Deliciousness

Wow what a beautiful view, we were seated by the window, I had no idea of this view my first time in this gem the staff from the moment we walked in were so genuinely kind & Michael made us feel like very valued customers! Our food was delicious & the tiramisù was the best I've ever had! We will be back sooner than later!

Cliff Notes Price Range: $$ Parking: Plenty Perk: Staff Non-Perk: Paying Ambiance: Classic Italian restaurant atmosphere Dress: Smart Casual Noise: Low to Med Temperature: Comfy Recommend: 100% Response Time: Medium Professionalism: 100% Date: 12/30/25 Dissertation: We came here for a birthday celebration and had a very pleasant experience overall. The ambiance was excellent, with an inviting atmosphere that made it an ideal setting for a special occasion. The staff was gracious and attentive, contributing positively to the evening. As for the food, the fish was outstanding and easily the highlight of the meal. The lasagna was satisfactory, though it did not quite rise to the same level as the seafood. Overall, a wonderful environment for celebrating, supported by friendly service and some truly excellent fish dishes.

The service we received was outstanding. Our server Carlos, was not only professional and efficient, but he was also warm and very personable. He made great, tasty suggestions, created a welcoming, enjoyable atmosphere for us. The staff together made everything run smoothly. Its very rare you come across service that feels that genuine. On top of great food, he made our night. The cioppino 10/10. Massive amount of delicious seafood packed in a flavorful broth. Id say some kind of pasta would be amazing with it, but you dont need it. Its huge.

The service was wonderful. Extremely on top of everything. Never had to ask for refills. He comped my soup the moment he learned I didn't love it. No complaints at all with the staff. The restaurant itself has a beautiful aesthetic and is very well designed overall. But.... This place is insanely expensive for the quality and for what it is. The food was mediocre at best. There was basically no lobster in the lobster bisque. The calamari was good and you get a ton of it. The lasagna was very greasy, the cheese on top was burnt to a crisp and inedible, there were not a lot of noodles and an over abundance of meat. The greasy sauce may have been a personal dislike though. I know some styles of sauce are supposed to be that way but I couldn't eat it because it was making me queasy. The fettuccine Alfredo was also just ok nothing great. Review from 2025

This is a very nice and spacious restaurant with excellent view. Parking is easy and plentiful. Based on all the great reviews, I would say that my experience with their food was a little bit disappointing. Not that it was bad, but it was very mediocre. I had the Filetto Di Salmone (grilled salmon with sautéed zucchini and a one-half baked tomato) and my husband had the Chicken Parmigiana (breaded chicken breast topped with Mozzarella cheese and marinara, baked with pennette pasta). Bread was nice and warm and really soft. So that was a good start. Salad was refreshing. The grilled salmon was okay, nothing to write home about. The sautéed zucchini that came with it was also very blend. The chicken breast in the Chicken Parmigiana was really salty but not flavorful. Even the pennette pasta in tomato sauce that came with it was not that tasty. Maybe it was an off night or maybe we didn't order the right things. Service was efficient and friendly. Prices were a bit on the high side for the food but not for the ambiance.

Great foods- esp the calamari fritte, rock shrimps and signature pasta (we got several dishes) and what amazed us was the level of service rendered by Carlos in the dining room. He was so attentive to our table and orders were accurate. He went beyond our expectations by his friendly demeanor with a smile. Our meal ended with a courtesy dessert for our birthday celebrant. We had been patronizing this restaurant for over two decades and is always consistent in the quality of food, service and atmosphere (skyline of the strip)! Top of the A- list and definite recommend to those who love Italian and seafood.

2nd visit Stopped back in for another event, very popular for that. The customer service is amazing. The male waiter has been employed for years. The appetizers are the best. The ambiance is fun, family dessert. Yes I said it. The semester tray is next level. Normally you would choose 1 item, but forty we received a platter with all voices. Yummy! Although I didn't indulge, everyone bragged about it. My daughter and sun requested leftovers or items to-go. I do have to report and didn't notice in my own dish, the salad wasn't washed well. Like not removing g the vein from shrimp.

Started in the bar with drinks, David is a consummate professional. Moved to a banquet room and feasted! The whole staff effortlessly handles large parties! The dining room is open and stylish in the Italian Countryside sort of way!

