Great selection and staff were super helpful. The only thing is that I feel like they were more interested in a sale than helping pick out the best rug for the space. Literally every rug they said would look amazing and that just isn't the truth. So great selection but don't go looking for honest opinions. Rugs were decently priced and a great value for what you are getting. read more

My husband and I went in looking for a few area rugs and were immediately met with the kindest and most helpful customer service possible. They listened to our preferences and offered valuable advice on sizing and design options that we honestly would not have received at most large chain stores that sell rugs. They also were able to help work with us to keep the rugs within our budget. I would 10/10 recommend Rug Land to all my friends and family and anyone looking for beautiful rugs. read more

We went in looking for a rug to cover a large area and also act as a bit of a sound barrier. We were greeted by Eddy and his co worker. They asked specific questions about what we were looking for and a picture of the room. We've never been asked for that in all the years we've purchased rugs. I have bought a rug here a long time ago but this time when I went Eddy was amazing. As soon as I walked into the store he was friendly, inviting and courteous. I came in prepared with a picture of my living room looking for an 8×11 rug. I showed Eddy the picture of my living room and he led me to the perfect rug for it. We looked at 3 rugs and I picked the rug that Eddy showed me because he really is an expert. I highly recommend that you go to the store with an open mind and a picture of the area you are purchasing a rug for and the salesmen will take care of you. By no means am I a rug expert. I just like what I like and I know it when I see it. And I have been looking for awhile for rug to compliment the other pieces in my place. I have no idea why I had not come across Rug Land Dallas before now. Regardless, I am thankful I found out about it a few weeks ago. Upon walking in the door I was immediately greeted by Scott who welcomed me to the store and offered his assistance. This is a fairly small shop that makes excellent use of the space. This place has a lot of different rug styles and prices to choose from. Seriously, it contains lots and lots and lots of rugs. Therefore, I highly recommend going with the assistance when offered. It made my shopping experience so much easier. Scott asked me a few questions including budget, style, rug size, etc. Thankfully I had a picture of the area where the rug would go and it's furnishing which was very helpful (bring pictures). Within no time, Scott had identified several rugs (within my budget and style) for me to choose from. I made my selection and was on my way in what seemed like no time. They do not deliver but will roll up the rug and put it in your vehicle. I am extremely pleased with how well the rug looks in my place. If/when I'm in need of more rugs this will definitely be my first (and likely) only stop. Rug Land Dallas has a very nice selection, excellent pricing options and superb service. NOTE: This place is open daily: 10am to 7pm on Mon - Sat and noon to 5pm on Sunday. Updated hours were submitted to Yelp several weeks back when I first came across this place. read more

I found this company on Google, and it exceeded my expectations! I am thrilled with my purchase! Scott was very helpful in finding the perfect rug for my office. Scott was absolutely amazing. We explained that we had to get an 8' by 11' rug for our new table and chairs. Anything smaller would not work for the size of our new dining room set. We also explained the style of our house and color scheme. Scott asked to see any photos we might have. I showed him photos of our hard wood floors, a photo of the new dining room table and chairs we needed the rug for, asked him about pile sizes. We discussed possible colors we thought might work. Scott patiently showed us a ton of rugs which perfectly fit the bill for our needs. He sold us a gorgeous Feizy rug. We were nervous it might not be big enough. Scott actually measured it for us to show us it was our exact dimensions. We were so thrilled by the first large rug, we asked him to help us find another gorgeous rug for our entrance hallway. Scott pulled some additional great options. We fell in love with a gorgeous rug with silk accents. It was perfect with our first rug and our house color scheme. Scott was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. We were super impressed. There are tons and tons of rugs in every imaginable color, pattern, shape and brand. They also can cut rugs if you need to have a custom option. Don't bother going anywhere else if you need an immediate rug. Go to Rugland and ask for Scott. We went to Rugland at 10am when they opened and drove off with both rugs in our far by 11am. Now we're enjoying them in our new home. They are even more beautiful than in the store. Finally, we were thrilled by the excellent and very fair pricing. Our entire experience was 5 star. We were thrilled. Thank you Scott. We will be back to see you for our next rug for our next rug! read more
