We almost didn't stop here during our trip and honestly I am SOOOO glad we did! It was my favorite thing that we ate the whole time we were in vegas!!! My husband and I shared the bread cone with fettuccini Alfredo and my teen daughters shared the vodka penne and it was the PERFECT amount of food. I am pretty picky when it comes to Alfredo sauce and let me tell you it was everything my little pasta loving heart could have dreamed of! All of the staff were SUPER friendly. They gave us samples of the focaccia bread which was also mind blowing! I can't recommend this place enough!!! Even the cone garlic bread which I expected to be more for show was fresh and soft and delicious!!!! Make it a point to stop here!!! Make sure to have enough time it does take a bit but it's so worth it!!!

Absolutely amazing!! wow - what an incredible find! Such an inspiring story, they have started as a food truck and now they have opened their brick and mortar restaurant. The restaurant is beautiful. Very cute!!! Excellent service from the owner Ryan , very friendly and welcoming vibes. We started with the focaccia bread, which was absolutely delicious - soft, flavorful, and perfectly baked. We have ordered the Chicken Alfredo Fettuccine with the garlic bread cone, and it was very flavorful! So garlicky, rich, and fresh. We have also ordered a Penne pasta ala vodka, combined with creamy tomato sauce with perfectly seasoned shrimp, chicken parmigiana, providing a homemade taste with breaded chicken cutlets baked with marinara and mozzarella. Don't miss the Caesar's salad with its fresh romaine, house made dressing, and homemade croutons, customizable with your choice of protein. Yummy You can't go wrong with any of their items on the menu. You can tell ,everything is made from scratch daily. Highly recommend this spot to anyone who loves authentic, freshly made pasta and great vibes. Definitely worth the visit!!!

Food was amazing! I love how there is a bread cone and pasta inside it! Servers here are so kind and nice. My family and I ordered the shrimp pasta with vodka sauce and the chicken Alfredo all in bread cones and it was so good!

Tried this spot after craving Italian food. Disappointed in the hours, but made it work. Love my Chicken Parm's, so had to try it out and the employees were nice enough to add-on a chef's special bread. Even though the shop itself is small, can attest that the food is AMAZING. I got my food to go and it still tasted as fresh 15-20 min later. The portion was definitely much bigger than I expected, to where now I have leftovers for lunch. Looking forward to my next meal there, specifically the shrimp/penne pasta entre

You order first then have a seat We got the penne with shrimp vodka pasta. SO GOOD. When you dine in they also give you a piece of their focaccia bread and it's so delicious. Garlic, balsamic, parm YUM! The workers were pretty nice as well. Thankfully we also came when it wasn't crowded because the place itself is nice but small. Definitely would come again. Hard to find a good pasta place

I don't normally write reviews but I feel like this place needs to be talked about more! Went in on a Saturday night around 7pm fully expecting a wait or a full house but it was oddly quiet and had just one other family sitting at the bar. First thought: the delicious aroma of GARLIC.. instant salivating Second thought: where is everybody at?! We walk to the counter and are greeted by a man behind the glass with a super genuine welcome and smile (hard to come across these days). Browsing through their very simple menu but I'm immediately in a chokehold because HELLLLLOOOO vodka pasta is my faveeee! I order that and my husband gets the chicken parmigiana and we order the garlic bread cone on the side. The man asks if we wanted the pasta in the cone or on the side and I'm not gonna lie, I was confused for a hot sec but realized the family at the counter was enjoying their meals in a bread cone. I wanted to enjoy each item separately so on the side it was. Food comes out and we were served this AMAZING focaccia bread on the side which was a genuine surprise because I didn't expect to be served that as well. Omg I was so obsessed with it I even told my husband how I'm probably gonna order this for takeout like everyday. Besides that, and as expected, the penne shrimp ala vodka was DELICIOUS. I literally had to save some bites to take home for the kids to experience also! Husband enjoyed his meal as well and ripping off pieces of the garlic bread cone with every bite of our pasta was the cherry on top! During our meal, we were approached twice to make sure we were enjoying our food and that we had everything we needed. A+ And a 'thank you' from the kitchen was yelled out as we were leaving the restaurant. A+++++ TL;DR: This place deserves more attention because the food was amazing and customer service was absolutely TOP TIER! We need to recognize places like this more, especially now. Thanks to the staff and kitchen for a delicious dinner!

