When someone finally answered, we asked how long the wait was, as we were in the store. We were told the wait was an hour. We left the Mokena store and went to the New Lenox store. A very kind girl greeted us, asked our address and told us ATT did not service our area. I've followed up multiple times with no resolution. To make matters worse, the manager was very rude and dismissive when I tried to get answers. Instead of helping fix the situation, I was made to feel like I was the problem. I switched expecting better service and transparency, and instead I've gotten misinformation, delays, and poor customer service. I would strongly caution others to get everything in writing and double-check their bills before signing anything here.

They were both very knowledgeable and were excellent communicators. Today I returned to TCC because my iPhone was having difficulty charging. After paying off the small remaining balance on my existing phone, I was able to get a FREE iPhone 16 (of course, I paid the tax). I received the same superb level of customer service with Alexa today that I had experienced previously. The only "negative" that came out of today's visit to TCC was that Alexa was working alone on a Saturday. She did a great job of multitasking among customers, but it still took a long time before I left with my new phone. That was not her fault. She did the best she possibly could under the circumstances.
