I happened to notice the sign for this place while we were driving by and thought it would be a good first stop just to see what's out there and the respective prices. Little did I know we'd be driving home with one that day! Mo greeted us upon arrival and assisted us through the entire process. He started showing us rugs, one by one, asking questions and trying to gauge what we were interested in (we didn't even know what we were interested in). There are so many options here, different colors, styles, fabrics, etc. a bit overwhelming! After looking at what felt like 100+ options, we had some picked out that we kinda liked. At that point, we showed Mo a couple pictures of the room it would be going in, and he immediately had some additional options for us that he thought would work well. His eye was fantastic, as he showed us a few more and we really liked all of them. He then helped us narrow it down one by one (by choosing A or B each time) until we finally landed on the perfect rug. The quality is excellent, the price was good compared to other places, and the rug works really well with the rest of the room. Our only feedback would be to install better lighting in the store. At times it becomes very difficult to see all of the colors in the hanging rugs without shining a flashlight on them. The existing lights can also get obstructed by the large rugs as you flip through them. As a place that specializes in color/design in rugs, there should be some top notch lighting in the entire place to allow the customer to fully appreciate the details. I would definitely recommend this place for your rug needs, and we may be going back at some point to get another rug.

The furniture was picked up a month ago (mid April) by Fragilepak - the company that Crate and Barrel uses to deliver the furniture. Since then, it's been a complete lack of communication. It's been a month since the furniture was picked up by the logistics company. And after 4 calls to the logistics company, they told me to have Crate and Barrel reach out to them to address the many issues with my order (damaged merchandise, lack of communication from Crate and Barrel) along with it just sitting in a warehouse for the last month. I've contacted Crate and Barrel multiple times over the past month (both via email and via phone). They've basically taken a hands' off stance and told me to deal with FragilePak. I'm absolutely livid with the crappy service from Ali and the team at Crate and Barrel. There is still no resolution as of today and nobody at Crate and Barrel is lifting a finger to fix this shit show.

I will say this - I saw a coffee table here made out of a Russian boat propeller with a glass top (super cool and different!) for $2300 and it was $4000 at Restoration Hardware ... so that's something, right? :) They constantly get new pieces in, so you have to check back frequently. They are only open Thursday-Sunday, so you really want to try to get there Thursday to see the best things that they have to offer for the week. For the most part, you buy right off the floor. We picked it up from the store with only $100 off the price because one of the accent horse head on the front was cracked. I am really happy with the kind of furniture they collect over there.