If you're looking for an italian restaurant with amazing flavor and authentic feel, this is your place! We ordered the caesar salad, meatball sub and fettucine al funghi with complimentary garlic breadsticks. All flavors were absolutely delicious!!! My pasta came with 4 jumbo shrimp which at first glance you'd think isn't enough, but I was left very full and satisfied! I love how we were able to seat ourselves since the restaurant wasn't too busy, we came on a Wednesday afternoon. We had the perfect view of the Strip from our booth. The servers were all very friendly and prompt. On top of it all, the total price at the end was more than reasonable. We will absolutely come back for date night!

Such an amazing dinner. So so yummy. The food is so fresh and made to order! I have numerous food allergies and they were able to make a meal for me. They have gluten free options! I ordered a gluten free chicken Parmesan. The shrimp stone is so great too. The sauces were both very tasty and a fun flavor. They had a wasabi sauce that paired perfect with the shrimp. Definitely a good dinner spot!

The lamb chops and the seafood risotto are absolutely delicious. The entire dining experience was wonderful from start to finish. The restaurant has such a warm and inviting ambiance, and the view makes it even better. It is a great place to relax, enjoy a good meal, and take in the atmosphere.

Lobster ravioli

Disappointed from our dinner experience here. My lobster ravioli was overpriced with only four pieces of ravioli & blackened shrimp at $36! The shrimp was overly salty too. Even my son's Kids cheese pizza tasted horrible. While the service was great, but the food was just horrible. We didn't choose this place & only ate here because our grandmother chose this restaurant for her birthday dinner.

Ventano's has a special place in my heart! Whether it's a casual family dinner or a private event in their back room, the people at Ventano's always makes it a very special meal! Their food and drinks are both amazing - you really can't go wrong. The vibes and view of the place are also spectacular! I love that they have coloring kits for kids Must get the shrimp and scallops on a hot plate, as well as an old fashioned! I love their veal parm as well as their risotto. Their pasta, especially with their pink sauce, is such a delight. You won't have room for dessert, but get it anyway as their cakes and creme brulee are the perfect way to end your meal!!! Absolutely love this place and will come back as often as I can :)

Are dogs allowed?

I've been there a few times and have never seen an animal. You should call them.

How can I buy a gift card or gift certificate if I live out of state?

Simply give them a call at 702-944-4848, and they will send it via email. You CAN'T order one through their websire. It's done strictly over the phone, and then it's delivered by email.

How casually can I dress? Shorts ok?

Shorts are totally ok. I've been here many, many times and have worn shorts nearly every time.

It says you close at 10, but we were turned away from dining area 1 little after 9. What is your correct time?

Do you have gluten free options?

Yes they have a gluten free pasta that's delicious!

Do you take reservations?

Yes

Do I need a reservation?

They told me when I went in August that they were only doing reservations and only taking them up until a certain time. I would definitely call in advance to make sure just incase they are still doing reservations only.

Can the full menu be ordered from the bar area?

Yes and it's amazing. No the bar does not smell. Last I checked, Bill you legally can smoke in a bar.

Is there a separate room for private parties?

Yes...it can seat up to 100. I used it for a party of 50.

A Hidden Gem -- Incredible Italian with Heart…read more Il Chianti is amazing! We absolutely love Chef Rudy and everything about this restaurant. The food is consistently fantastic, and it's clear that there's so much care and heart behind every dish. We've tried several things on the menu -- from the creamy Alfredo pasta to the flavorful New York steak -- and it's all been delicious. But let me tell you... their garlic bread is what dreams are made of. It comes out warm and crusty with garlic, olive oil, parmesan, and spices -- and I honestly think about it all the time. It's that good. Il Chianti is definitely on the finer dining side, so prices reflect the quality -- but it's 100% worth it. We've celebrated birthdays here, and even had our wedding luncheon hosted at the restaurant, and they were amazing to work with: so accommodating, so kind, and just a joy to plan with. This is a restaurant we love and want to see succeed. Highly, highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable Italian meal in a beautiful, welcoming space.

The ambiance in here is moody and not over the top but very nice. Excellent wine selection and delicious food. Chef Rudy also comes by for table touches which I thought was quite awesome. I had the Linguini Alle Vongole with white sauce and it was delicious. Pasta was perfectly al dente and the fresh clams was exactly as I expected. I personally dislike when restaurants just put the meat of the clam in the pasta without the shell. Can't wait to come back and try another dish!

