My first visit, I left thinking I found my nail spot. Second visit, nail art was not so great and integrity of my nail was not strong as 2 nails cracked while lifting luggage into the overhead on an airplane. I also got a pedicure on my second visit and both services were done simultaneously. I don't find this relaxing as it feels rushed focusing both on feet and hands. Last visit was just a few days ago and already my nail broke while removing the top of a seasoning jar. I could tell my nails were thinner as the last couple visits 2 layers of base were applied before color and this time only color was applied. I have seen a few technicians working there but always the same one doing everyone's nails. Not sure if the work load is distributed to allow for quality work.

However, after my nail appointment, she tells me that it's an extra five dollars because my nails were long and they have to use more material. I advised her that she should be transparent and give that information to the potential customer prior to them coming in and getting their nails done. You don't do that after the fact. Just be aware that they will charge you after the fact, but hopefully after my conversation with Jazsmine, she will do better and let the clients know before they come in for their appointment that if they have long nails, they will be charged and if they cut your nails, they will be charged

On my most recent visit I noticed the glue was a minimal amount so I asked Ruby to add more she said it would be fine and I said okay I am sure they will come off due to my short length. Approximately 9 days later the first nail came off, I called and Ruby asked me to come tomorrow but was unable so I returned the next day. She was very apologetic and had no problem fixing it. I asked her to check the others because I already knew what would happen. Well the next day another nail came off, I called and reported it but now I am frustrated because after paying $60 no nails should be falling off before 2 weeks. After receiving the 2nd repair I was told my new total is $5.00. I was APPALLED. I should have been informed it was a charge and also given the option of maybe just going ahead and doing a refill. Why pay $60, then 10 days later $5.00 then another 4 days later $50 for refill. Ve the front desk manager was very RUDE AND CONDENSING, I requested to speak with owner. She wrote the number for me to call and I asked if she would call and explain. She spoke with him and he requested to speak with me. After speaking with him he understood my frustration and further EXPLAINED THEY HAVE A 3 DAY POLICY. This is not written on any notices located in the establishment and I never had a problem before. My only concern was stand behind your product, it is not the COST but the PRINCIPLE. I was very respectable, calm and not rude but I was appalled and astonished it was unreal.
