    We switched to Xfinity because they were offering deals which included a new phone when adding a…read moreline. I have been in the store six times and they were not able to deliver on anything. They transferred our numbers but couldn't activate my watch for a month. They still charged me. They also added things to my internet that I did not want. Cameras and streaming services that I don't need. They said it would not raise my payment, it did. The part that bothers me the most is that there is no accountability. No one will take ownership and rectify the problem. It's always "the online people versus the in-store people" and no one can do anything about the other. I am disappointed with Xfinity after one and a half months and am Looking for another service provider. Best of luck if you decide to use them because this headache is not worth the money.

Had messed everything up and gave me a new phone number even through me pleading with him to let me keep my phone number he told me to kick rocks :( That's when the goat himself answered the phone and spent almost an hour making sure I kept my sacred phone number.     I tried for over a month to get Comcast installed in my house. The problem. The in house install…read moreoperation does not work with the line bury operation. After 12 emails, 22 texts with supposed service people, multiple calls with sales people and service group they still could not get it right. I had 3 appointments to install and 3 times the tech arrived and could not install because the cable bury work was not done. I was promised on 3 different occasions it was all coordinated when it wasn't. Now get this. At one point I was on a chat with an "assistant ". I gave them a very long history of this insane process and how frustrating it was. The assistant apologized and said " we will get it taken care of". And then the "assistant" next asked me "who is your current phone provider?" After all the issues I raised they tried to up sell me on phone service! Yep! Can you imagine? Today was last straw. Promised cable bury and house install would happen today. Tech came, no bury crew! Was hoping to get faster internet but not at this price. We are staying with Direct TV. Absolutely ridiculous! Comcast. You need to seriously look at your install protocols.

    This might be the worst company that I have ever dealt with. The issues start with the call in…read moresupport where it takes a seemingly impossible combination of hitting 0 or talking over the robot with "Representative" to get to an agent versus the useless robot support. The next issue is their physical service. The installer did a sloppy job of putting our lines in. The inside-technician was clueless and had to call his own support. They also did a bait and switch on the pricing which is why I ultimately cancelled. After cancelling their service, instead of crediting my credit card for the $50 initiation fee, they gave me a $50 credit (to be used in 30 days). I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company. STAY AWAY from these clowns if you can.

    I was promised the dismissal of my overcharges in the amount of 60 and 80 dollars (two billing…read morecycles) in exchange for a plan upgrade to unlimited to avoid overages in the future. I have screenshots and video recording of the live agent chat with Vijay (as you're not able to speak with live representatives). I have spent countless hours, over 6, cried and experienced immense frustration due to follow-up regarding this as my modem for my new plan was delivered but my bill did not reflect what was promised. When following up, a chat agent purposely disconnected the chat because they didn't care to speak to me. The next one kept repeating things that wasn't the concern at the time such as what I currently owe on my bill, how I can make a payment, etc to cause frustration and confusion to avoid reaching a solution regarding the matter. I have where it was repeated 5 times, before and after, the signed change in plan where it is promised my overcharges would be dismissed. They acknowledge this was said, stated they'd contact Vijay but that they can't uphold the agreement but would like to help me set up my new equipment for my plan. They acknowledged the distress this situation had caused me, how I was a valued customer of over 7+ years but that they could only offer me a 60 dollar remediation and asked me to agree. Due to numerous statements stating plural "overcharges" and confirmation of 60 and 80 dollars in total, I refused to agree to such an agreement. They directed me to call: 1-888-565-4329 to discuss things further as they only had so much they could within their limits. After calling and being redirected to over 4 different people at this number at 11p at night, they told me all they would be doing is the ticket#: ECM0018044776 and to call back in a few hours to see if they'd move forward with forgiving the other 80 dollar charge. They purposely told me they'd forgive the overcharges to secure the upsale of their products under false pretenses. I have reported this to the BBB. Blatantly fraudulent.
