Doors said they open at 10 AM and their website says the same thing. It was 9:30 when I got there so I decided to wait. I waited til 11:15 before I decided to try to get home! I was properly greeted as soon as I walked into the store. After Leo at the front desk saw my iPhone's condition he provided a repair quote for battery and screen replacement. I was so relieved he told me they are well-stocked with all the parts necessary. I was originally told it would take about an hour and a half for the repair to be done. I was willing to wait so I did. I was offered bottled water to drink. Within a few minutes Leo told me that he assigned my repair to the technician and gave it priority since I was waiting. Robert explained exactly what the issue was in terms I could understand. After the motherboard was replaced, the camera would not work so he ordered the parts to fix it. At no cost to me because he wants to make it right. It ended up not being the camera part but a short in the new motherboard. So Robert ordered me a new board at no cost to me and installed it and got my phone working just like new! He also installed a new vibrator because the last one became weak.
