Worst fucking service I ever in counter in phone store. Agents are Douche. Yelp should have a negative star so I can give this reviews.

Upgraded my iPhone here today and had a great experience. Eoaka (according to my receipt) was my sales associate and he was awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable - he did the obviously corporate mandated attempts to add on accessories, but he made the offers - but didn't pressure me and make things uncomfortable. I should mention I went to the Apple store first to do this upgrade and they couldn't do it due to some technical glitch. This is not to talk poorly about THAT store, they worked super hard to make it work and I'm not mad at them at all. So I came to Verizon and they took care of the problem and I upgraded everything efficiently and walked out very happy! read more

AVOID! Minus 100 stars would be too generous. Beware of this company!! They will absolutely ROB you. In our case, we had an internet Ellipsis wireless card that stopped working. They upsold us to a new card, a new contract. Then I lost that Internet device. My husband went in to get a new device for me. Some months later, that device stopped working. After half an hour at the store today, I learned they have been charging us for 2 lines. We only ever had one line. By now I want out. The store at Bellevue Square cannot cancel the line for me. They mentioned something about $160.00, and I had to call. Now I have been on the phone for nearly a half hour because they want to charge us to cancel both lines. We are now talking about $300. BE CAREFUL with these guys. Do not get robbed as we have. After talking with the supervisor Angela, she confirmed, we need to pay over $300 to get out of the contract. We literally did not know they set us up for a second line. BEWARE! BEWARE!!! And please make sure you check your bill from them every month. read more

Take your money and go to another cellphone carrier. After being a customer for more than 10 years I was thrown out or asked to leave the store today (around 3 pm 01/10/2021 ) for no reason. After being let in the store and as I was explaining to the sales rep why I was in the store he looked at his ipad or handheld device and claimed that there were 40 people waiting in front of me and I needed to leave immediately. There was no one in line in front of the store, nobody's name on the monitor and the store reps were chatting idly among themselves when I showed up at the front entrance. The store was completely empty besides me and the store reps so they could have helped me even with the state COVID restrictions of social distancing and masking. Clearly he didn't want to listen to my questions or help me ( the customer ) and cooked up some lie to throw me out after letting me in. Why insult me like this ? I am changing cellphone carriers because of this experience. VERIZON CORPORATE OFFICE if you are listening - 1. Is it part of your customer experience to insult your customers ? 2. Do you care about your customer experience ? 3. Where is your gratitude to loyal longterm customers ? 4. Why are you operating a business which involves dealing with customers if you don't want to talk to them or help them ? and prefer to kick them out of the store before even listening to their question? 5. Do you care about good and ethical business practices ? and do you value your customers who spend their hard earned money only to be thrown out of your store ? 6. Tried to activate my new phone today for a corporate account and the store was unwilling to help. Even though I could provide all the details for my phone, for the account, the name of an authorized user on the account, they were unwilling to call to get permission to activate my phone. I wasn't asking for the information of the person, just asking for them to call the authorized user. They were even unwilling to give me a SIM so that the authorized user could call later and activate the phone. This was after two attempts of going into the store on the instructions of the authorized user. Simply terrible, piss poor service. They were more concerned with selling the crappy new IPhone than actually solving a customer issue. read more

Joe was great, but stay far away from Verizon. Here is my story. Recently had enough of AT&T and switched to Verizon. Here is the summary of my experience with an LG V20 phone 5 weeks later: 1. Sales rep lied about activation time. I knew I would be traveling and it would be a week before I could set up my phone. She said billing would not start until I activated my phone. Billing instead started the day I ordered, March 14. 2. I was traveling and activated the phone on March 22. I reported a defective speaker issue on April 4th, 12 days later. 3. I was sent a repaired used replacement, also with a defective speaker. 4. I then took it to the local store, and asked for a new replacement. Because I ordered online, the store could not help me with my problem. They went ahead and submitted a replacement request with through online Verizon, but charged me $20 to overnight the replacement. 5. The third replacement arrived with a completely blown speaker and was unusable. I spent 45 minutes getting them to remove the $20 overnight fee for an unusable phone. 6. The fourth phone arrived with distortion on the speaker as well. LG has admitted they manufactured a number of LGV20s with bad speakers. 7. Verizon refused to send me a new phone out of the box. After three hours, they finally agreed to send me a low end smart phone to use while LG takes two weeks to repair the defective phone #4. 8. I have set up 3 phones in the last 5 weeks, with two more to come. If you are with ATT and thinking about switching, don't do it. I have gone from the proverbial frying pan straight past the fire into consumer hell. Verizon should have sent me a brand new phone out of the box - not this circus game I have been playing. Over 20 hours spent on switching, and I am not even close yet. Stay where you are AT&T customers. read more

