Spent a year in Henderson driving past Carmine's Pizza Kitchen before finally giving it a try in June 2026. My wife and I returned five more times over the next month. We can all learn from the errors of our past. LOL. Coming from an Italian family, I've sampled Italian food all over the country and have also enjoyed it throughout Italy. I can honestly say that Carmine's is delicious. Of course, everyone's tastes are different. But their sauce is smooth (no chunks), not acidic, and has just a hint of sweetness. Their pasta has been perfectly cooked - firm and well-drained, which is surprisingly uncommon, even at many of the best Italian restaurants. Their portion sizes are generous, especially for the price. The service has been outstanding, especially from our server, Angela. We couldn't ask for more (other than Coke products instead of Pepsi. But, again, that's just me). Needless to say, we'll be back for more. read more

This was our first time trying Carmine's pizza . We have driven past this location plenty of times and it is usually always busy which is a good sign ! We ordered a large pepperoni and a large meat lovers . Also a ceaser salad . $75 yikes !!! The staff was friendly , the pizza however was honestly just average , seemed a bit greasy, slices were big , but both pizzas didn't wow any of us sadly and lacked flavor. I guess we will have to stick with Pizza Rock Pizza . We will probably try the pizza again or a calzone may be better , the crust didn't have much flavor either. read more

This place is sooo good! Everything tastes super fresh and delicious, and you can tell it's made with quality ingredients. I'm usually the type to leave my pizza crust behind, but somehow I end up eating every single bite here. The pizza came out piping hot, which honestly made it even better because that's exactly how I like it. The service is always on point, and the place is always busy, which really says a lot. Definitely a spot I'd recommend if you're craving Italian food. read more

First time was honestly great. Solid crust, good flavor, everything hit the way you want it to. I was already thinking this might be a regular spot. Second time... completely different story. Open the box, and the entire bottom of the pizza was burnt to a crisp. Not like "a little extra crispy," either. I'm talking full-on black, like it lost a fight with the oven. Same order, totally different outcome. So at this point, it feels like you've got about a 50/50 chance. Could be amazing, could be a science experiment. I want to like this place, because that first visit was legit. Just hoping next time, the pizza and the oven are on better terms. May the odds be in your favor. read more

I really wanted to love this place because of the reviews that I read I ordered ahead of time and went down the street to pick up my order to find two families in the dining area and everyone outside possibly a party not sure I got my order the pizza was a large. I didn't know how big it was, but this would be like an extra large pizza for sure. Also a chopped salad The chopped salad looked like it already had dressing on it and old The dressing that they gave me on the side in the little white container wasn't even half full. It wouldn't even been OK for half of that salad that I ordered. My pizza I got the Carmine special and it was so soggy toward the middle of the pizza you couldn't even eat it. It was like a wet paper towel. For the cost of this meal, I definitely will not be back. It was not worth it for me and my family. read more

We came to this restaurant because we've had a family members say it was amazing. And we went in a large group, intending on sitting outside because we had a dog. (Service dog). But it was already getting way too hot before we ordered so they allowed us to be inside. Ordered a lot of food and spent a few hours there and everything was great. I got a vegetarian large sized pizza and I never got tired of eating it even after we brought the leftovers home. The crust taste slightly sweet around the edges. I personally didn't try the other pizzas, but everyone loved them. The owner came over and talked to our group because he knew someone in our group. Overall great experience when we will be back. The picture I posted is of three slices because I ate it right away, and I forgot to take a picture beforehand. read more

Great food and great service! Updating my last review as they change their pricing and now only charge for half toppings.

I have no idea why I haven't tried this place considering they've been in business 50 years! Prices are reasonable. The meatballs and spinach calzone were equally delicious. Share the calzone. It's huge! read more

First time ordering from here and we'll be ordering again. We ordered a half cheese / half sausage pizza and it was great. Having lived in New York, I'm picky when it comes to NY Pizza and Carmine's was excellent. The sauce is good, right amount of cheese and the sausage is delicious. Our delivery was quick and the pizza was packaged well. Can't comment on the service since I ordered through my phone. I looked up the place online and looks like a cool place so will need to go check them out in person! read more

Good pizza spot. Solid slices. Sometimes the pizza lacks enough sauce and is doughy when I order a pie to go.