Windows all around to protect you from the elements, a ceiling overhead, open views of the sky around the edges, and automatic shades going up and down like we were sitting in a luxury Mercedes! All we needed was a steering wheel! Our server, Renan L., went ABOVE AND BEYOND! He made sure our food was prepared vegan-friendly while carefully working around potential food allergies. Now THAT is customer service! Somebody get this man a promotion before another restaurant drafts him! The steamed broccoli with olive oil? ON POINT! The Brussels sprouts? Delicious! Well the casino itself is extremely smoky and full of very, very, very old people (watch out for the scooters, walkers and oxygen tanks), the restaurant itself was a very pleasant "casual Italian atmosphere". You got absolute heaps of it and it was very authentic Italian. In fact, the meatballs on my spaghetti and meatballs with some of the best meatballs I've had in Vegas. My wife enjoyed her Chicken Angelo very much. Perhaps one of the best highlights of the night was the service. We had "Brandon" as our server and he was extremely personable, funny and engaging. He actually seemed to like his job and enjoy dealing with us. Highest marks to him. He really improved the night. Also, is one of the few authentic Italian restaurants that we found to be extremely affordable. The staff was very kind, and we were greeted and seated immediately. We were given bread with a delicious pesto sauce to enjoy while we looked over the menus. They offer an impressive menu, and we honestly had a hard time choosing! We ended up with the Tortellacci Ripieni Brasato Di Manzo Al Tartufo Nero--braised short rib wrapped in fresh egg pasta with a creamy Alfredo-style sauce. The pasta is made fresh daily, and my BF could not stop raving after every bite that it was some of the most delicious pasta he's ever had. It really was mouthwatering. We also ordered the chicken Caesar salad and did not expect the portion to be so large! The chicken had a nice char and was a little dry, but overall, paired with the Caesar dressing, the flavors blended really well. The restaurant looks out toward the lake and greenery, with patio seating that would be beautiful during cooler weather. There's also a floating stage nearby with live music on Saturdays, which you can enjoy from the restaurant. Inside, there's a small bar with seating, and the overall atmosphere feels romantic and upscale. We noticed quite a few couples enjoying dinner. We visited in early August, which is definitely the off-season at Lake Las Vegas. MonteLago Village was pretty quiet, and when we arrived around 5:30 p.m., there were only two other couples in the restaurant. Over the course of our dinner, though, almost every table inside filled up. I can only imagine how busy it gets during peak season, so I would recommend reservations in advance. Even during the summer, it may be worth checking ahead if you want an indoor table during prime dinner hours. Wonderful service, fresh pasta, generous portions and a beautiful setting. I would absolutely recommend Luna Rossa to anyone visiting Lake Las Vegas.

Luna Rossa Ristorante…read more 15 Via Bel Canto Henderson, NV 89011 (3 Stars) Thankfully, the food was above average because the drive to Lake Las Vegas--and the hike to the restaurant--is absolutely interminable. Whoever designed this promenade was either a rookie architect or exceptionally evil. There is essentially no convenient parking. The available parking is downhill from the restaurants and shops, which means after you've parked, you're rewarded with an uphill hike. From September through May that's merely annoying. At 115 degrees... It's punishment. In fact, I think I've figured out why this place is so empty. When I arrived, I honestly thought I had stumbled into an abandoned ghost town. I was the only person walking anywhere in the entire village. I finally made it to Luna Rossa, desperately needing water. Thankfully, my server Julia was quick on the draw. She had water in front of me almost immediately, and I probably drank half the glass without taking a breath. I ordered the Caesar Salad followed by the Veal Piccata. The Caesar started with a minor disappointment. The croutons tasted like Pepperidge Farm's best, but thankfully the lettuce was crisp, fresh, and the dressing was flavorful enough to pull the salad back into respectable territory. The Veal Piccata looked a little murky when it arrived, but looks can be deceiving. The sauce had excellent flavor, the veal was tender, and overall it was a very enjoyable entrée. I seriously considered ordering a cocktail. Then I remembered I still had to survive the hike back to my car in triple-digit heat. Hydration won. Besides, the female bartender looked very...very...very...miserable. Maybe it was the heat. Maybe it was the ghost town. Maybe that's just her personality. Either way, she wasn't exactly inspiring me to linger over a drink. Big Boy Says... The food is above average. The parking is terrible. The walk is worse. Between the lack of convenient parking, the uphill hike in the Las Vegas heat, and an atmosphere that felt deserted, this simply isn't a restaurant I'd recommend making a special trip to visit. I suffer...so you don't have to. Overall Rating: (3 Stars)
