve 1 star . We came back at 3.09 pm without rescheduling because no one was at front desk . Time wasted . I don't know why they gave us appointments if they can't help us during our appointment time. read more

I have this store a 3 star because I did not interact with the staff or had an appointment... so I can't comment on that. However, the staff that greeted us at the door was nice and relayed that if we needed help they do it appointments only. They make you do a lot of the work they should do. But do not follow up or say connected with you on an ongoing house build. When calling them, you don't know who you ate speaking with and often they can be anywhere in the country. A stove I wanted simply disappeared off radar and they never called me to let me know. That was an important part of my kitchen design. And, I didn't find them particularly cost competitive! read more

They left me without a dishwasher over the holidays. Almost 3 months out of a 1 year warranty. Then wouldn't reimburse the part after they failed to order it 3 times. Simple part to replace. Voided my warranty. What is the point of a warranty if you can't order the part and the customer can? Awful service. read more

I'd like to warn others. Think twice before using this company for any appliance purchases. It was a horrible, disappointing experience. Furthermore, it continues to be a dreadful experience. We finished a custom, luxury home. We specific requested a washer and dryer (there are three sets in the home) because we loved the set from our previous home. We sent them an email specifically requesting the set (have the email to prove it). Ferguson order a different set on their own volition; actually ordered 3 incorrect sets. The custom cabinet was built for said incorrect set. Ferguson then Install that wrong set. We asked them to be return and replaced with the correct set, but they will not take them back. This is an antiquated business model. Go to Nebraska Furniture Mart where you get great service, the best price, and they will actually take the appliance back if they made an error. read more

They have a great selection and beautiful products but if you want help they offer Zero assistance. Our contractor told us to go by to check out sink faucets and we flund a few we liked. But finding someone to help us was impossible. We ended up writing down information and finding it elsewhere read more

This place is AMAZING!.... When we spend the money we spend all the money and buy right. Ferguson Bath, Kitchen and Lighting has those perfect, unique and high end, high quality items that will look good and will last a lifetime. If you want to do it right then you'll want to visit Ferguson's. We found prices to be competitive with online prices. Maybe a little more, but totally worth the small difference to be able to see, touch and feel the merchandise, and to consult with a professional. Can't wait for our orders to come in! Took my 6 month old granddaughter with me without an appointment in the middle of the day. After reading reviews I was half expecting no customer service but was pleasantly greeted as soon as I arrived and several times while looking at lighting and kitchen faucets. The employees were very kind and friendly and offered their assistance more than once. If you are planning to do a build or remodel and need assistance, I would encourage you to make an appointment as their sales team appeared very knowledgeable regarding the design process. The sales associates I saw working with customers appeared to give them their full attention and provided what appeared to be very valuable guidance towards customers' needs. I even learned from overhearing one of their associates assisting a client. Bonus - the lighting was gorgeous and reasonably priced. Everything was trendy yet very well made. My best advise to get customer service here is to dress like you are wealthy... We made an appointment and even had a confirmation with a consultant at 1PM Saturday with Jeff. We arrived early and and the lady at the front advised that we did not have an appointment on the books with Jeff. We showed her the emails and the emails sent by our contractor to our consultant. She said she would get with our consultant. We took a few minutes to look around finally taking a seat and waiting patiently for Jeff, our consultant to come. We watched as others were helped while we sat patiently and waited. Other guests/shopper were politely greeted and offered a water, or soda, or even a fancy coffee, but not us... guess we did not look like we would spend enough or something... At 1:25 PM Jeff finally comes over to us... Not a normal, I am so sorry for the confusion and delay or even a hello, how are you... instead we got... I have 30 minutes till my next appointment so we can try and get started if you want to... I explained that we had a 2 hour block reserved and he didn't care. He offered to start with us and see what he could do with the 2PM meeting he had but couldn't promise anything. Of course when I asked for the store manager she was not there. We promptly left allow Jeff to politely meet his 2 PM client who I hope spent lots of money with them because they sure won't see a penny of mine. By the way, Left a message for the store manager... In the world after the lockdowns you would think that brick and mortar businesses would understand the value of in-person customer service. This one clearly missed the memo so let me give them a hint. I can order everything in your store online without talking to a real live person. If I am actually coming in the store, I am looking for actual help from a real live person. I get it, there are "designers" working at this location and they prefer an appointment. But, this designer came in with my architect husband because we are working on three houses here in Frisco. Yep, three. We needed help in particular on creating a wheelchair accessible bath at one of the properties but your "receptionist" never found that out because she gave us "a minute to collect ourselves" and merely pointed in the direction of bathroom and kitchen stuff. That was literally our only interaction with a real live human until we left and she bid us goodbye. Suggestion: if the designer's time is so valuable, assign a floater designer or two (maybe a lowly intern or college student) to each day so that folks daring to wander in can actually ask a few questions. Never have I ever been treated so poorly in a place that requires human interaction to do business. Never will I ever give them my business. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! This could possibly be the place with THE WORST customer service in the DFW area. We were fooled by the beautiful showroom.... But once we purchased our items and spent tens of thousands of dollars on appliances for our home.... We were left in limbo. Orders delayed by 6+ months due to the pandemic yet no proactive communication on behalf of the company. Our project was shifted to several people in the organization and we had to continually call to get any updates. We dropped over $50,000 there and you'd think you'd get some sort of service. As our orders arrived and our pick-up of items were staggered, Ferguson made so many mistakes on proving wrong item to us, not including all components to order. We even had a delivery scheduled for a large appliance and they showed up with someone else's order. Our saleswoman was useless. No apologies. No "sorry for inconvenience" no effort to make things right. We can't even get calls returned. SAVE YOUR SANITY AND SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!! read more

