I hate to have to post to review, but I've left no choice. I met with Shane, the owner, at his…read morestorage facility in Aubrey where he keeps his inventory and sells from. I was purchasing 3 ceiling fans, all in boxes that he said he had gone through each one to make sure everything is good and complete before selling ( otherwise he uses as parts). He assured me via direct message on Facebook Marketplace prior to our meeting, that if there wa any issues post sale, he would take care of it. Not true. I paid him via Venmo $275 for 3 fans that he guaranteed worked and were all there. It took a little while due to me and my house falling quite ill, before I could begin to get old fans taken down and news ones installed. Problems from the beginning! All three were missing parts and had parts that didn't go with them. I immediately let him know ( as I had a guy at my home in the midst of doing them for me). He was responsive and said he had extra parts I could pickup from his home ( near his storage) for which I did immediately. Was so apologetic and gave me a hug! Ok. So to take down the old and install the new fan, it took 5 hours from all the back and forth and faulty parts. And this fan still does not function appropriately as I've had to order new parts from manufacturer for another cost. The second fan doesn't work and the third has not even been attempted due to all the time and money already spent and low and behold after telling Shane- I am being ignored and he has NOT "taken care of it" in any way. So I still have to buy another set of fans, am out the $275 I paid him and all the costs of having someone come to do them and not be able to and the extra parts that may or may not work.... in the hole already about $500 already and not even done. Even during this he was still trying to sell me other stuff and when I told him I was waiting until we were done with the fans, he went silent.

However,that didn't discourage me from using them as a valuable resource. Recently I was taking down a new pool filter that I'd never cleaned before. The drain was a large 4" PVC cap that I had nothing in the tool box that would open it . Initially I headed for Home Depot when it occured to me,Harbor Freight may have a more cost effective solution. Bingo! Not only did the " oil filter" wrench for $9.99 do the trick but,it was invaluable when I reassembled the filter housing and needed a certain leverage on the clamp. This gives me confidence that if you shop smart with an idea of the outcome you need, Harbor Freight is likely to have a low priced solution.

We bought a generator for around $800, and did not bought extended warranty just because we trusted…read morethe store and the product. Big mistake it was... When we call them up, they refuse to do anything about it because 90 days has been past. I wouldn't buy any generator or anything valuable from Harbor Freight ever again. Their product is not high quality and broken down only after 4 months. Expect to be ignored after 90 days or your warranty has been expired and you left alone with an expensive piece of junk.
