Cliff Notes Price Range: $$ Parking: Unk Perk: 50/50 Chance for greatness Non-Perk: Burnt Crust Ambiance: Ours was to go Dress: Unk, I would assume, clothed would be prefered Noise: Unk Temperature: Unk Recommend: May the odds be in your favor. Response Time: Unk Professionalism: Unk Date: 1/31/26 Dissertation: Tried Carmine's Pizza Kitchen twice now, and I'm still not sure if I found a hidden gem or entered a pizza lottery. First time was honestly great. Solid crust, good flavor, everything hit the way you want it to. I was already thinking this might be a regular spot. Second time... completely different story. Open the box, and the entire bottom of the pizza was burnt to a crisp. Not like "a little extra crispy," either. I'm talking full-on black, like it lost a fight with the oven. Same order, totally different outcome. So at this point, it feels like you've got about a 50/50 chance. Could be amazing, could be a science experiment. I want to like this place, because that first visit was legit. Just hoping next time, the pizza and the oven are on better terms. May the odds be in your favor.

We came to this restaurant because we've had a family members say it was amazing. And we went in a large group, intending on sitting outside because we had a dog. (Service dog). But it was already getting way too hot before we ordered so they allowed us to be inside. Ordered a lot of food and spent a few hours there and everything was great. I got a vegetarian large sized pizza and I never got tired of eating it even after we brought the leftovers home. The crust taste slightly sweet around the edges. I personally didn't try the other pizzas, but everyone loved them. The owner came over and talked to our group because he knew someone in our group. Overall great experience when we will be back. The picture I posted is of three slices because I ate it right away, and I forgot to take a picture beforehand.

I have no idea why I haven't tried this place considering they've been in business 50 years! Prices are reasonable. The meatballs and spinach calzone were equally delicious. Share the calzone. It's huge!

First time ordering from here and we'll be ordering again. We ordered a half cheese / half sausage pizza and it was great. Having lived in New York, I'm picky when it comes to NY Pizza and Carmine's was excellent. The sauce is good, right amount of cheese and the sausage is delicious. Our delivery was quick and the pizza was packaged well. Can't comment on the service since I ordered through my phone. I looked up the place online and looks like a cool place so will need to go check them out in person!

Carmine's is an absolute blast! With a live band and the lounge that's in the works and will be open until 2 AM in the upcoming months, it's definitely the go-to spot in Henderson. I love that it's a family affair too, with Frank and Connie keeping the legacy alive. And can we talk about that menu? Homemade creamy Italian salad from grandpa's recipe? Yes, please! The calamari and meatballs were a perfect start, especially with that whipped mozzarella. I'm all in for Frank's faves, especially that chicken piccata that's not even on the menu! Plus, my daughter really enjoyed their classic pepperoni pizza! It's been a while since I've seen her eat that much! And ending the meal with zeppole? Deep-fried dough is always a win! Can't wait to hear how it all tastes when you check it out!

Ordered pick up...and good thing. The place was packed!! I'd like to try dining in to see if the food is any better fresh to table! Because I just wasn't as impressed with what we ended up with at home! It was just lacking. We don't live far, but everything was cold, like maybe it had been ready a bit before yelp updated that it was ready for pick up! I would have preferred more flavor overall. But I will give it another shot...just maybe not for pick up or delivery.

Absolutely wonderful experience! We are so happy that we have tried this location! Family owned and operated since 1976, Carmine's Pizza Kitchen is the perfect selection for some old school NY pizza and Italian food. Frank the owner greeted us with a friendly handshake and a big welcome. As we ate our food ,the owner came to our table explained the history of Carmine's. It is such an inspirational story of extraordinary Italian family that created delicious recipes that have been lovingly passed down through generations. This was our first visit to Carmine's and right away we felt like we were in a friendly Italian home. Our server Denise was so friendly and helpful. She is definitely a huge asset to the restaurant. Everyone is very welcoming and treat you like a family . They have indoor and outdoor seating and a full bar area. A great place to dine in or get takeout and when the weather is nice, sit outside. They sometimes have live music on their beautiful patio. The food was outstanding, and the portions are pretty large. - Starter bread was perfectly warm and freshly baked. - The Chopped Salad was so good, nicely dressed and delicious! Not over powering. - The pizza is a New York style with a wonderful crispness of the crust . All the ingredients were perfectly balanced. The pizza sauce didn't taste too salty ,it was just right. - The Italian sub was great. Large slice of mozzarella. Roll was good. - The Rigatoni Carmine was delicious. Creamy. - The meatballs and spaghetti/meatballs was good. Soft meatballs, great sauce. - The zeppoles were fried to perfection with just the right amount of powdered sugar, topped with strawberry and chocolate sauce and served with 3 scoops of vanilla bean ice cream. Yummy Overall: I have to say Carmine's Pizza Kitchen made it to my list of delicious pizzas here in Las Vegas! Highly recommended!!!