Carmine's is an absolute blast! With a live band and the lounge that's in the works and will be open until 2 AM in the upcoming months, it's definitely the go-to spot in Henderson. I love that it's a family affair too, with Frank and Connie keeping the legacy alive. And can we talk about that menu? Homemade creamy Italian salad from grandpa's recipe? Yes, please! The calamari and meatballs were a perfect start, especially with that whipped mozzarella. I'm all in for Frank's faves, especially that chicken piccata that's not even on the menu! Plus, my daughter really enjoyed their classic pepperoni pizza! It's been a while since I've seen her eat that much! And ending the meal with zeppole? Deep-fried dough is always a win! Can't wait to hear how it all tastes when you check it out! read more

Ordered pick up...and good thing. The place was packed!! I'd like to try dining in to see if the food is any better fresh to table! Because I just wasn't as impressed with what we ended up with at home! It was just lacking. We don't live far, but everything was cold, like maybe it had been ready a bit before yelp updated that it was ready for pick up! I would have preferred more flavor overall. But I will give it another shot...just maybe not for pick up or delivery. read more

Absolutely wonderful experience! We are so happy that we have tried this location! Family owned and operated since 1976, Carmine's Pizza Kitchen is the perfect selection for some old school NY pizza and Italian food. Frank the owner greeted us with a friendly handshake and a big welcome. As we ate our food ,the owner came to our table explained the history of Carmine's. It is such an inspirational story of extraordinary Italian family that created delicious recipes that have been lovingly passed down through generations. This was our first visit to Carmine's and right away we felt like we were in a friendly Italian home. Our server Denise was so friendly and helpful. She is definitely a huge asset to the restaurant. Everyone is very welcoming and treat you like a family . They have indoor and outdoor seating and a full bar area. A great place to dine in or get takeout and when the weather is nice, sit outside. They sometimes have live music on their beautiful patio. The food was outstanding, and the portions are pretty large. - Starter bread was perfectly warm and freshly baked. - The Chopped Salad was so good, nicely dressed and delicious! Not over powering. - The pizza is a New York style with a wonderful crispness of the crust . All the ingredients were perfectly balanced. The pizza sauce didn't taste too salty ,it was just right. - The Italian sub was great. Large slice of mozzarella. Roll was good. - The Rigatoni Carmine was delicious. Creamy. - The meatballs and spaghetti/meatballs was good. Soft meatballs, great sauce. - The zeppoles were fried to perfection with just the right amount of powdered sugar, topped with strawberry and chocolate sauce and served with 3 scoops of vanilla bean ice cream. Yummy Overall: I have to say Carmine's Pizza Kitchen made it to my list of delicious pizzas here in Las Vegas! Highly recommended!!! read more

Came here for dinner. Been here prior. Ordered Ceaser salad which was decent. Baked Ziti for $18 was ok at best but not worth $18 but came with warm bread. Large pizza was very oily and the sauce was not great. Service was spotty. Diet Coke was not drinkable and was returned. Ambiance was decent. read more

Pizza cravings satisfied! My husband and I came here for an early dinner on a Sunday night and it was a great experience! We were greeted right away and were checked on throughout our dinner. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Inside is smaller than I thought, so if you plan to eat there during peak times, make sure you get there early. We ordered a small basket of garlic knots and a large meat lovers pizza with a side of ranch. Everything was delicious! The garlic knots had a great chew to them and it was drenched in garlic butter and sprinkled with cheese. It also came with a marinara sauce, but honestly it tasted better without it. The sauce was on the sour/tangy side. The meat lovers pizza was so good! The bottom of the pizza was crunchy, and the top was soft and chewy! All the meat, cheese, and sauce worked well together. It didn't taste too salty or too sweet, it was just right. The ranch that we ordered on the side also tasted good on the pizza! We had a lot of left overs, and it tastes good the day after reheating it in the oven. I have to say Carmine's Pizza Kitchen made it to my list of delicious pizzas here in Las Vegas! I will be back to try the other items on the menu! read more