Adequate portion sizes to enjoy for later.

Chef Ryan's Focaccia Bread alone is enough to love this joint. Penne Pasta and their special menu item which was Tortellini with Beef Cheeks was amazing. Great place for a quality experience with food and service versus simply getting distracted by decor, not to say the place lacked ambiance. It was clean and modern. Going back for cheesecake upon recommendation. Not much seating space for large groups.

They Finally Have a Permanent Restaurant. I've been a fan of them for years & the main reason why I go to the Foodie Events & First Fridays.

I missed opening day but I finally made it in. It was everything that I expected it to be FANTASTIC !!! The food was on point & super friendly service. We will definitely be back.

We tried a new place tonight Endless Pastabilities! Everything tasted delicious... we had Chef Ryan's Focaccia Bread, OMG this was so good, they make their own bread and it was so flavorful! Then we had their Spaghetti Meatball Marinara and you can tell the sauce and meatballs was homemade with fresh ingredients, so good! We got to meet Sam, who is one of the owners, she was so nice and had the greatest customer service! We will definitely be back to try the other dishes!

I have always loved their food truck so when they opened up here i had to try it! The place is very cute and cozy. I definitely recommend the garlic knot bread cone with your favorite pasta! My favorite thing was probably the Focaccia bread! That exceeded my expectations! The staff were also very friendly and helpful! I will definitely be back!

Normally, I go to Prosecco's location in Anthem, but they don't open until 3:00pm on Sunday's and my mom requested that we do brunch on her day. I made a reservation through OpenTable for 5/10/26 at 11:00am. Patio season is among us and I decided to book a spot on their patio, which is spacious and provides a ton of shade. They had just opened like an hour ago so it wasn't busy at all, both inside and outside. No Sunday brunch is complete without a glass of mimosa, single or bottomless. My parents both ordered cappuccinos and my mom later had a Make Me Blush cocktail. I had a sip of the latter and I could really taste the bitterness in it. I don't really drink alcohol all that much anymore (with the exception of special occasions), but the mimosa is one of my favorite drinks ever. For food, my mom and I both ordered their tiramisu French toast. I didn't read the whole ingredient list on the menu and I wasn't expecting it to come with chocolate gelato and a waffle cone on top! Wow!!! My dad had the NY Steak skillet with two sunny side up eggs, which came out sizzling. Included inside my French toast was mascarpone cheese but the cheesy flavor wasn't too overwhelming. The French toast was so, SO good that I felt like I was on a different planet afterwards. One qualm was that my parents' cappuccinos tasted like that they were watered down and didn't have a whole lot of flavor, so they had to request extra sugar as a result. But otherwise everything else we had here was absolutely 100% amazing, from beginning to end. It was totally worth having Sunday brunch here and we got lucky getting here before they really started getting busy.

