We visited on a Tuesday night, and even though it was fairly busy, we were seated within seconds. Our server came by almost immediately to take our drink order, and I wish I had caught her name--she was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered the 1760 Rita frozen margarita along with a water, and for my meal, I went with the Fried Chicken Buffalo Wheat Wrap. I swapped out the blue cheese crumbles for cheddar and added a side of fries and a small cup of hot honey sauce. The wrap and sauce were fresh and absolutely delicious. The only downside was that the fries were slightly cold, which is the only reason for the 4-star rating. Other than that, everything--from the food to the service to the overall vibe--was excellent. They never told anyone else including another order at the same time. I then asked to cancel the entire order and was told that it was not allowed to be cancelled. They then said that I could substitute something else no charge, but with it being a pick-up order I wanted to see what the person wanted who was not with me. They said they would take my number and I could call back. When I called back and asked for spaghetti and meatballs they said that they refunded the portion of my meal of the chicken parmigiana and I would be charged full price for whatever I decided to order. So no compensation at all for the inconvenience of the hassle of not having something I ordered. This is not good management or service and again missing items has happened on several pick-up orders but thought it was still worth it. For this last time, it's definitely not worth it.