Good pizza spot. Solid slices. Sometimes the pizza lacks enough sauce and is doughy when I order a pie to go.

I love this spot so much. Soooo authentically Italian. It's located at a park inside Inspirada, so love that, too. So unique and really makes it feel like a neighborhood spot. It was definitely popping so lots of people really enjoy this spot. I ordered the margherita pizza, and then of course had to get an arancini. I got the spinach and cheese one. It was SOOO good. I definitely thought it would be smaller, so you get a lot of bang for your buck. You order at the register and they bring the food out to you, which is awesome. My pizza was really good, too! After dinner we got some of their gelato that they had inside. It was delightful. They have so many pre-made desserts you can also get, too. Love this spot and need to come back here more often! They tend to have live music on the weekends, too, which is so cool.

And the food is pretty good too. Unfortunately, I have to knock the review down one star for the following reasons: 1. A couple of days ago we came in and ordered some stuff to go. The entirety of the waiting area was filled with school-aged kids, which isn't bad in itself. However, it looked like only two of the kids ordered anything, which means they were taking up space for no reason other than their friends got a coffee or ice cream. And they were LOUD. If you aren't a paying customer, don't take up every table. 2. Tonight we came in and got some food to eat there. The antipasti was fantastic, and the lobster ravioli was really good. Unfortunately, the shrimp that came with the lobster were way overcooked. To the point where they were hard beyond rubber and had no flavor. The wife still ate them, but one was all I could take. Overall, this place is awesome. Clean these two things up and I'll happily make this a five star review!

I ordered the swordfish, and it was absolutely outstanding--perfectly prepared, flavorful, and one of the best seafood dishes I've had in a long time. The rest of our meal was equally impressive. Our server deserves a special mention. He was attentive without hovering, funny without trying too hard, and seemed to know everything there is to know about "all things Gaetano's." Great service always elevates a meal, and he certainly did. The atmosphere is one of my favorite things about Gaetano's. You can celebrate a special occasion in a sport coat or enjoy dinner in nice Vegas shorts and a Tommy Bahama shirt and feel equally at home. It's elegant without being pretentious. Oh... and did I mention the bread? Let's just say my plan to "eat light" ended the moment the bread basket hit the table. I blame Gaetano's entirely. If you're looking for consistently excellent Italian food, outstanding service, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back again and again, Gaetano's continues to be one of Las Vegas' gems. Normally, I go to Prosecco's location in Anthem, but they don't open until 3:00pm on Sunday's and my mom requested that we do brunch on her day. I made a reservation through OpenTable for 5/10/26 at 11:00am. Patio season is among us and I decided to book a spot on their patio, which is spacious and provides a ton of shade. They had just opened like an hour ago so it wasn't busy at all, both inside and outside. No Sunday brunch is complete without a glass of mimosa, single or bottomless. My parents both ordered cappuccinos and my mom later had a Make Me Blush cocktail. I had a sip of the latter and I could really taste the bitterness in it. I don't really drink alcohol all that much anymore (with the exception of special occasions), but the mimosa is one of my favorite drinks ever. For food, my mom and I both ordered their tiramisu French toast. I didn't read the whole ingredient list on the menu and I wasn't expecting it to come with chocolate gelato and a waffle cone on top! Wow!!! My dad had the NY Steak skillet with two sunny side up eggs, which came out sizzling. Included inside my French toast was mascarpone cheese but the cheesy flavor wasn't too overwhelming. The French toast was so, SO good that I felt like I was on a different planet afterwards. One qualm was that my parents' cappuccinos tasted like that they were watered down and didn't have a whole lot of flavor, so they had to request extra sugar as a result. But otherwise everything else we had here was absolutely 100% amazing, from beginning to end. It was totally worth having Sunday brunch here and we got lucky getting here before they really started getting busy.
