This AT&T store is not very knowledgeable in the plans and billing. After making changes to my account, I discovered my billing statement was a huge mess and $200 more than I was told, I called AT&T customer service, they said the issues come from the store downgrading the data and increasing the premium. Customer service advised to see a store manager to have the issues resolved. So, I went BACK to the store. A manager was there, but salesperson I dealt with was not. The manager said there was nothing he could do, I needed the salesperson. So I had to come back the following day. The salesperson asked a manager for help, and again, the manager said he couldn't do anything...call customer service....customer service told the salesperson, the manager needed to issue the credit. The manager said the salesperson would need to get the regional manager to do it....needless to say, after dealing w this mess for about 8 hours over a week, I once again called customer service (very frustrated over the lack of resolve) and since the store was not handling the issue as they should have, customer service was able to issue the credit and resolve the issue. The bottom line, had I not been a customer for the last 15 years, customer service wouldn't have issued the credit and I highly doubt the store would have. I will not do business at this location again. The sales team is not knowledgeable, the managers are not efficient or knowledgeable. I honestly have no idea how they are even open. This game of cat and mouse was ridiculous and seemed as if they hoped I would drop the issue and just pay the additional $200 mistake they made. Not a single person in that store was helpful except the salesperson. His managers left him out to dry. And there was a weird exchange/passive aggressive argument between the employees/managers that was extremely awkward. Save yourself the hassle, avoid this location. read more