we purchased appliance from Ferguson last year. it took 12-14 months to receive the appliances. They never provided an update nor returned any phone calls. After waiting for 12 months for a microwave, it stopped working in in 10 months. when called for a replacement they put the blame on the manufacturer and asked to deal with them for repair. i will never deal with Ferguson ever or recommend family or friends to purchase from them. read more

Beautiful place but I suggest making an appointment and being referred by your contractor. I came in on my own - not referred by a contractor. I think they thought I was not serious. Tonya was the gal at the front and she was very nice and professional. She put me on the list and once it was my turn, Rick Radue "helped" me but simply doing the bare minimum - only answering questions I asked. We spent a large sum of money on lighting, plumbing fixtures and a full kitchen package. The dishwasher had to be replaced after the first month. The replacement took 3 months to get installed. We have had to have technicians out 3 times to fix our refrigerator which still doesn't properly work. The customer service team has been less than helpful to say the least. We have asked for a new fridge that doesn't have the issue that ours is having. No one will give us an answer. The last time we spoke with someone they were going to schedule ANOTHER maintenance tech to come out. That was over a month ago and we still have not heard from anyone. I have even asked for store credit to buy another fridge from Ferguson that works properly. No one will give us any answers. Very disappointed. read more

Kelsey made it easy however o am having a horrible time getting my total refund. Keep getting the runaround and excuses but still no money refunded to my American Express. I visited Ferguson in search of lighting fixtures for my home after shopping at 2 other competitors with no luck. I was promptly greeted by someone at the front desk and pointed into the right direction. I was soon met by Shameika Love who listened to my needs and showed me options she thought might work. I was pleasantly surprised with the choices and was able to make a selection to get my project completed. This had become a daunting ordeal for me but with Ferguson's options and Ms. Love's patience and assistance it is finally happily completed. read more

Bought a very expensive appliance package seven weeks ago to be installed today. They sent out a professional installer to review the kitchen three weeks before install, who noted a few things (move the outlet, make this hole a little larger,etc). Then he looked at our downdraft system and said we'd have to run this through the concrete floor for it to be installed. Strange, since this isn't an island installation, and duct work and the hole in the house already exist from the old cooktop. We ask for a manager to come look at the install, no response from Furgeson until I send a letter requesting assistance (over a week). They tell me I'll have have my own HVAC person come out and look at the venting. After he comes out and looks at what they sold me, it takes him 30 seconds to say "they sold you the wrong blower. This is for an island install, you just need a blower to exhaust from the bottom of a cabinet to the outside". We went to the Wolf Appliance website and found what we needed. We still have a week before install. We call Furgeson, explain the situation and they say they'll get back with - guess what, no response. Now installers show up and ask me what I want to do with the cooktop? Really?? This is why I hired you. Dealing with this company has been the absolute worst. There are lots of retailers, stay away from this one. read more