Dining room was 2/3 full and people were still coming in after I was seated. They do have valet parking as an option if you have mobility challenged party members. Entrance to dining room is one continuous level with no stairs, for those that look for that info, making it wheelchair accessible. Also surprised to see half bottles of wine at reasonable prices. I went for a half bottle of Chianti, as I love a good table wine. It was a 2021 Nozzole, which perfectly complemented the food, even though the starter would normally pair with a white. I am a wine heathen, but at the same time Chianti pairs with anything. Arnaldo was super knowledgeable about wine pairing selections, which again denotes a level of care and passion that translates into a great meal. 17 year veteran of Italian fine dining. Bread offering had variety and was authentic Italian dipping of balsamic vinegar and olive oil with four fresh baked selections of bread, all delicious. Starter - went for the shrimp scampi. While I personally would have liked some angel hair pasta with it instead of the fried shoestring potatoes on first glance, I will say they added a textural variation I wasn't expecting. Nice start. Arnaldo did let me know that in the future if the angel hair pasta was what I craved, the scampi main comes paired with exactly that. Staff does extra touches; waiters that weren't assigned to my section kept my wine full and checked in often. Props to the front of house manager/staff. For main, O went with the risotto of the day, which Ronaldo highly recommended. My normal go to is chicken or veal Marsala; but he recommended that day's risotto as his absolute favorite, so I took the recommendation. It was a creamy pistachio pesto risotto. I have never had - or even seen - a pesto risotto, so I thought it would be interesting. The risotto was cooked perfectly, with the nutty pistachio blending extremely well with the pesto. The sausage was mild, so it did get lost flavor wise, but texturally gave some differentiation that the dish needed to work. The kitchen staff's love shone through on this one and I was really pleasantly surprised. It was earthy, woodsy, creamy and the sausage gave it a hint of smokiness. Would recommend although YMMV since they cycle out risottos daily. I should also mention that the portion size was about 1.5 times what I was expecting, so you'll have leftovers if you're going for dessert. I've included a photo of the dessert menu as it's not on their Google Photos; Renaldo highly suggested if I was going to go gelato, to do the pistachio tortufo, but also recommended the tiramisu as best in town. I went that direction since I had a pistachio main. He also gave me a dessert espresso amuse bouche gratis that was fantastic. As someone who has been to Italy multiple times and taken classes - in Italy - to make tiramisu, I can say the claim is not bravado. They do put chocolate sauce on the plate - which isn't necessary, but the tiramisu is classic, creamy, decadent and I believe it to be the best I've had in the city proper.the ladyfingers prove JUST the right consistency and texture to break up the rest of the layers. Staggeringly good. Receipt included - 119 for a full, excellently executed Italian mid fine dining experience per person - off strip - is extremely reasonable before tip. Make sure to take care of your wait staff, especially when they are as professional and articulate as Arnaldo. 1.5 hrs Entry time 8:45 Exit time: 9:51 - no rush even 50 mins after close. Highly recommend for business engagements, dinner with quality friends or for foodies in the greater Vegas area looking for quality Italian fine dining made with love. --Mark

Was super excited to hear they had opened down the street from my house in Henderson. Went there on a Saturday night expecting it to be super packed, but we got there just in time before the rush started. Really easy to find this place and a shopping center, great signage, so you know you're not going to miss it. Plenty of parking and that works out great. The inside is really warm and inviting. It definitely has a pub type. Atmospheric, with plenty of tables to set up. Plus they have a full bar. Whether you want a slice or a full pie or a couple pizzas to go, this place definitely has you covered! We ordered a small pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni, and a couple of iced teas. It was great sitting there watching people filing in and out picking up their to-go orders. This place stays pretty busy, but they do not skimp on service! Our server was awesome. She was attentive, and not overbearing. The pie came out, and looked absolutely amazing. I got to tell you the crust is so good on this pizza, I ate the entire thing. Sometimes the crust is too much, but whatever they do to make it, it is definitely a finishing item. I had so many different things to see and try that. You could come back here multiple times and not have the same thing twice. Plus they have a happy hour special which is half off a slice of pie. Definitely have to go check that out. Bottom line? This place is awesome! If you like a good pizza like I do, it's pretty amazing. There are plenty of good places in Las Vegas to get a pizza, but this place hits all the boxes in taste, price, and atmosphere. Run, don't walk to this place immediately!

The name is accurate…read more Good Pie is a local pizzeria which pizzaiolo Vincent Rotolo started off in the Downtown area and eventually expanded to Henderson. That location ended up being the most convenient for my first real visit, several years after I first tried some of their pizza in pop-up-esque situation at a Super Bowl party event (and liked it, by the way). They say they do housemade iced tea and lemonade, so naturally they'll actually do an Arnold Palmer ($3.00). It was more tea-forward than other versions I've had but had enough lemon tartness and remained just refreshing enough. That's because the pizza I actually got was just a tad bit too salty to break into the top tier of local pizzas. I got a Detroit-style Shroom ($22.00 for the 8"x10" small size) and definitely liked the first few bites before the salt level hit a high plateau. The dough is chewy and has that great crispy cheese crust, the cheese is gooey, and the mushrooms and caramelized onions are portioned generously enough. Maybe I should've gone for a red sauce pie since my Yelp friend said the salt is lighter on that sauce? Music is fairly low volume and eclectic, with both ABBA and Savage Garden sticking out. Service is actually supposed to be dine-in unless you're doing takeout, and I tipped appropriately after realizing my oversight. If I'm craving pizza while in the St. Rose area or or feel like hitting up their happy hour (2-5pm daily, 1/2 off slices, some drink discounts), I'll definitely keep Good Pie in mind. It's good enough for a neighborhood eatery, but other spots come to mind first for destination-worthiness.
