I am very disappointed with the way the store handled the situation and its lack of transparency. Everyone should be careful and thoroughly check their devices before and after getting them repaired. After keeping my ipad for three days, they still hadn't repaired it, so I decided to take it back and bring it to another repair shop for inspection. At the new shop, the technician asked me, "Has this screen been replaced before?" I told them that I had never replaced the screen. After examining the ipad, they informed me that the screen installed on my device was not the original one. That was when I realized that the original screen on my ipad had been replaced before this shop returned my device to me. In addition, when I got my ipad back, I noticed that the screen protector, which had been on the ipad when I handed it over, was also missing.
