As I was leaving they asked what I was needing the LEDs for and to my surprise they had a much better way of achieving my goal by using these flexible LED lights that diffuse the light giving a nice glow instead of choppy spots everywhere. The Fanimation Pylon is not very expensive (about $170) compared to other fans that run $300 and up. The fan in modern looking, chic, operates quietly, cools even in lowest setting and to top it off it has an LED light that you can dim. Fanimation had a problem with some fans early in 2017, but that has been corrected. Customer service was great, and happy to help me with any questions. Definitely will buy again for my next ceiling fan project.

We did have a professional install the chandelier because the install instructions were a little unclear to us as inexperienced people and wanted to make sure it was completely secure.