I have Verizon as my plan and it's a great service don't get me wrong, but the store is downright horrible. It takes the staff 10+ minutes to even get you someone who will help you. The products they offer are minimal and expensive and the staff are annoying. Went in to talk about trading in our phones for their 2 year trade in deal and all the gentleman who was helping us could talk about was upgrading to the edge plan. After numerous times telling him we want to upgrade our phones not our plan, he still didn't take the hint and we ended up stopping him mid sentence and simply saying "goodbye" and leaving the store. Went back a week later and got the same annoying speech about upgrading the plan. I highly recommend only coming here if you have a lot of time and patience. Staff are annoying and not worth the time and products are not worth the money. read more

This review is for the VZ in Bellevue Square. I recently switched from T-Mobile to Verizon and the service and knowledgeable sales associates were top notch. Unfortunately had to return my Note 7 due to the safety recall, but they took care of me in a quick and professional matter. This is much better service than you get at some other VZ locations. I did an upgrade a month ago for my cellphone. I also purchased a screen cover which they installed at that time. Within a couple weeks spots started to appear under the screen cover, and a month later the spots are getting to a point that is quite distracting. I happily swung by to have them take care of it as I would expect any store with proper customer service, and stand behind their products and staff. I walked in the front door and was greeted, and explained what the issue was. They didn't even look at the phone, and then said I could buy a new screen. And that they were not at all responsible. Unfortunately the Verizon service is the best one for me, so they really have me by the balls. I suppose that I will have to assess my choice in providers as I will not be treated that way. read more

Don't know deals and acts like they do. Confronted them about it and acted like we never even came in the first place. Was doing a BOGO for iPhone 8+ but never told us it had to be under the unlimited plan. Same guy who told us it was okay acted like he never spoke of a BOGO promotion. read more

She is extremely knowledgeable about all of the phones and spent a lot of time trying to find the best deals on the phones we were interested in. I've been to three Verizon stores in the past week and every one has been really great until I went to the Bellevue store today. I just bought a cover at the Northgate store, they were awesome, helped me get my like-new replacement phone set up and I bought a new cover there. I was headed to Bellevue and realized I didn't really like the new cover for a variety of reasons, one big one being that my hair got stuck in it when I was on the phone. Because I had some time to kill, I thought I would see if they could replace my new cover for the old one, didn't mind paying for it if I had to, but they were able to do an exchange. Julian took the old screen protector off, processed the exchange, walked away and returned, placing the new screen protector in the box on the table. Traditionally, they at least offer to put the cover on for me, so I was surprised when he just put the box on the table, especially because it's the Samsung S7 Edge which is challenging to put on. I asked if he could put it on for me and he said yes, but if it isn't put on correctly, they can't replace it. This isn't a huge deal because they do have a lifetime guarantee so I could always order another one online if I need to and have a replacement within days, deal with a poorly administered cover in the meantime if need be. However, I didn't like that this information was not given to me beforehand, or that he just put the box on the table, knowing that I would want some help putting it on, and probably prepared for me to be upset when it wasn't put on. Customer service is about letting the customer know what is going on and letting the customer know when policies have changed either in advance or at least when handing me the product. Because I didn't like the way it was handled, or the fact that they seemed annoyed by my questions, and the fact that they didn't even offer to put it on (which the Northgate store had said if I got that one again they had a guy who would put it on for me), I just asked for a refund because, A. I no longer trusted him to put it on, and B. I'd rather give my money to the Northgate store where they treat their customers way better. I understand that it is Bellevue, and I'm sure they deal with a lot of customers who are a little extreme in their expectations (which is why I will still give them 2 stars instead of one). But that is not me, and I'm not going to be upset with how poorly they put on a screen protector. My last one was only halfway decent, but it worked. I am, however, upset with employees who aren't upfront about policies changing and making me ask for something that two other stores offered to take care of for me because they understand that is the expectation with a kind of complicated product. Being upfront in those kinds of situations is always better than passive (see my review from Tony at the Redmond Verizon store for more info on upfront--that guy is awesome). read more

I walked in and was immediately greeted by Matthew Paikki who had the right mix of down to earth (non pressure sales) with a side of details for every question that I asked which prompted a perfect for me sale of a new iPhone. I was originally looking at another type of phone and finally made the big switch. I appreciated Matt's patience and knowledge through the process and acceptance without pressure of things I did not want. I visited this store for the first time today. I went in with an appointment but it was still frustrating trying to get help. And then James stepped in and juggled me with another customer. I had 3 phones to pay off and I wanted to purchase a new one. James was outstanding!!!!! Without him stepping up I could still be sitting there. They need more help and needed to honor appointments that have been made. Kudos to James!!!! read more

This store has some of the most rude, awful employees I've ever met. Aaron the store manager was so rude to us that he literally made my best friend cry. He gave us options that he knew wouldn't work for us and when we wanted to cancel and fix our line, he said we would then have to wait two hours. We left feeling mistreated and will be switching phone service after this. read more
