Saw this on Google maps a few weeks ago and finally had a chance to try this place out. I ordered both the weekly specials for milkshake and sandwich. The milkshake was pretty good, way better than fast food and some ice cream places. The sandwich? OH MY GOODNESS. It was delicious! Didn't expect it to be so flavorful and so happy they didn't skimp out on sauce. I'm definitely swinging by to try their staples.

All Vegan . They customized the menu for my diabetic version. The deluxe chicken was juicy, with roasted peppers, caramelized onions, and arugula with Gouda cheese -- a spectacular combination and flavor. Fast service and good prices.

What's goodie Society TheMadScientist on the check in wit another VEGAN PLACE you shouldn't miss out on AND YOU KNOW IT'S ABOUT THE FOOD not the service. Except if you don't see anyone at the front counter RING THE BELL and a bright smile will get there to inform you about the MENU and take your order. The inside does give HIPSTER yet it is by a college so it's TRENDY. ~~~~~~Let's GET TO THE GRUB THO~~~~~~ TheMadScientist order'd the BUFFALO CHICKEN CHEESE STEAK wit a side of Chips and Kale Salad and to say the meal was ROCK'N would be an UNDERSTATEMENT. The first thing tasted was the KALE SALAD and TMS truly want'd the instant replay on that cause for it to be so so simple it packed SO MUCH FLAVOR wit the KALE, CROUTON, CHEESE and CESAR DRESSING combo DEFINITELY a need to HAVE or TRY if you are there. Now to the SAMMICH cause it was too small to be really call'd an OFFICIAL HOAGIE even on SUB BREAD (and that's where the one star was lost). The BUFFALO CHICKEN CHEESE STEAK is pack'd wit GREATNESS from the flavor to the VEGAN PROTEIN that was used. It was really messy no fibs like you gotta delicate bite so all the sandwich won't fall out the other side. NEED A BETTER BREAD for THIS GREAT RASS SANDWICH cause IT IS TRULY A HIT FROM BEGIN'N to END. The chip were various cuts of potatoes and that was DELICIOUS and DOPE all in one. Now TheMadScientist had to TREAT HIS SELF like most PEOPLE SHOULD. Live Your Time type antic and purchased the PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIE (let the Brownie sit out so it can warm up cause it is refrigeratored) and IT WAS TOO TOO GOOD. If you have a SWEET TOOTH it's an easy COP yet if YOU AREN'T wit the SWEET SWEET STUFF just leave this one alone. Cause it's a NICE CHERRY on top of the FOOD COMA that will come after. VEG OUT is a nice treat for VEGANS and NON-VEGANS so don't miss out on it FOR REAL If TheMadScientist is ever in the AREA it is a go to place for him You know the Science Stay LYT Society Bah BAH BIG L.Y.T

Got the impossible cheesesteak and it was delicious, specifically the vegan cheese they use. The side potatoes were a bit under seasoned for my taste but did not takeaway from the meal overall.

Veg Out is yet another great hidden gem in Bethlehem that I'm so happy I found. I live an hour and 15 minutes away and it was well worth the drive. The menu is full of variety, with 100% vegan items ranging from burgers, to chicken sandwiches to pierogies. I don't think I've ever been to a vegan restaurant with this many options. Vegan or not, you will enjoy the delicacies here. We walked in just after they opened at 11am and slowly but surely, customers started rolling in. The employee at the register was kind enough to keep my order and my friend's order together even though we paid separately so our food would come out at the same time. We started out with the Big Mac Pierogies. SO FREAKIN GOOD. They tasted just like a Big Mac! I couldn't believe I was eating a meatless dish. I ordered the BBQ Ranch Chicken Sandwich. It came with a side of roasted potatoes. Overall, the portions here are fantastic. The sandwich itself was tasty - the only thing I was struggling with was eating it without making a mess. I had a hard time cutting it in half with the plastic knife and by the time I bit into the sandwich, half of the ingredients fell out into my plate. I asked for a to-go box so I could eat the other half (and the remains) later at home. My friend tried the Deluxe sandwich. Hers was a lot less messy but also looked very appetizing. I highly recommend this restaurant and will most certainly be back to try some other items!

This cute counter-service place has a very Bethlehem vibe. All the food coming out of the kitchen looked amazing, with huge portions. I typically shy away from vegan meats and prefer vegetable based things or tofu, so I went with the tofu tacos - which were delicious, tender, well-seasoned and really big. The slaw and aioli on it were amazing. Prices reasonable especially for the portion sizes, you won't leave hungry. Some street parking is available, as well as plenty of parking meters up the side street. Also, the hours on yelp appear to be incorrect, so check google or call as they are open more than Yelp says they are!

So delicious! Came here for dinner and ordered Buffalo dip, nachos, and fully loaded pierogis. It was so fresh tasting and yummy -- didn't feel like you're eating vegan junk food at all. Just a good meal. Super cute in the place too - on a corner with big, bright windows and plants everywhere. Fair prices for vegan food and the ladies behind the counter were sweet / helpful in assisting questions!!

Took a drive from Brooklyn to Bethlehem to try Paranormal Pizza, but when we saw the menu at Vegout we decided to lunch there and get a pizza to go. Vegout has a quaint location and superior vegan comfort food in taste, portion size and price. The baked Mac and cheese is the best I've had in my 13 years as a vegan. Already looking forward to our next trip!

