I am extremely disappointed with my experience with T-Mobile. My account has been scheduled for cancellation WITHOUT my authorization while an active dispute is still under review. This situation remains unresolved despite multiple attempts to address it directly. The core issue has not been resolved: * My device is not functionally unlocked * It cannot be used with other carriers * eSIM activation fails * The device manufacturer has confirmed that no unlock request was ever submitted at the system level Despite this, T-Mobile has stated that the obligation has been fulfilled. In addition, a Port-Out PIN was generated on my account without my consent, and I was instructed to transfer my numbers. This matter is currently under review with multiple agencies, including the FCC, Texas Attorney General, Washington State Attorney General, New Mexico Department of Justice, and the Better Business Bureau. Proceeding with account cancellation under these conditions raises serious concerns regarding consumer protection and business practices. Question: When is an appointment *not* an appointment? Answer: At T-Mobile I've been a Sprint/T-Mobile customer for a while now. I've never had particularly good signal strength at home but it was pretty good with either WiFi calling or with a WiFi signal booster. I've literally spent hours with "troubleshooting" - very basic stuff. Software update, new SIM cards, network updates, setting changes, turning the phone off with the sim card removed etc. All a waste of time. Nothing has really worked except for calling over WiFi or the signal booster. Now the signal boosters have been discontinued. My calls are terrible. I don't even care about data but need a decent signal to make the phone(s) usable. 5G or LTE - doesn't matter as I've got great WiFi speed at home. After having promise after promise of having improved service being broken I called again last week. I explained to them the prior failed attempts and informed them that I didn't want to waste any more time in the basic troubleshooting with yet another representative and they suggested that an in store appointment would be appropriate. We came to an agreed upon date and time. They set the appointment up. I received two separate confirmations of said appointment time and location. I drive to the store at the appointed time and they tell me that THEY DO NOT HAVE ME AS HAVING AN APPOINTMENT. They then inform me that I'll have to wait 20-30 minutes for service. At this point I am livid. I showed them the confirmation texts. No matter. This is an extraordinarily poor showing in my opinion. I make appointments in order to avoid waiting around in phone stores. I try and respect other people's time. It's literally one thing that you cannot buy. Clearly respect for their customers is not a priority here. read more

Dishonest, unprofessional staff. The representative I worked with made dishonest claims to me, signed me up for services I did not agree to, and charged me for items I did not receive. I'm 100% certain these were not honest mistakes -- if it had been one thing, maybe, but the fact that he added duplicate items to my bill, added service (which on my account shows an agreement form which of course isn't signed, since we never even discussed this add-on), told me things were included that he charged me for, and then rather than hand me my receipt, placed it in the bag, I can't see this as anything but purposely dishonest behavior. After a visit to the Wallingford T-Mobile, twice where their help was non-existent, I was pointed in the right direction to the Othello location. The manager was so helpful, kind, polite and remembered me by name when I came in to pick up my new phone. Even walked me to my car in the parking garage because it was late. This is definitely my store from here on out. Just a tip for the Wallingford location, maybe head to the Othello location where they can teach you what customer service should really be like. read more

The worst! They are only nice when they sign you up with phone lines. If you have any problems afterwards or go in with questions, they'll turn there backs and come up with lies. I agree with the other reviews. The manager needs proper customer service training. He is way over his head. It's like my presence in the store was bothering him. If you walk into the store with a simple question, everyone seems bothered, nervous, and unsure of themselves. It's like they wanna feed you whatever lies and get rid off you as fast as possible. Tommy is THE guy. Originally, I came into the store looking to upgrade my grandpa's phone but he told me that I could upgrade my 8 plus to a 12 mini with one of their current promos. I also was curious about my current bill and what other options that I had. He throughly broke down every option available making it very easy to understand. Don't waste your time coming here. It is the literal worst. It seems like just a bunch of friends from high school hanging out and then like doing customer service when they have to, although they are polite and pleasant. The manager is useless. He straight up lied the last time I was there and then hid in the back room until he thought I left, couldn't even be bothered to provide actual customer service and was snotty AF throughout the whole process each time I was in there. Expect to find charges of your bill that they don't tell you will be there. Basically, you come here expecting to get expert, professional help but they (mostly the manager) will do a half-*ssed job, make mistakes, and then expect you to find their mistakes before you leave. I mean, them doing THEIR job correctly, the literal ONE THING they are there to do, from the go is not the expectation, it's on you customer to catch their mess, so seriously...do not waste your time. Went in for the Black Friday deals and was really happy with the service I got. I had been into the Lynnwood t-mobile earlier and they had quoted me a higher price. Went into Othello T-mobile and was given accurate pricing that matched the online offers and really down to earth service. No stuffy suit and tie vibe, the guys in here are relaxed even when people are pretty rude to them. Really have to say a big thank you to the representative named Nabil and his co-worker who was there on Black Friday as well as they answered all my questions and assured me if any hidden or unknown charges popped up they would take care of them for me (the contract is dense). Update on this is that I was indeed charged for insurance I had not wanted and asked repeatedly not to be signed up for. Called Nabil, he took care of it and didn't try to blame me for this mistake. They did everything they could do to help me out and did an amazing job. NEVER COME IN HERE. First of all, it is not a corporate store. Anything that they will mess up on you, will not be adjusted by company. I have a LOT of money on my prepaid line and once I activated in the store, I used another sim and I loaded a new one on a big amount , then when I came at home and new SIM card was not in a phone, and I called on it, I've get a hold of somebody. I came back in a store and after a long fight with everybody out there they changed my phone number. After that I just tried to get a refund and it is the same exact thing again, and it is not my name on account. They're put somebody on my account who's using my money and my phone number and mine doesn't work now. Nobody can understand HOW may it be so and all what their rude manager and lazy associates telling is just to call customer service , where they're asking you a pin that I don't have and have no way to change it because it is not my name on account. And I have all receipts and invoice and Know how much money I have on account. People that working there probably just smoke crack , because on my request to change a name on the account on mine , they're just asking my birthdate and telling me that it's not matching. I went to multiple different T-Mobile locations in the past and each location was able to print it out. This kid needs to get training on what he can or cannot do to support his customer. Kyle answered all my questions and provided me great customer service and knowledgable about the product. I been to different locations and companies and thought I was gonna be there for a while but that wasn't the case. I was in and out quickly besides the questions I kept asking. I always hate going into t-mobile stores because there is always a long wait. This time I had no choice bc my phone was dying. I called this store, and a sales rep picked up the phone right away. I asked about the promotion that was being advertised, and he provided the information. Wonderful, saved a trip. Then, when it came time to pulling the trigger and buying a phone, I went in and a sales rep was able to help me right away. I'm not sure if it was because I went when it opened but Navel and Brandon took care of me. Great customer service on both their part! It was quick and efficient. About a month after I checked my T-mobile account and saw that they were charging me $1.75 a month for it. These two items combined were about $80. Great service from Sok. I showed up frazzled the night before an overseas trip trying to resolve an issue with a missing SIM card and an unresponsive phone. He was friendly, helpful and super knowledgeable, and definitely went out of his way to take care of the situation. He also clued me in to several promotions that weren't readily apparent on the T-Mobile website or in the store. Definitely will return to this location next time, and hope Sok's on duty. read more
