DO NOT GO TO THIS S%^ty store!! They're are not a corporate and if something is wrong they won't be able to help you, the manager Jhon is so unprofessional!!! I bought a new phone and it did not work, they told me they couldn't exchange it and sent me to a CORPORATE AT&T store or Apple, I did go to both and they both said to go back to the store where I bought it, that they should be able to exchange with out a problem, it so I did and the manager was super rude and refused to help. I m very angry at people at 2202 Lakeview in rrowlett. Daniel the sales person that offered me $1,000 for trading my old cellphone .and I was told that as soon as I turn my old cellphone to them the sooner the promotions will start so I went home transfer my info to the new cellphone and I went back the next day .they took my old cell and long story short the manager got involved and he will not honor the promotions .because I did not have a big enough plan. They could had told me that the day of the purchase? But noooo they did not they waited days later after they took and disposed of my old cellphone read more

This store is awful. They gave me one price and then signed me up for services that I did not agree to. I wish I had never signed up for this because so far I have been given 12 different prices on what I have to pay per month. Even though this authorized dealer could provide support assistance to get my husband's voicemail set up, they declined to do anything and referred us to a corporate store. I did not go to the corporate store they suggested. I went to the one at 2783 Ridge Road, Rockwall, TX that I selected. We received excellent customer service from the corporate store. They lie and cheat you all to make commission. Mind you I canceled the service 5 days in because what the AT&T rep Ricardo promised me was a lie. I'm making this review because I just had $200 withdrawn from my account after I canceled my service last month. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied. Also when I went to change my service back to my original plan, they didn't reactivate my service and I went days without service. The other reps in here aren't helpful and further disappointed me. This store is actually useless don't buy from here and definitely don't come here for help or service. I moved to Rowlett and found a neighborhood AT&T but it's honestly the worst run and operated store I've ever seen. I don't know what the employees do besides tell people to go somewhere else unless you want to buy a new product and even then it's the slowest and most terrible customer service experience I've ever see. Horrible place. I walked in and was not greeted. I quickly found other people have been waiting around 10 minutes also being ignored. Finally when helped, the representative was very rude and started arguing with me about my plan. I got up and walked out very angry. Do not go here.
