I have never been into this facility and the Sanitation takes 2 hours so how did they complete it in 10 min? I was also in Kansas City WITH my phone at the time it was marked completed from the store in GARLAND TEXAS (again not possible). Called UBREAKIFIX 05-28-2025 and was told it is completed so they can get paid by Asurion. How are they getting paid when I never went into the store? I was on the phone today with Asurion for 54 min even speaking to a manager and was told this is not a service they provide and it was a scam even though the email address is clearly from Asurion. I WILL NEVER TRUST EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES AGAIN.

I went to the Wylie location because it was close, I figured they could handle this simple task. NOPE! I got there, I found a sign on the door that said "be back in 5 minutes". I looked around, saw no one leaving, I assumed they had to be gone for at least a minute so why not wait for 4 minutes. Well, I waited 10 minutes, no one showed up. I decided to check the door, maybe they forgot to take the note down, nope, it was locked. So my calculation was that they had been gone for at least 15 minutes or more. I have had other bad past experiences but this one will be the last chance I give that location.

I confront him on these points and about his rudeness before I leave and he proceeds to insult me on my way out, calling me an idiot..
