So happy to have found VAST Pros! Jordan is wonderful... honest, friendly, very knowledgeable, and addresses my concerns. Has done terrific work to treat our termites, and now our ant issues. He is thorough and work is reasonably priced. The office has done a great job communicating for scheduling. Such a relief to have an amazing pest control company! read more

Jordan and his team are great! Communication is awesome and easy! I always get an answer right away whether it is a text or phone call and they are always pleasant to talk to. Service has been great and effective as well. One time Jordan even tidied up my garden hose (which I had left unwound and all over the place) which I appreciated so much. He really goes the extra mile. I can see he sprays thoroughly because he even flips my son's ATV and backyard toys, to make sure to spray underneath and not just around them. Would definitely recommend! read more

I contacted VAST PROS about a major ant problem at my residence. They were professional and knew exactly what to do. We have had NO more ants since receiving their services! read more

Jordan is informative, patient and pleasant to work with. He provided competitive price for termite tent fumigation. I only wish they communicated in advance that they only accept zelle and checks. We had planned to use credit. Otherwise it seems to have gone well. read more

I cant say enough about this business! Same day came for inspection (free) and identified the exact species of pest, found the root, and resolved the issue!! And also didn't gouge me--didn't oversell or try to get me to tent house unnecessarily. Even offered for me to do it at home (just needed vinegar!), but then offered to do it on the spot. Called first thing today after finding minuscule bugs on my iPhone a fee days ago and then finding one crawling on my 3-month old this morning. They scheduled me same day (luck would have it that my house was right between two stops for the day). The lady who answered (Janee (sp? Jah-nay) was so appreciative of my situation and called the inspector while I waited on hold to see if he could squeeze me in, and made it happen. Jordan, the inspector, was awesome. Super nice, informative, and explained the whole process, identified the exact pest, asked some questions, found the root cause (a dove's nest outside our master), and gave me instructions on how to take care of it myself. Then he offered to do it on the spot, which I took up. Didn't try to upsell or push anything! Even cleaned the inside of my house - window sills and all! Couldn't have been nicer. Nice guy. Also, at the end I found out that it is a family run small business. They are doing things right, which is why they have 5 stars! Calling them back for quarterly visits bc we need it and we should support these mom&pop shops who DO BUSINESS RIGHT! So glad these bugs are gone and that we found our go-to pest control! read more

We worked with VAST Pros a few years back for some pest control (Mickey's cousins decided our attic was a better home than what they had). They were prompt to respond, attentive, and very helpful in not only evicting our attic tenant but also helping us stop future tenants. Fast forward a few years and another of Mickeys relatives decided to test the limits. Jordan came out and did a thorough inspection of possible entry points as well as evidence, helped resolve the issue, and continued to provide tips for the future. Jordan was very reasonable with his pricing, and helped us understand what makes sense for both the current and future situation. I gladly paid more than the original quote because of how honest Jordan was with his evaluation! VAST Pro's is the only company you should consider for pest issues in Orange! read more

I contacted VAST Pro's to get a second opinion on a costly termite treatment quote I received from another vendor. Jordan came by, did a thorough inspection and told me that I didn't even need a treatment. He went as far as to show me the dead termites and the markings from my last service. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. It's hard to find honest professionals like him. I would definitely call him for my next service and refer him to my real estate clients. read more

Vast Pros has been our #1 pest control company for our property management. They are quick, efficient, knowledgeable and amazing to work with! Keaton is very hands on and always provides great information and always is very honest in what is needed to take care of our multiple properties. Highly recommend Vast Pros for any of your pest control needs! read more

We have been with VAST PROS for approximately three years. In that time they have earned our loyalty and trust. Last week Jordan came to do our quarterly service. I usually walk the grounds with him (or Dakota) when they come over. And they never mind when I follow them around! I was a little bummed I wouldn't be home when they came to do their service this time around. I just wanted to make sure that they removed thick cobwebs around one single lightbulb on our patio string lights. What was I worried about? Jordan honed in on the SINGLE lightbulb and removed the thick cobwebs. He even turned our fireplace chairs on its side so that he could spray underneath it. I saw all this on my Ring Camera. Jordan is and has been very detailed and thorough, as well as vastly knowledgeable about anything and everything to do with pests, etc. Jenay at the office is always pleasant and professional. When she says she will return your call, she is true to her word. VAST PROS is a family-owned, quality company. I never hesitate to refer them to friends and family. read more

