I was beginning to feel like Goldilocks after repeatedly coming across ones that were too soft, too firm, too big, too small, etc., on a mission to find ones that were just right. Just as other yelpers have pointed out, this store is full of salespeople yet very few showed any interest in us while we meandered through the upstairs and downstairs showrooms. This isn't a problem for me personally because I'd rather browse in peace without the added pressure of being followed and watched like a hawk. As we were walking towards the door, ready to check this place off our list and move on to the next furniture store, an orange-y brown leather sofa caught my eye. My immediate thought was that it might be nice if only it were in another color, then lo and behold I spotted leather swatches nearby in a handful of colors. Suddenly, not one but two different salespeople stopped to offer assistance. After a brief but successful sales pitch, the next thing we knew we were practically skipping out of the store in glee, receipt in hand, having FINALLY found our new sofa and loveseat, which we ordered in black. We were told that it would take about 10 weeks for our furniture to arrive, but it actually only took half that time. The entire delivery process was hassle free. They had openings within the next couple of days with short windows of time. When the delivery guys showed up they were on time and quick but careful while dropping off our pieces. Our new sofa and loveseat look great and feel well manufactured. I haven't noticed any flaws thus far. After they have had some time to get worn in and thoroughly tested by our in home quality control group (i.e. kids) I'll update my review.

The two employees carrying out the orders of this manager, deserve a raise for having to put up with that behavior daily and still respond and treat the manager so kindly doing everything she barked out at them, and they responded calmly. The managers name was "Mardell" or, "Marty". She seems like she knows what she's doing, the store is clean and organized but goodness, she needs to have respect for the employees under her and speak to them like human beings, not like dogs!I t's not right, & I had to say something.

We walked into the store looking for gas logs that looked really good and hopefully a little…read moreunique. Man, did they deliver! We got the Realfyre set with a split front log. Even better, Flames had a set that they could light up and show us. This is key, because the colors of the logs out of the box are NOT what you can typically expect . Installation was fast, in spite of an unexpected issue. The installer handled it superbly. He took time to talk through common issues so that we had more info to handle things ourselves. I love that! Love these guys!