Carmine's Pizza Kitchen isn't just a restaurant--it's a living, breathing celebration of family, loyalty, and community. I had the honor of being there for their 50th anniversary in business, and the moment I walked in, it was clear why they've thrived for half a century. The owner, the staff, the long‑time customers who felt more like extended family--every interaction radiated warmth, pride, and genuine connection. You don't see that often anymore, and it's something truly special. The food? To die for. The kind of dishes that stop the table conversation because everyone needs a moment to appreciate what they're tasting. The Rigatoni A La Carmine was unforgettable--rich, comforting, perfectly balanced, and clearly made from a recipe that's been loved and perfected over generations. And the cannoli sealed the night: crisp shell, silky filling, just sweet enough, and absolutely flawless. This wasn't just a meal. It was a celebration of family, community, and authentic Italian cooking that honors its roots. Carmine's deserves 10 out of 5 stars for delivering an experience that's rare in today's world--genuine, delicious, and unforgettable. read more

What great service. My fiancé was a little under the weather so we did not get dressed up, but we did watch the first game of the new season and our Oregon Ducks who crushed the souls of Montana State and after that he needed a little bite. Called up to order and the girl was very enthusiastic sounding on the phone. Showed up a little early and paid and she said either wait in your car or in the restaurant. I thought because maybe I was underdressed a little bit she was trying to shoo me off. But the reality is not five minutes later here she comes out the front door, bringing my food right to my car... Very cool! So I got the food home and these were the best fried raviolis we'd ever had. Also both our subs were great with a nice toasted roll on each and really good fries. Carmines really hit the spot. The restaurant was nice and clean and once again kudos to great customer service! read more

Carmine's Pizza Kitchen has multiple locations and I was visiting the Aces Headquarters, so my girlfriends and I decided to try this location. The pizza was decent, but the real star of the meal was the ranch--seriously, it was the best thing we had! We also enjoyed the garlic fries. Service was fine, I'm sure the waiter forgot to put in our fries so we waited over 40 minutes, but I was chatting it up with my girls and it eventually came and everything worked out. The atmosphere was casual. If you go, make sure to get extra ranch--it's worth it! read more

Oh man! Carmine's NEVER fails! I've been coming to Carmine's for a very long time long time and the food and service never fails! The Rigatoni à la Carmine's is exceptional EVERY SINGLE TIME. There is no deviation to the recipe. The pizza...to die for! The crust is crispy and chewy and the red sauce is perfect. I always order Carmine's Special Pizza since it has it all on it: pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, peppers and onions. But every pizza is superb. My food arrives to my table HOT and in a reasonable time. The servers are friendly and attentive. They have tvs on the wall to watch the games and even changed the channel so we could watch the Lakers game. We love Carmines and I recommend it to all my friends! Thank you Carmines! read more

Ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza for delivery along with other items. The amount of pepperoni was fine. However, the mushroom slices were so thin and few, equivalent to one whole mushroom; very stingy. What was sad was the crust which was burnt and bitter tasting. On a previous order, the chicken tenders were so small that I wouldn't consider naming them chicken tenders but instead sparrow tenders. Never again. read more

First time here and I found the food very tasty. The Carmine's Chopped Salad was fresh and contained all the regular accompaniments. Although, tasty a bit more salami and ham would have been appreciated. The personal pizza (6 slices), was good. I found the crust crunchy which, only enhanced the flavor of the pizza. The portion size was generous and was priced accordingly. Our server Dave was friendly and very welcoming. He suggested some house favorites which, I'll try on my next visit. The dining area is spacious and has several TV's were you can watch sporting events while you dine. The restaurant is clean as are the restroom facilities. It's clear great pride is taken in maintaining a presentable establishment while offering good food. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and will return sometime in the future. read more
