Spent a year in Henderson driving past Carmine's Pizza Kitchen before finally giving it a try in June 2026. My wife and I returned five more times over the next month. We can all learn from the errors of our past. LOL. Coming from an Italian family, I've sampled Italian food all over the country and have also enjoyed it throughout Italy. I can honestly say that Carmine's is delicious. Of course, everyone's tastes are different. But their sauce is smooth (no chunks), not acidic, and has just a hint of sweetness. Their pasta has been perfectly cooked - firm and well-drained, which is surprisingly uncommon, even at many of the best Italian restaurants. Their portion sizes are generous, especially for the price. The service has been outstanding, especially from our server, Angela. We couldn't ask for more (other than Coke products instead of Pepsi. I really wanted to love this place because of the reviews that I read I ordered ahead of time and went down the street to pick up my order to find two families in the dining area and everyone outside possibly a party not sure I got my order the pizza was a large. I didn't know how big it was, but this would be like an extra large pizza for sure. Also a chopped salad The chopped salad looked like it already had dressing on it and old The dressing that they gave me on the side in the little white container wasn't even half full. It wouldn't even been OK for half of that salad that I ordered. My pizza I got the Carmine special and it was so soggy toward the middle of the pizza you couldn't even eat it. We came to this restaurant because we've had a family members say it was amazing. And we went in a large group, intending on sitting outside because we had a dog. (Service dog). But it was already getting way too hot before we ordered so they allowed us to be inside. Ordered a lot of food and spent a few hours there and everything was great. I got a vegetarian large sized pizza and I never got tired of eating it even after we brought the leftovers home. The crust taste slightly sweet around the edges. I personally didn't try the other pizzas, but everyone loved them. The owner came over and talked to our group because he knew someone in our group. Overall great experience when we will be back. First time ordering from here and we'll be ordering again. We ordered a half cheese / half sausage pizza and it was great. Having lived in New York, I'm picky when it comes to NY Pizza and Carmine's was excellent. The sauce is good, right amount of cheese and the sausage is delicious. Our delivery was quick and the pizza was packaged well. Can't comment on the service since I ordered through my phone. Carmine's is an absolute blast! With a live band and the lounge that's in the works and will be open until 2 AM in the upcoming months, it's definitely the go-to spot in Henderson. It is such an inspirational story of extraordinary Italian family that created delicious recipes that have been lovingly passed down through generations. Pizza cravings satisfied! My husband and I came here for an early dinner on a Sunday night and it was a great experience! We were greeted right away and were checked on throughout our dinner. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Inside is smaller than I thought, so if you plan to eat there during peak times, make sure you get there early. We ordered a small basket of garlic knots and a large meat lovers pizza with a side of ranch. Everything was delicious! The garlic knots had a great chew to them and it was drenched in garlic butter and sprinkled with cheese. It also came with a marinara sauce, but honestly it tasted better without it. The sauce was on the sour/tangy side. The meat lovers pizza was so good! The bottom of the pizza was crunchy, and the top was soft and chewy! All the meat, cheese, and sauce worked well together. It didn't taste too salty or too sweet, it was just right. The ranch that we ordered on the side also tasted good on the pizza! We had a lot of left overs, and it tastes good the day after reheating it in the oven. I have to say Carmine's Pizza Kitchen made it to my list of delicious pizzas here in Las Vegas! Last nyt was my second time trying this place. I fell in love with the spinach roll from 1st visit its yummmm!!! We ordered that again and baked ziti and honestly think its better than couple places we've been to. Needless to say, this is now our go to place for some Italian cravings. What great service.My fiancé was a little under the weather so we did not get dressed up, but we did watch the first game of the new season and our Oregon Ducks who crushed the souls of Montana State and after that he needed a little bite. Called up to order and the girl was very enthusiastic sounding on the phone. Showed up a little early and paid and she said either wait in your car or in the restaurant. I thought because maybe I was underdressed a little bit she was trying to shoo me off. But the reality is not five minutes later here she comes out the front door, bringing my food right to my car... Oh man! Carmine's NEVER fails! I've been coming to Carmine's for a very long time long time and the food and service never fails! The Rigatoni à la Carmine's is exceptional EVERY SINGLE TIME. There is no deviation to the recipe. The pizza...to die for! The crust is crispy and chewy and the red sauce is perfect. I always order Carmine's Special Pizza since it has it all on it: pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, peppers and onions. But every pizza is superb. My food arrives to my table HOT and in a reasonable time. The servers are friendly and attentive. The pizza was decent, but the real star of the meal was the ranch--seriously, it was the best thing we had! We also enjoyed the garlic fries. Service was fine, I'm sure the waiter forgot to put in our fries so we waited over 40 minutes, but I was chatting it up with my girls and it eventually came and everything worked out. This is my third time to Carmine's pizza kitchen on Raiders Way. I would like to say that first of all, the food is amazing! The pizza, Sicilian, and calzones are delicious! The taste of the cheeses and the sauce are so good, I am no longer in search of Italian food and a pizzeria near me. So besides the food being excellent, I must say that the service is also excellent as is customer service. I have been served by Gianna, Charlie and another young lady. I'm sorry I forgot your name. No matter what time or day I went with each different server, I always had a positive experience. They were so nice and friendly. The vibe to me was a family vibe where you can just sit eat and enjoy. In the back is a bar with some gambling machines which we don't bother with, but we eat in the front where it's so relaxing with pictures of New York and the Raiders and so many old things. I really enjoyed to pie I got here. The pepperoni was nice and fatty which means there was some grease dripping off the slice but it all tastes delicious. Although, tasty a bit more salami and ham would have been appreciated. The personal pizza (6 slices), was good. I found the crust crunchy which, only enhanced the flavor of the pizza. The portion size was generous and was priced accordingly. Our server Dave was friendly and very welcoming. He suggested some house favorites which, I'll try on my next visit. The dining area is spacious and has several TV's were you can watch sporting events while you dine. The restaurant is clean as are the restroom facilities. Business is open until 3am. Called on a Saturday at 12:25am to place a pick up order. Simply wanted to order a calzone. Was told they only make 12" personal pizzas at this time, that they have to be ordered in person, and then they'll make your order while you wait. I don't see the purpose of keeping a pizza business open this late if you're unable to order 90% of the menu or for pick up. No one wants to drive, place a limited order, and then wait 20-30 minutes for it to be ready. Take payment over the phone if you're worried about orders not being picked up. read more
