I don't know if service is as bad in all AT&T locations but the last few times I have been to this location have been a total waste of time. The associates were rude and didn't act like they wanted to help or even be there. Save yourself some frustration and go somewhere else. read more

I have been dealing with this location since manager morgan overcharged me more than twice. than I had to deal with customer service. than loyalty department, than nunez jett who is just a warehouse guy but for some reason tried to take responsibility and didnt even follow up. I have been with AT&T since 1993, never missed a bill, and have my entire family's wireless billing ($200/mont) and bundle of U-verse/internet/phone x over 15 years. 6/4/2018 - due to high cost of wireless service I was going to move my family to Sprint/Verizon. I was referred to retention department and told I can buy iPhone X and get iPhone 8 Plus for free without getting a new line. And also I would not be charged roaming fee to Canada/Mexico (I was going to Canada this week) 6/24/2018 - when I returned home I took my new phones to AT&T store location @ 3300 Dallas Pkwy #100 Plano TX 75093. I spoke with Lance McLaughlin whom I worked with for over 5 years and he told me I have a new line (need to pay full price for iPhone 8 if I don't keep this new line), I will be charged for the phone x 3 months, and that I can activate my iWatch for $5/month. On the phone with AT&T agent, I was also told if I decrease my plan my plan would be cheaper by $40/month 7/20/2018 - when I got my bill, my bill went from it's usual $200/month to $350/month! After hours of calling customer service, I was told there is a new line, iWatch is $10/month, and that my new plan with 4G less is $10 cheaper not $40/month and that Canada and Mexico was NOT included and even though my phone was off I got charged 50cents/text and roaming fee. I was then told by "Rose" that I would get $100 credit for ALL the lies I have been told. 7/24/2018 - when I didn't get my credit, another supervisor told me that I will not get my $100 and EVERYTHING I was told above, NONE of the things happened. As a consumer, I feel defeated...these conversations are recorded and notes are written, I have never been told so MANY series of lies and been treated like "abc" but "xyz" happening. I realize I am only ONE consumer with AT&T, but after being told my both retention and loyalty department, MANY MANY misleading information then to be stuck with a bill about $150 more than I was paying...and to waste hours of my time, I have no recourse but to elevate this in every way I can. I am sure that I am not the only one, but I've never experienced so many series of lies and there being NO accountability whatsoever to what I was promised. read more

My husband and I came in to this store to fix an issue with my iPad data plan. I had a really old unlimited plan and was very skeptical about switching to a new plan. We were so lucky to get Miranda, the store manager to help us. She took her time to explain everything to us and answer all our questions thoroughly. She was extremely competent and pleasant to work with. She upgraded my phone plan and iPad plan and put my husband and I on a family plan which not only upgraded our service with an increase in benefits but also saved us a ton of money on our monthly bill. I highly recommend this store location. Miranda's service was exemplary. We will be sure to use this store when needed going forward. read more

No acknowledgment when walked in. Waited to purchase an IPad 2020 and stylus pen. Also wanted to get protective case and screen protector. I understand the two employees were with someone but to not even acknowledge I was there and not even look up when the door opened for me to leave. The only one that looked up when the door open was the ones that were being helped. read more

Last year, my wife and I went to this store. My wife was switching from Sprint to ATT. She was bringing her phone from Sprint. The sales associate we dealt with said they were running a promotion on new accounts. You get a free phone. We said no. He told us that we didn't have to use the phone, it could just be a back up. We said no. He said it could be an iPod or a Christmas gift to someone. We said no. He pushed, pushed, and pushed for us to take that phone. We go all the way to the final moments before he activated my wife's account and he continued to push about how much we would regret not taking a free phone. He said our kids could play with it. It won't hurt us to take the phone. He said we could still upgrade any time we wanted. We finally said, fine. So we got a free 32GB iPhone 7. It's a phone that's now 4 years out of date. Apparently, with that phone comes a contract of 30 months where my wife cannot upgrade to a new phone without paying off the free phone. This was NEVER disclosed to us. We wanted to wait until the new phones were out and then get her a new one. If anyone would have told us that we were signing a 30 month contract, we would have said no. Your sales associate even told us we could still upgrade any time we want. This is completely underhanded, deceptive business practices just to get a commission. When I told the manager what had happened, he said, I should have read the fine print even if the sales associate did not disclose all the details. As soon as my contract is up, I'm switching to anyone else. read more

They get two stars because they were friendly but they messed up my activation and bill horribly. I went in for new service. I had a limited amount of time and told them before we got started so I knew whether I had realistic expectations. They assured me it was enough time. They didn't have all three phones I wanted so they ordered them. They did not tell me that meant they were sending a person to my home to set up phones. I thought they would come by fed ex or something. The person who came to my home was unable to set up the phones and told me I would need to order online. He said the order was "messed up." When the order finally came it took hours - literally - on the phone with AT&T to get them set up because things were messed up. Then when my first bill came, I was charged $40 for insurance that I did not ask for nor was I asked if I wanted it. Today marks the THIRD time I've had to call AT&T to have it removed because the two prior times, I was told that it was removed, but it was not. Not all of these issues are the fault of the store, but if they had set it up properly in the first place it would have saved me hours of my life. The representative on the phone said it is fairly common for the stores to sign people up for insurance without asking which is shady AF if you ask me. read more

I walked in and it was a ghost town. Immediately sketched out. 2 people working, one who was very nice but the one that helped me was not at all. The guy wasn't very nice or easy to talk to. Normally, my experience at at&t stores is great. They always have extremely outgoing, personable, and enthusiastic sales associates. This person was nothing like the usual at&t employee. I wanted to upgrade my phone. He asked me to unlock my phone and took it into the back to "have a manager check out the phone". What the fuck? Not sure what information he stole from me but I'm pissed off about this. Told me I couldn't trade in my phone. Kept giving me information wrong. First it was "you have 14 months left to pay off this phone" then it was "you've been paying 14 and have 10 left". Okay I know for a fact I have the 30 month plan and he was stuttering and spitting out wrong information. Drove 7 minutes up the road to another at&t and had the usual awesome sales associate, great social skills. Shout out to Kenny at the at&t on Plano parkway! Cool guy. traded in my phone and got outta there with a new phone in less than 30 minutes. I do NOT recommend this store. I'm gonna contact at&t about this sketchy guy. It's also in an old mattress firm or some shit which was a scam so I wouldn't be surprised if this location is a scam. DO NOT GO HERE. Drive down 75 and hit up the at&t on Plano parkway for a much better experience! read more
