I was sad about my service the other day…read more I've been twice. First time was sooo excellent that I wanted to come back! I think if I ever come back, I only want to see the owner. I think that's who I had the first time. This time, there was really a lack of service. He was nice and all, but I wasn't asked what type of pedicure I wanted. I usually get with a basic pedicure, a scrub, hot towels, a massage, maybe lotion. This time I only get a scrub and some towels. I asked about a massage as well and said I would pay extra but I was sort of dismissed. I wonder if this is because it was close to closing. They closed at 5, but I called at 3:15 and was told to come at 4. I sat there for about half an hour before my service started. Not a bad experience, but in today's world everything is so expensive so i'd prefer to get my moneys worth.

Not very happy UPDATE: after a 20 minute phone call, (and the owner walking away mid call after talking over me the whole time blaming me for the nails) the receptionist finally said I can come in and get my refund. When I came in they continued to tell me that it was my fault my nails changed from white to yellow, then in the middle of getting my refund a lady come up, snatched my hand and started rubbing the nail polish off. To say I'm pissed is an understatement. There is a difference between letting me know that you will be taking the polish off with the refund (which would have been completely fine because these nails are disgusting looking) and just snatching my hand, touching me without permission OR without saying anything and rubbing it off. Extremely rude. Extremely unprofessional. And blaming the customer till the very end is just unbelievable.

On August 6th I had an appointment with Lee at 10:30 and when I arrived he was in the middle of a pedicure and I would have had to wait at least 20-30 minutes. No one else was able to take me as everyone was busy.  I had a busy day; so I left.   Today, instead of making an appointment, I called ahead to see if there was immediate availability with ANYONE. I was told to come on in. When I arrived, NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE TO TAKE ME--and I was told to wait.  I left once more to NEVER return.  This business does not value its customers or commitments to them.

Feels very uncomfortable to me. Quality of work is poor. This time I left with 4 of my nails having very thick layers on the cuticles from the gel being too heavy. It's difficult to communicate that filing it down isn't the way to fix it when their English is limited to "so pretty" or "you don't got dollars?" On a side note- my last time at the original cool nails I ended up with fungus.

Don't come often anymore, but I needed a treat- it was lacking this time. I had a $45 pedi and a natural manicure. She didn't have much strength in her hands though the heated rock massage was relaxing. She hurt my toes several times. I showed her which nail I wanted the rest of my nails to look like. She asked if I wanted them all as short as the one I'd broken. I said no not that short. She had me sit on the side of the pedi chair even though there were 4 open mani stations open, to file my nails. After my first hand I said it was uncomfortable couldn't we move to an actual station. She did move me then. I pointed out that the shape of my nails were not as requested she redid my first hand but, they then ended up a lot shorter than I asked for. I wanted a light pink for my hands, she had trouble finding something not too bright. I had her put a combination of colors on me, thinking the lighter of the two as a top coat would calm the color down. It wasn't ideal, but it was what they had. The brighter color must have been older as it was very thick. It's taken all afternoon to really dry and it bubbled up on the outside of my thumb. The inside of my pointer looked like something had gotten in the polish. Vin said I must've touched it. Not sure how that would have happened but he did smooth it. I know everyone has to start somewhere and I applaud 777 for doing training but, there should be over site. As usual, everything was clean and no strong smells were evident.

Yikes! I really wanted to give this salon a good review because the owner was so accommodating and…read morethe space is really nice with tons of color selections. But that's where the positive review ends... Sadly, the job my tech did was horrible on both a pedi and gel mani! First, she painted my toenail polish over a wet base coat, which at the time I thought was really weird. I wish I had spoken up, because it made the colored polish shrink and dry in layers instead of being smooth. I had to remove it and repaint it myself the next day it looks so bad. Then, she didn't use acetone to clean any overpaint from my gel nails, using just her fingernails to try to clean up any overage (which is ineffective as well as unsanitary). I had to reshape my nails and pick off all the extra polish around each nail when I got home. After paying $75 with tip! I hope the owner reads these negative reviews and trains her people properly because her staff desperately needs it!