Jordan is the best, He always has great communication and a super friendly attitude. The service is top notch and he goes above and beyond, no joke, he fixed our busted gate that the delivery drivers are constantly slamming last time he was here. I was so surprised because it's not his responsibility, but his response was, "that's what we do." AMAZING. read more

VAST Pro's - Text from the business - Pest Control Near Me

I searched around and received 4 diff quotes for a full home tent fumigation for termites. VAST Pro's has the best pricing and did the best job when it came to figuring out where the termites were. The other competition didn't poke the right holes and didn't find termite colonies where VAST pros did. Trust me, if I'm spending money, I want to make sure I'm hiring folks who know what they're doing. These guys are so so so responsive. Jordan, he's the one you want to get. He's the guy who goes out to ur house and checks to make sure whether you have rodents / pests that need to be removed. We had mice that would go up in the attic at my parents place and he showed us how to plug the small hole. Such a nice guy. Also, I'm Asian so no shoes in the house. Not a problem for him since he has these "booties" so he wouldn't get my floors dirty! Anyway, if you have pest issues or want anything done related to termites, give these guys a call. They're seriously the best priced and extremely knowledgeable. Oh yeah... they respond to all my texts quickly! And take credit card payments! Good job guys!! read more

The only one's that would write a bad review for VASTPRO's are the insects. They must hate them. This pest control service is fantastic. I've used them for 5 years and they do an excellent job in keeping the bugs and other critters away. And, if the insects return sooner than their next service date, they come out and do a second treatment at no additional charge. Jordan and Dakota are both professionals and they have done everything from killing spiders to putting up chimney vents to keep rodents from getting into the house. They refill rodent traps with bait (no additional) charge, and even added a attic door in our ceiling after a remodel that covered up the old door. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed. All 5 stars. read more

VastPros are highly recommended as per my first experience with them. Great value and prompt response. Jordan did an excellent job in termite treatment and wood damage replacement. Jordan even got heat stroke (per se) but he finished the job on a very hot day before going to urgent care to have himself checked. I challenge you to find a more dedicated and professional experience. Jordan is the man! read more

Excellent service! I was impressed from the very first phone call. Called to get a quote for an ant problem we have, ended up setting up the appointment with Jenay, who was very professional and informative. These ants are not the normal line forming ants, they appear just as fast as they disappear, without a trace. Once Jordan and Dakota showed up, Jordan went right to the problem area, inspected and talked us through what he was doing which immediately made us comfortable with them. They then found where the ants were coming from, knew exactly what type they were and how to handle them! These guys were honest, quick, guaranteed their work. Jordan had such a great demeanor and Dakota was very nice and respectful. This a family owned AND operated company, even more of a perk in my book! We will definitely call VastPro for all of our future needs. I highly recommend this company! read more

Very transparent and honest company- highly recommend. If you're looking for quotes, make sure they are first on your list because you won't look any further saving you time. read more

I used Vast pros for the first time last year and won't stop using them. It is a family ran company with great customer service! Plus they get the job done. I bought my house last year and had an infestation of roaches and ants that I couldn't get rid of. I researched companies and knew I didn't want a "big name company" because of cost and service. I chose the right company because Jordan takes extra care when servicing the house. Now I haven't seen a roach since they started and ants are rare to be seen around the house. Even got rid of them in the grass for the most part. Ants are always going to be around but now I have no worries. They also do a lot of other things to service the house like rodents, attic insulation, and more. Don't hesitate to call them if you need a pest control company. read more

Great service. Very professional and honest. They respond quickly to our calls. I like supporting a home grown company. I highly recommend.

This Family is amazing. We recently had the smell of rat death in our home and garage. Jordan came out and got it all taken care of for us. He is extremely caring and I felt he went over and beyond to find the source so my kids, wife and I wouldn't have to smell it anymore. After he finished the project, we talked about future services and the pricing was great! Their Family is now our Family! I highly recommend their company to everyone!!! Thanks again VAST Pro's!!!
