My phone had been broken for sometime and I dreaded getting a new one. Took my phone to CRP and…read morethey fixed it right up for me. I was so happy that... 1. I didn't have to purchase a new phone 2. I did'nt have to go through the hassel of transfereiing data to a new phone. My only complaint is they are a little pricey, but I guess I would have paid more to get a new phone. For my cracked/broken screen I paid 200.00. I dropped my phone off at 2:30pm and he had it fixed by 5:30pm so relatively fast service. I just dropped off my daughters computer to get repaired and I am hoping the cost to repair her computer is affordable. We shall see and I will update once I find out.

I bought a lifetime warranty at Batteries Plus in Plano off of Central Expressway several years…read moreago. I have had the battery changed with NO PROBLEM at the Plano Batteries Plus store and also at the Batteries Plus store near Firewheel mall. Then I went to the Wylie Batteries Plus store and suddenly there's a problem. the Wylie store called the Plano store to confirm and verify my Lifetime Warranty. My Lifetume Warrenty was confirmed and verified but they refused to change the battery. Personally I think it's because they are Muslim I do not dress like a Muslim woman.. I call that..discrimination. There was absolutely no reason why they would refuse to honor my Lifetime Warranty. What's the lesson? DO NOT GO to the Wylie Batteries Plus store. Go Somewhere Else. UPDATE: When I drove away from the Wylie Batteries Plus Location.. I drove directly to the PLANO Batteries Plus Location and guess what ?? I got my New Battery for my key fob NO PROBLEM. They were Professional and honored my Lifetime Warranty like they were suppose to.. Unless the Wylie Location. Just go to the Plano Location or even the Firewheel Location.

Her wonderful customer service turned a stressful experience into a positive one. All day, I felt like no Verizon employee took our concerns or time seriously--until we met Kake. She went above and beyond by sitting down with customer support on the phone for over an hour on our behalf, refusing to give up until our issue was resolved. She didn't have to go the extra mile, but she did everything in her power to make things right. I can't thank Kake enough for her kindness, they are lucky to have her at this location! This girl knows what she's doing and we will be returning to her in the future!

Soon after, he decided to spend MORE MONEY and upgrade to the 14 Pro Max. He returned the phone the following Wednesday, November 16th, but found the store closed. I accompanied him the following day, November 17th, which, according to Cricket's policy, was the last day to return the phone. On entering the store, we were told that the "system was down" and we couldn't return the phone. Being concerned that this was the final day, I reconfirmed with the clerk, Mohammed, that we would indeed be able to bring the phone back and upgrade the following day. Mohammed deferred to his "manager", who dismissively quipped "maybe I can pull some strings". I love good humor, but she wasn't joking; she was flippant and full of attitude. I commented that their system problem wasn't our fault and we needed some assurance we could return the phone. The manager interrupted me and said the system being down "wasn't (their) fault either". At this point, I should have realized I couldn't trust anything this person said, but again, I reconfirmed that we could return the phone the next day. She reluctantly agreed. The following day I brought the phone in myself and found that the only person in the store was "Alex". Alex was helpful and generally upbeat. He mentioned that the "manager had told him about us" and he began the return process. I reached out to my son to get the necessary passwords to reset the phone but soon found that Alex was having problems. Apparently, he was unable to "authorize" the return. He needed Mohammed, who would not be in until the next day. He phoned someone, presumably the friendly manager, but that didn't solve the problem. I asked him what we should do and he said I'd need to come back when Mohammed was there. The next day, my son brought the phone in and spoke with Mohammed. And guess what? He told my son that they could NO LONGER ACCEPT the phone, as it was "past the return date". Concerned, my son called me from the store and I spoke with Mohammad. He was sympathetic but told me he'd been specifically instructed not to accept the return. In addition to that, he was also instructed NOT TO PROVIDE HIS MANAGER'S NAME. You might ask yourself, is this the policy of a legitimate business, to hide the name of the supervisors? How about lying and misleading customers? I have been using Cricket Wireless service for many, many years, but that is about to end. I would recommend for anyone considering doing business with these people that you look at the many fine competitors out there who actually want your business and will work to earn it.

Young guy that wanted to be any where but there so I left and went to Metro and as I was impressed by Metro, there was still some uneasy feeling I kept getting so I went down to the next shopping center and that is where I met Louis and Darlan at Cricket. They both are very knowledgeable and very friendly customer service. I ended up coming back and buying my phone from them and also got 2 free phones. They were able to save me so much money and time. All the questions I had they were able to answer and I plan on sending anyone I know there because I had such and awesome experience that I have never had with any other carrier. As far as Cricket's service, it works just as good as AT&T and Verizon so it is a win win for me.

First off when I walked into the store, the greeting was not very nice. It seemed like I had been…read moreinterrupting what they were doing. Once I had informed them I had an online pick up order, two gentlemen just started talking about the ordering process through Verizon online as if I knew what was going on. They finally explained to me that Verizon does not take into consideration when pre-orders are made online that it may cause discrepancies in inventory. So in other words, what's on the shelf may have been already reserved for someone who had made an order online a few days ago. So the gentleman offered to cancel my order and redo it so that a phone could come in quicker. While he was doing this, he had gone over the phone plan that I had upgraded to and tried to say I needed to be on the top-tier phone plan which I did not want. I let him know the plan I had ordered is the exact same plan that I wanted. He saw me getting a little annoyed and then took back what he said and said, "no that's exactly what I said." No sir. He had to call a third-party to have my order canceled and he was extremely rude to the representative on the phone. He was not really rude to me, but the fact that he was rude to her, rubbed me the wrong way. So once he canceled my order, I left it at that did not place a new order with him and I walked out. Number one, customer service was awful number two, his rudeness just topped the cake for me. I did not want to deal with people like them nor want to give them the credit of my sale for the crap customer service and treatment of others that they give. I realize he may have to call a third-party to do some work for their business and that particular party may have been outsourced internationally so he may have had to deal with them on numerous occasions. It still does not give him the right to be rude. And that could definitely cause you to lose business.
