There are two categories of fabric. One with no upcharge from the original price of the item and one that is more. They are hung on the wall in separate wall hangings. I chose a fabric with no upcharge, but when the item was ordered in the computer, the fabric I chose was upcharged!!! When I ask - the salesman said "a customer must have hung the fabric back in the wrong place". I chose another fabric and the item was returned to the original price - but there was NO attempt to go move the fabric I originally chose to the higher priced items.

I then reached out to the store to obtain the name of their manufacturer to find out the warranty only got the run around and was offered a $50 card to buy new lights. I didn't pay $600 to only use the tree once and have to string the lights myself. I did end up locating the warranty, which explores December 20 2026 but the manufacturer was also no help.