There's a bathroom that's a little narrow, but it was clean. When I first walked in, I was starving and a bit tired, so I ordered their peppermint latte. It was absolutely delicious--creamy, smooth, and perfectly warm. I've seen other reviews mentioning that their drinks were served cold, but mine was just right. I loved it so much I ended up ordering a second one. For food, I started with their coconut yogurt granola parfait. I didn't expect it to be anything special, but it turned out to be the best coconut yogurt parfait I've ever had. It was sweet--but not too sweet--and perfectly balanced. Next, I ordered the gluten-free waffles topped with a fruit compote, along with a side of their Bed Head hash and vegan bacon. Everything was incredibly flavorful. I couldn't believe how delicious it all tasted. My friend got the chicken and waffles and enjoyed his meal just as much. I loved it so much that I came back one more time after that--and, of course, I had to get the waffles again. The food here is outstanding, and I recommend it to everyone, whether you're vegan or not. Just keep in mind that the space is small, they don't take reservations, and street parking is limited--you may want to arrive a few minutes early to find a spot. Overall, it's an amazing place. Definitely give it a try.

It was 10 by the time we decided to call it and ask about if the food was coming or not. However, we had a pretty simple order, French toast and a biscuit. We saw two tables have their order sent back for different reasons, one got their order wrong and the second admitted their menu was written incorrectly. We waited 45 minutes for our food and in that time saw two tables that came after get their food before us. We were told the kitchen was backed up and they had no idea when it would come out. They had one chef doing all of the cooking and that really slowed them down. We understand waiting, but the lack of service or communication did it. Plus we were charged for the coffee at double the price. Their menu said chai latte was $3 or 3.50 and it was nearly $7. Such a lie and clearly quite a bit needs to be worked out here. They can communicate the wait so people know what to expect. Cannot recommend anyone come here even though the food looked good. Horrible staff and do not tell you about the wait.

I've definitely had better vegan treats before, especially for the price point. One thing that really stood out to me was that there were no prices listed near the tarts or baked goods. Normally that might not be a huge issue, but in this case, I think it's important. When the cashier told us our total was $34, I honestly thought he was joking or had accidentally charged us for a small cake or something. We didn't question it at the time and just paid. Once we got to the car, we started second-guessing whether there had been a mistake. I even went online and checked their ordering page to confirm the prices. To my surprise, there was no error - the tarts are actually $17 each. I can usually justify higher prices if the food is truly exceptional, made with rare or unique ingredients, or if part of the proceeds go toward a meaningful cause. In this case, though, I didn't feel the quality matched the cost. There are several vegan bakeries in NJ that offer better-tasting treats at more reasonable prices. At that price point, I truly hope the workers behind the counter are earning well above minimum wage and that their hourly pay reflects what this place charges for a single tart. If customers are paying premium prices, it would be reassuring to know that the staff is benefiting from that as well. Overall, I think listing prices clearly in-store would help customers avoid sticker shock at checkout. Transparency goes a long way.

We were seated right away in an open format atmosphere with the best balance of light and dark. The bar across from us looked fantastic. What we noticed right from the start is how well the staff works with and for each other to bring guests the best dining experience possible. Maddie was our server. She was kind, professional, patient, and knowledgable about both food and drink on a grand scale. Her recommendations were stellar. I had a refreshing gin and basil martini as well as their beef carpaccio, which was absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend started with their beef stew, which was thick and satisfying. It was so delicious, she almost canceled her entree to have more. She went with the home cooking route and indulged in their meatloaf with green beans and mashed potatoes. Although she loved that as well, half had to come home with her, which made for an excellent lunch the next day. I went with the raw of it all and got their spectacular tuna tartare with asparagus, radish, and rice. Usually, the tuna is cut into strips but this tremendous block of gorgeous fish knocked me out. Absolutely fantastic from presentation to flavor. For dessert, we got their brownie with ice cream and this was all upper level in taste and texture. I would be shocked if their ice cream hadn't been made in-house. We loved our first experience with Apollo and we look forward to our next visit, which is hopefully sooner than later.

The sandwiches came out quickly and we split the Thai tempeh (very spicy but very tasty) and the kale and mustard tempeh (very tasty as well). Both were served on very good millet bread. I would have prefered a little more variety, maybe one on a baguette or something, but overall I was incredibly satisfied. Not too full for more food though! I also noshed on a a bite of a pretzel-shaped sweet and salty doughnut from Vegan Treats, who had an absolutely wonderful spread of desserts. The doughnut was just ok, I took home two lemon bars that were out of this world good. Finally, I split a vegan cheesesteak empenada with my husband; it was pretty bland. However, it was great to have so many options to try all in one place. I also purchased two items of clothing: one festival T-shirt in a gorgeous periwinkle color. The T had a cool saying on the front and a pretty logo on the back, but it's just a boring straight T, I would've prefered a fancy organic washed out cotton. I may have to alter it when I get home, turn it into a boat neck or something like the refashionista (look her up!) Also purchased an absolutely gorgeous open neck turquoise, soft as butter sweatshirt that had a elephant herbivore logo. I'm in love with this item from Grape Cat.
